Claims (60)
- 多層アセンブリであって、
熱可塑性材料によって適所に保持された強化繊維を含むメッシュ層と、
メッシュ層の第1の表面上に配設された第1の繊維強化熱可塑性層であって、前記第1の繊維強化熱可塑性層が、熱可塑性材料で一緒に接合された複数の強化材料によって形成された連続気泡構造のウェブを含む、第1の繊維強化熱可塑性層と、を備える、多層アセンブリ。 - 前記第1の強化熱可塑性層が、いかなる介在する層または材料も伴わずに、前記メッシュ層に直接結合される、請求項1に記載の多層アセンブリ。
- メッシュ層の第2の表面上に配設された第2の強化熱可塑性層をさらに備え、前記第2の繊維強化熱可塑性層が、熱可塑性材料で一緒に接合された複数の強化材料によって形成された連続気泡構造のウェブを含む、請求項1に記載の多層アセンブリ。

- 前記第1の繊維強化熱可塑性層の前記強化繊維および前記第2の繊維強化熱可塑性層の前記強化繊維が、各々独立して、ガラス繊維、アラミド繊維、黒鉛繊維、炭素繊維、無機鉱物繊維、金属繊維、金属化合成繊維、および金属化無機繊維、繊維、またはこれらの組み合わせのうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項46に記載の車両。
- 前記第1の繊維強化熱可塑性層の表面に結合された表皮をさらに備える、請求項41に記載の車両。
- 前記表皮が、熱可塑性フィルム、エラストマーフィルム、フリム、スクリム、ホイル、織布、不織布からなる群から選択され、または無機コーティング、有機コーティング、熱可塑性コーティング、もしくは熱硬化性コーティングとして存在する、請求項48に記載の車両。
- 前記第2の繊維強化熱可塑性層の表面に結合された表皮をさらに備える、請求項48に記載の車両。
- 多層アセンブリを製造する方法であって、前記方法が、
第1の繊維強化熱可塑性層を形成することであって、
強化繊維および第1の熱可塑性材料を撹拌液体含有発泡体に添加して、第1の熱可塑性材料と強化繊維との分散混合物を形成すること、
前記強化繊維と第1の熱可塑性材料との分散混合物を形成支持要素上に堆積させること、
前記液体を排出してウェブを形成すること、
前記ウェブを前記第1の熱可塑性材料の軟化温度を上回って加熱すること、ならびに
前記加熱されたウェブを所定の厚さに圧縮して、前記第1の繊維強化熱可塑性層を形成すること、によって形成することと、
前記形成された第1の繊維強化熱可塑性層の第1の表面上にメッシュ層を配設して、前記多層アセンブリを提供することであって、前記メッシュ層が、繊維および熱可塑性材料を含む、提供することと、を含む方法。 - 第2の繊維強化熱可塑性層を形成することであって、
強化繊維および第2の熱可塑性材料を撹拌液体含有発泡体に添加して、第2の熱可塑性材料と強化繊維との分散混合物を形成すること、
前記強化繊維と第2の熱可塑性材料との分散混合物を形成支持要素上に堆積させること、
前記液体を排出してウェブを形成すること、
前記ウェブを前記第2の熱可塑性材料の軟化温度を上回って加熱すること、ならびに
前記加熱されたウェブを所定の厚さに圧縮して、前記第2の繊維強化熱可塑性層を形成すること、によって形成することと、
前記メッシュ層上に前記形成された第2の繊維強化熱可塑性層を配設することと、をさらに含む、請求項51に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の熱可塑性材料および前記第2の熱可塑性材料が、共通の材料を含む、請求項52に記載の方法。
- 2つ以上のテープ層を一緒に織ることによって前記メッシュ層を形成することをさらに含み、各テープ層が、前記繊維と、前記熱可塑性材料と、を含む、請求項51に記載の方法。
- 前記メッシュ層を前記第1の繊維強化層の前記第1の表面の実質的に全部と接触するようにサイズ決定することをさらに含む、請求項51に記載の方法。
- 前記メッシュ層を、前記第1の繊維強化層の前記第1の表面よりも小さくなるようにサイズ決定することをさらに含む、請求項51に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の熱可塑性材料をポリプロピレンを含むように構成することと、前記強化繊維をガラス繊維を含むように構成することと、前記メッシュ層をポリプロピレンおよびガラス繊維を含むように構成することと、をさらに含む、請求項51に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の繊維強化熱可塑性層に表皮を結合することをさらに含む、請求項51に記載の方法。
- 前記表皮を、熱可塑性フィルム、エラストマーフィルム、フリム、スクリム、ホイル、織布、不織布、繊維スクリムとして、または無機コーティング、有機コーティング、熱可塑性コーティング、もしくは熱硬化性コーティングとして存在するように選択することをさらに含む、請求項58に記載の方法。
- 前記表皮を装飾層として選択することをさらに含む、請求項58に記載の方法。
