Abstract
Description
本発明による吸音性多層は少なくとも3つの連続層を含み、不織カーペット表面層は第一の繊維層であり、背面層は第二の繊維層である。
本発明による空気流抵抗層を得るために、編布、パターン及び糸の粗さは最終の空気流抵抗に影響を及ぼすことができ、最終製品に必要な空気流抵抗を微調整するために使用することができる。
使用される熱可塑性樹脂は少なくとも編布のより大きな孔を通って均一に流れ、編布の他方の側に到達しそして第一の繊維上層に結合するのを可能にするために規定の粘度を必要とする。これは、吸音性多層及び/又はそのような多層を含む部品の製造に使用されるプロセス温度において必要な粘度を有するように調整された樹脂材料を選択することによって達成されうる。
一般に、製品は以下のような好ましい層を有することができる。
1.第一の繊維層として、400g/m2のポリエステル不織布希薄カーペット層、
2.本発明による空気流抵抗層を一緒に形成する、好ましくは30〜80g/m2の編布及び約50μmの約50g/m2のCo−PETフィルム、
3.70%ポリエステル繊維及び30%のPETのコア及びCo−PETのシースを有するバイコンポーネント繊維を有する、少なくとも300g/m2のニードルパンチ不織布層である第二の繊維層。シースは繊維層のためのバインダとして機能する。
以下の材料を使用して、本発明による自動車用フローリングを形成した。
1.不織カーペット層を形成する第一の繊維層として、100%ポリエステル繊維から製造された不織布希薄繊維層を使用した。
2.第二の繊維層として、繊維の総質量を基準にして70質量%のポリエステル繊維及び30質量%のポリエステルバイコンポーネント繊維から作られた450g/m2の不織繊維マットを使用した。
3.空気流抵抗層は、図3aに示すように70g/m2の100%ポリエステルジャカード編布によって形成した。熱可塑性樹脂としては、密度1.21kg/m3及び融点範囲200〜210℃のコポリエステルフィルムを使用した。
例1と同じ繊維層を使用したが、ここで図3bに示すようなパターンを有する編布を使用して空気流抵抗層を形成し、空気流抵抗測定値は825Ns/m3となった。
上記目的は、特に少なくとも以下の連続した工程により、請求項8に記載の製造方法によってさらに達成される。
1.材料、特に、少なくとも、背面層を形成する第二の繊維層、熱可塑性樹脂層及び編布を積み重ねる。ここで、熱可塑性樹脂層は、第二の繊維層と編布との間にそれらと表面接触して配置される。
2.少なくとも樹脂フィルム層が少なくとも所望の粘度に対応する温度に加熱されるように、好ましくは編布の側から積み重ね層を加熱する。
3.好ましくは別個の工程において、不織カーペット表面層である第一の繊維層の少なくとも1つの表面を加熱する。
4.第一の繊維層の加熱表面と編布の加熱面とが互いに表面接触し、そのような積み重ね層をその表面に対して垂直な圧力にさらすように工程1及び工程3の加熱された材料を組合せ、それにより、樹脂材料は、編布の空隙の少なくとも一部を通って、そして部分的に第一及び第二の繊維層中を移行し、それによって空気流抵抗層を形成し、すべての層を一緒にラミネート化する。
Claims (12)
- 第一繊維層(1)である不織カーペット表面層、第二繊維層(2)である背面層、及び、前記第一繊維層と前記第二繊維層との間の空気流抵抗層の少なくとも3つの連続層を含む吸音性多層であって、
前記空気流抵抗層は、編布(4)と熱可塑性樹脂材料(3)との組合せであり、前記熱可塑性樹脂材料は前記編布中に少なくとも部分的に浸透し、少なくとも前記編布の孔の一部を閉塞することを特徴とする、吸音性多層。 - 前記熱可塑性樹脂材料は、第一及び第二の繊維層に少なくとも部分的に浸透し、これらを前記編布にラミネート化させる、請求項1に記載の多層。
- 前記編布は、たて編、丸編、レース編又はジャカード編のいずれかである、請求項1又は2に記載の多層。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂材料は、ポリエステルのコポリマー、好ましくはポリエチレンテレフタレートのコポリマー(Co−PET)若しくはポリブチレンテレフタレートのコポリマー(Co−PBT)、又はポリオレフィン、例えばポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン若しくはポリオレフィンのコポリマーのいずれかである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の多層。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂材料は、110℃〜240℃の融点範囲を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の多層。
- 製造される部品の全体としての空気流抵抗(AFR)は、750〜7000Ns/m3である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の多層。
- 前記編布は、好ましくはポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)などのポリエステル系、又は好ましくはポリアミド6若しくはポリアミド6,6などのナイロン系、又はそのような材料の混合物である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の多層。
- 前記第一又は第二の繊維層は、ステープルファイバ、好ましくはポリエステル、例えばポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、好ましくはポリオレフィン、例えばポリプロピレン(PP)若しくはポリエチレン(PE)、又は、ポリアミド、例えばポリ(乳酸)(PLA)、ポリアミド6若しくはポリアミド6,6、又はそれらの混合物を含むことができる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の多層。
- 前記第二の繊維層は、リサイクル再生繊維、例えば再生綿、再生ポリエステル若しくは他の合成再生繊維又はそれらの混合物を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の多層。
- 前記空気流抵抗層と接触していない前記第二の繊維層の表面上に、フィルム層、連続気泡フォーム層、追加のフェルト層、不織スクリム層又はプラスチックシェルのうちの少なくとも1つをさらに含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の多層。
- 少なくとも以下の連続する工程を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の多層の製造方法であって、
−前記材料を積み重ねること、特に少なくとも第二の繊維層、熱可塑性樹脂層及び編布を、前記熱可塑性樹脂層が、前記第二の繊維層と前記編布との間にそれらと表面接触して配置されるように積み重ねること、
−少なくとも前記樹脂フィルム層が、少なくとも所望の粘度に対応する温度に加熱されるように、前記積み重ねた層を加熱すること、好ましくは前記編布の側から前記積み重ねた層を加熱すること、
−好ましくは別個の工程において、不織カーペット表面層である第一の繊維層の少なくとも1つの表面を加熱すること、
−第一の繊維層の加熱表面と前記編布の加熱表面とを互いに表面接触させて、工程1及び工程3の加熱された材料を組み合わせること、そして前記樹脂材料を、前記編布の空隙の少なくとも一部を通って、そして部分的に第一及び第二の繊維層中に移行するように、積み重ね層をその表面に垂直な圧力にさらすこと、それにより空気流抵抗層を形成しそしてすべての層を一緒にラミネートすること、
を含む、方法。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の吸音性多層の、自動車フローリングとしての又は自動車インナーダッシュとしての使用。
