Claims (52)
- 組成物であって、
(i)1,1−ジフルオロエテン(フッ化ビニリデン、R−1132a)と、
(ii)二酸化炭素(CO2、R−744)と、
(iii)ペンタフルオロエタン(R−125)と、
(iv)トリフルオロメタン(R−23)およびヘキサフルオロエタン(R−116)のうちの1つ以上と、を含む、組成物。 - 約1〜約90重量%のR−1132aを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 約1〜約50重量%のR−1132aを含む、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 約1〜約90重量%の二酸化炭素を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 約5〜約70重量%の二酸化炭素を含む、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 約1〜約90重量%のR−125を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 約1〜約50重量%のR−125を含む、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- 約1〜約90重量%の第4の成分を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 約1〜約50重量%の第4の成分(iv)を含む、請求項8に記載の組成物。
- 約20〜約40重量%のR−1132aと、約30〜約60重量%の二酸化炭素と、約1〜約20重量%のR−23と、約1〜約35重量%のR−125と、を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 約25〜約35重量%のR−1132aと、約35〜約50重量%の二酸化炭素と、約5〜約15重量%のR−23と、約5〜約30重量%のR−125と、を含む、請求項10に記載の組成物。
- 約25〜約30重量%のR−1132aと、約35〜約50重量%の二酸化炭素と、約10〜約25重量%のR−125と、約5〜約20重量%のR−23と、を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 約30〜約60重量%の二酸化炭素と、約10〜約40重量%のR−1132aと、約5〜約30重量%のR−125と、約1〜約20重量%のR−116と、を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記R−1132aが50モル%未満の量で存在する、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- R−1132aが30モル%未満の量で存在する、請求項14に記載の組成物。
- 上記成分から本質的になる、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 共沸性または疑似共沸性である、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、R−1132a単独よりも可燃性が低い、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、R−1132a単独と比較して、
a.より高い可燃限界、
b.より高い発火エネルギー、および/または
c.より低い火炎速度
を有する、請求項18に記載の組成物。 - 不燃性である、請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 蒸発器または凝縮器内での温度勾配が約10K未満、好ましくは約7K未満である、請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 臨界温度が約0℃よりも高い、好ましくは約10℃よりも高い、請求項1〜21のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 体積冷却能力が、同等のサイクル条件でR−23の体積冷却能力の少なくとも90%、好ましくは少なくとも95%である、請求項1〜22のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- サイクル効率(成績係数、COP)が、置換する既存の冷媒流体よりも少なくとも95%および/または約5%以内である、請求項1〜23のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 圧縮機吐出温度が、同等のサイクル条件で、R−23の圧縮機吐出温度の15K以内である、請求項1〜24のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 潤滑剤と、請求項1〜25のいずれか一項に記載の組成物と、を含む、組成物。
- 前記潤滑剤が、鉱油、シリコーン油、ポリアルキルベンゼン(PAB)、ポリオールエステル(POE)、ポリアルキレングリコール(PAG)、ポリアルキレングリコールエステル(PAGエステル)、ポリビニルエーテル(PVE)、ポリ(アルファ−オレフィン)およびそれらの組み合わせから選択され、好ましくは前記潤滑剤がPAGまたはPOEから選択される、請求項26に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物がペンタンをさらに含む、請求項27に記載の組成物。
- 安定剤と、請求項1〜28のいずれか一項に記載の組成物と、を含む、組成物。
- 前記安定剤が、ジエン系化合物、ホスフェート、フェノール化合物およびエポキシド、ならびにそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項29に記載の組成物。
- 難燃剤と、請求項1〜30のいずれか一項に記載の組成物と、を含む、組成物。
- 前記難燃剤が、トリ−(2−クロロエチル)−ホスフェート、(クロロプロピル)ホスフェート、トリ−(2,3−ジブロモプロピル)−ホスフェート、トリ−(1,3−ジクロロプロピル)−ホスフェート、リン酸二アンモニウム、様々なハロゲン化芳香族化合物、酸化アンチモン、アルミニウム三水和物、ポリ塩化ビニル、フッ素化ヨードカーボン、フッ素化ブロモカーボン、トリフルオロヨードメタン、ペルフルオロアルキルアミン、ブロモフルオロアルキルアミンおよびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項31に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜32のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を含む、熱伝達装置。
- 前記熱伝達装置が冷却装置である、請求項33に記載の熱伝達装置。
- 前記熱伝達装置が、ブラストフリーザーなどの超低温冷却システムを含む、請求項33または34に記載の熱伝達装置。
- 前記熱伝達装置がカスケードシステムを含む、請求項33〜35のいずれか一項に記載の熱伝達装置。
- 物品を冷却する方法であって、請求項1〜32のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を凝縮することと、その後、冷却される前記物品の近くで前記組成物を蒸発させることと、を含む、方法。
- 物品を加熱する方法であって、加熱される前記物品の近くで、請求項1〜32のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を凝縮することと、その後、前記組成物を蒸発させることと、を含む、方法。

- 熱伝達装置を改造する方法であって、既存の熱伝達組成物を除去するステップと、請求項1〜32のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を導入するステップと、を含む、方法。
- 前記熱伝達装置が、冷却装置、好ましくは超低温冷却システムである、請求項42に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却システムが、コンパートメントを約−60℃未満、好ましくは約−70℃未満に冷却する、請求項43に記載の方法。
- 既存の化合物または組成物を含む製品の動作から生じる環境影響を低減する方法であって、前記既存の化合物または組成物を、請求項1〜32のいずれか一項に記載の組成物に少なくとも部分的に置換することを含む、方法。
- 温室効果ガス排出権を生み出す方法であって、(i)既存の化合物または組成物を、請求項1〜32のいずれか一項に記載の組成物に置換することであって、請求項1〜32のいずれか一項に記載の前記組成物が前記既存の化合物または組成物よりも低いGWPを有する、置換することと、(ii)前記置換ステップに対して温室効果ガス排出権を取得することと、を含む、方法。
- 本発明の前記組成物の使用が、前記既存の化合物または組成物の使用によって達成されるものよりも、低い総等価温暖化影響および/または低いライフサイクル炭素排出量をもたらす、請求項46に記載の方法。
- 空調、冷却、熱伝達、気体誘電体、火炎抑制、溶媒、洗浄剤、局所麻酔剤、および膨張用途の分野の製品に対して実施される、請求項45に記載の方法。
- 前記製品が、熱伝達装置または溶媒から選択され、好ましくは熱伝達装置である、請求項45または48に記載の方法。
- 前記製品が、熱伝達装置、好ましくは超低温冷却システムである、請求項49に記載の方法。
- 前記既存の化合物または組成物が、熱伝達組成物であり、好ましくは前記熱伝達組成物がR−508A、R−508B、R−23およびR−13B1から選択される冷媒である、請求項45〜50のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
