Abstract
Description
Claims (22)
- 資産検査システムであって、
1つまたは複数の資産に関連する1つまたは複数のパラメータを監視し、前記1つまたは複数の資産の動作を制御するように構成された資産制御装置と、
1つまたは複数のドローンと、
前記1つまたは複数のドローンおよび前記資産制御装置と通信し、前記資産の動作を、検査中に前記1つまたは複数のドローンが従う飛行計画と協調させるように構成された飛行制御装置と
を備える、資産検査システム。 - 前記1つまたは複数の資産が、発電資産、パイプライン、送電網、車両のうちの1つまたは複数を含む、請求項1に記載の資産検査システム。
- 前記1つまたは複数の資産が風力タービン発電機を含む、請求項1に記載の資産検査システム。
- 前記1つまたは複数の資産の構成データを記憶または管理するように構成された構成データベースをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の資産検査システム。
- 前記1つまたは複数の資産について前記1つまたは複数のドローンによって生成された検査データを受信するように構成された検査データリポジトリをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の資産検査システム。
- 前記資産制御装置は、前記飛行制御装置から受信した指示に応答して、前記1つまたは複数の資産の動作を停止および始動するように構成される、請求項1に記載の資産検査システム。
- 前記飛行制御装置は、前記資産制御装置から受信した情報に基づいて前記飛行計画を修正するように構成される、請求項1に記載の資産検査システム。
- 前記資産制御装置は、ドローンが検査のために接近しているという前記飛行制御装置からの第1の通信に基づいてそれぞれの資産の動作を停止し、前記ドローンが前記それぞれの資産の検査を完了したという前記飛行制御装置からの第2の通信に基づいて前記資産の動作を始動するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の資産検査システム。
- 前記資産制御装置は、1つまたは複数の監視制御およびデータ取得(SCADA)プロトコルを実行するプロセッサベースのシステムを含む、請求項1に記載の資産検査システム。
- ドローンベースの検査を開始するための方法であって、
検査を開始するコマンドを受信することと、
検査対象の1つまたは複数の資産の現在の環境データまたは現在の動作データの一方または両方を取得することと、
前記1つまたは複数の資産の位置データ、および、前記1つまたは複数の資産の前記現在の環境データ現在の動作データの一方または両方に基づいて検査順序を計算することと、
前記検査順序に基づいて、1つまたは複数のドローンの飛行計画を生成することと、
前記1つまたは複数の資産を検査するために、前記飛行計画に従って前記ドローンを操作することと
を含む、方法。 - 前記現在の環境データは、風速、風向、気圧、温度、湿度、または降水量のうちの1つまたは複数を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記飛行計画は、少なくとも部分的に前記現在の環境データについて生成されるヨーオフセットマップに少なくとも部分的に基づいて生成される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記現在の動作データは、ブレードの毎分回転数、動作温度、振動、トルク、動作時間、または電力生産量のうちの1つまたは複数を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記飛行計画は、1つまたは複数のウェイポイント、および、前記ウェイポイントが訪問される関連する順序を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記飛行計画は、前記ウェイポイントの1つまたは複数におけるそれぞれの前記ドローンの指定の向き、および、前記ウェイポイントの1つまたは複数においていずれのセンサまたはカメラを作動させるかの指示をさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記検査順序を計算することは、前記1つまたは複数の資産からの生産損失を最小化することに基づく、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 資産を検査するための方法であって、
1つまたは複数のドローンが検査を実行するために資産に近づくときに、前記資産の動作を調整するための第1の動作コマンドを送信することと、
前記動作コマンドが前記資産によって実行されたことの確認を受信することと、
前記資産に関する飛行計画を実行し、前記飛行計画の実行時に検査データを収集するように、前記1つまたは複数のドローンに指示することと、
前記飛行計画の完了時に、前記資産を通常の動作に戻すための第2の動作コマンドを送信することと
を含む、方法。 - 前記資産の動作を調整するための前記第1の動作コマンドは動作停止コマンドを含み、前記第2の動作コマンドは動作再始動コマンドを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記資産について受信される動作データに基づいて前記飛行計画を調整することをさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも部分的に現在の環境データを使用して生成されるヨーオフセットマップに基づいて前記飛行計画を調整することをさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記検査中または前記検査後に前記検査データを検査データリポジトリに送信することをさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記飛行計画の完了前に前記飛行計画を分析することと、
前記分析の結果に基づいて前記飛行計画を修正して、修正された飛行計画を作成することと、
前記第2の動作コマンドを送信する前に、前記修正された飛行計画を実行することと
をさらに含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
