Abstract
Description

Claims (15)

- 前記第1の列の相互接続パッドは、少なくとも接地相互接続パッド、電源電圧相互接続パッド、および感熱レジスタ(TSR)相互接続パッドを含む、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の列の相互接続パッドは、少なくともファイア相互接続パッド、クロック相互接続パッド、およびデータ相互接続パッドを含む、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の列の相互接続パッド上で前記少なくとも1つのポゴコネクタをスライドさせ、そして前記少なくとも1つのポゴコネクタを前記第1の列の相互接続パッドの少なくとも1つの相互接続パッドに電気的に結合することにより、前記PCAは前記少なくとも1つの分配ヘッドの前記電気相互接続パッドレイアウトとインターフェースする、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポゴコネクタを、前記の第1の列または第2の列の相互接続パッドにおける少なくとも1つの相互接続パッド上に、前記電気相互接続パッドレイアウトによって形成された平面に対して垂直な方向に下すことによって、前記PCAは、前記少なくとも1つの分配ヘッドの前記電気相互接続パッドレイアウトとインターフェースする、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- カセットを形成する方法であって、
モノリシック基板を形成すること;
少なくとも1つの相互接続パッドを含む第1の列の相互接続パッド、ここで前記第1の列の相互接続パッドの各相互接続パッドは、第1の組のビアのうちの1つに電気的に結合されている、および、
少なくとも1つの相互接続パッドを含む第2の列の相互接続パッド、ここで前記第2の列の相互接続パッドの各相互接続パッドは、第2の組のビアのうちの1つに電気的に結合されている、を形成することにより、
