Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 患者の心呼吸機能を監視する装置であって、
前記患者の組織からの光を検出すると共に、該検出された光に基づいてセンサ出力信号を発生する光学センサユニットと、
前記患者の気道に制御可能な気道陽圧を供給する呼吸補助ユニットと、
前記患者の気道に第1の気道陽圧を供給するように前記呼吸補助ユニットを制御すると共に前記光学センサユニットから第1のセンサ出力信号を受信する制御ユニットであって、該第1のセンサ出力信号は前記第1の気道陽圧の供給に応答して前記組織から検出される光に基づくものであり、当該制御ユニットは、更に、前記患者の気道に第2の異なる気道陽圧を供給するように前記呼吸補助ユニットを制御すると共に前記光学センサユニットから第2のセンサ出力信号を受信し、該第2のセンサ出力信号が前記第2の気道陽圧の供給に応答して前記組織から検出される光に基づくものである制御ユニットと、
前記患者の静脈情報を前記第1及び第2のセンサ出力信号に基づいて決定する処理ユニットと、
を有する、装置。 - 前記光学センサユニットが、前記患者の内部頸静脈に排出する血管構造に配置される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記光学センサユニットが、前記患者の舌の舌下血管構造に配置されて該舌下血管構造からの光を検出すると共に前記センサ出力信号を該検出された光に基づいて発生する舌下光学センサユニットを有する、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニットが、前記患者の気道に対し前記第2の異なる気道陽圧のパルス状印加を行うように前記呼吸補助ユニットを制御する、請求項1ないし3の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記処理ユニットが、前記患者の心拍数及び呼吸数のうちの少なくとも一方を、前記光学センサユニットからのセンサ出力信号及び前記呼吸補助ユニットにより前記患者の気道に供給される気道陽圧のうちの少なくとも一方に基づいて決定する、請求項1ないし4の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニットが、前記患者の気道に前記第2の異なる気道陽圧を前記患者の前記心拍数及び前記呼吸数のうちの少なくとも一方に基づいて供給するように前記呼吸補助ユニットを制御する、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記第1及び第2のセンサ出力信号のタイミングが、心周期及び呼吸周期のうちの少なくとも一方におけるフェーズに基づくものである、請求項5又は請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記静脈情報が静脈酸素飽和度の値を有する、請求項1ないし7の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニットが、更に、決定された前記静脈情報に基づいて前記呼吸補助ユニットを制御する、請求項1ないし8の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記光学センサユニットが、フォトプレチスモグラフィセンサ、レーザスペックルセンサ、レーザドプラセンサ及びカメラのうちの少なくとも1つを有する、請求項1ないし9の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 第1の波長範囲内の波長を持つ光を放出すると共に第2の異なる波長範囲内の波長を持つ光を放出する1以上の光源を更に有し、前記第1の波長範囲は可視光を有する一方、前記第2の波長範囲が赤外光を有する、請求項1ないし10の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記呼吸補助ユニットが持続気道陽圧(CPAP)換気装置を有する、請求項1ないし11の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 患者の心呼吸機能を監視する方法であって、
呼吸補助ユニットを前記患者の気道に第1の気道陽圧を供給するように制御するステップと、
光学センサユニットから、前記第1の気道陽圧の供給に応答して組織から検出される光に基づいた第1のセンサ出力信号を得るステップと、
前記呼吸補助ユニットを前記患者の気道に第2の異なる気道陽圧を供給するように制御するステップと、
前記光学センサユニットから、前記第2の気道陽圧の供給に応答して前記組織から検出される光に基づいた第2のセンサ出力信号を得るステップと、
前記患者の静脈情報を前記第1及び第2のセンサ出力信号に基づいて決定するステップと、
を有する、方法。 - 前記呼吸補助ユニットを前記患者の気道に第2の異なる気道陽圧を供給するように制御するステップは、前記患者の心拍数及び呼吸数のうちの少なくとも一方に基づくものであり、前記制御ユニットにより前記呼吸補助ユニットに対し心周期及び呼吸周期のうちの少なくとも一方におけるフェーズによりゲーティングされる制御信号を供給するステップを更に有する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 通信ネットワークからダウンロード可能な、及び/又はコンピュータ読取可能な媒体及び/又はマイクロプロセッサ実行可能な媒体に記憶されるコンピュータプログラムであって、少なくとも1つのプロセッサにより実行された場合に請求項13又は請求項14に記載の方法を実施するコンピュータプログラムコード命令を有する、コンピュータプログラム。
