Abstract
Description
a)発熱条件、及び/又は
b)患者の近く、すなわち、亜酸化窒素の分解のための装置に患者が直接接続された状態、
で分解が行われる、移動可能な装置に対する需要がある。
図2から明らかなように、図1を参照して上述したものと本質的に同じタイプの試験装置1を使用した。試験装置1には、さらに、亜酸化窒素濃度を測定するための0〜100000ppmの測定範囲を有するIRタイプのガス分析器14と、当該試験装置に供給される亜酸化窒素の量を決定するための亜酸化窒素用のマスフローコントローラー15とを設けた。亜酸化窒素の質量流量は、0.5〜100g/minであることができる。
空気ガス流量:2.6Nm3/h
N2Oの供給量:7g/min
反応器温度:400〜450℃
ガス濃度N2O:85000ppm
実行時間:10〜30分間
以下は、さまざまな実験の結果である。実験1は、活性炭手段の後への亜酸化窒素ガスの注入に関するものである。これは、亜酸化窒素ガスが活性炭手段を通過しないことを意味する。実験2は、活性炭手段の前への亜酸化窒素ガスの注入に関するものである。後者の場合、亜酸化窒素ガスは、触媒に供給される前に活性炭手段によって最初に吸収される。すなわち、活性炭手段は吸着/脱着手段4として機能する。
活性炭手段の利点は、亜酸化窒素の濃度が、システム内で徐々に上昇し、活性炭手段なしの場合よりも大幅に低いことである。これは、反応器内の温度上昇の低減をもたらす。
Claims (9)
- 患者からの呼気に由来するガス流中の亜酸化窒素の触媒的分解のための装置(1)であって、
a)前記呼気用のガス入口(3)を備えた入口設備(2)、
b)排出ガス用のガス出口(12)を備えた出口設備(11)、及び
これらの装置の間の、c)亜酸化窒素のN2及びO2への分解を促進する触媒材料を含むスルーフロー分解室(9)、
を含み、
前記分解室(9)に供給される亜酸化窒素の濃度の変動を平準化するために少なくとも1つの亜酸化窒素吸着/脱着手段(4)が前記入口設備(2)に設けられていることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの亜酸化窒素吸着/脱着手段(4)が、亜酸化窒素を吸着/脱着することができる材料が充填された少なくとも1つの容器(4)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記材料が活性炭又はゼオライトであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記材料が活性炭である場合に、前記活性炭は、約500〜2000m2/gの表面積を有する瀝青炭に基づくタイプ又はココナッツのタイプのものであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの亜酸化窒素吸着/脱着手段(4)は、必要に応じて、亜酸化窒素の脱着速度を高めるために加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置(1)が、さらに、
スルーフロー分解室(9)内のガス流の温度及び流れを制御及び監視するための制御ユニット(13)と、
ガス入口(3)から前記スルーフロー分解室(9)の前まで、ガス流の流れ方向で見た場合に、
ファン(5)、
流量計(6)、
熱交換器(7)、及び
電気ヒーター(8)、
とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。 - 前記熱交換器(7)が、排出ガスから呼気に熱を伝達するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記電気ヒータ(8)が、前記装置の始動段階中に流入ガスのみを加熱するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記装置(1)は移動可能であり、少なくとも1人の患者に直接接続されるように適合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
