Abstract
Description
一般に、普通ポルトランドセメント比は、骨材粒子のより高い結合能力を達成するために増大される。さらに、セメント反応速度論も骨材粒子の最大結合能力を達成するために非常に重要である。
本開示、その操作上の利点、およびその使用によって達成される特定の目的をよりよく理解するために、本発明の例示的実施形態が示されている添付の説明事項を参照すべきである。
ケイ酸二カルシウムは、そのような誘導水和特性の一例である。
さらに、上記エンジニアードコンクリートバインダ組成物は、最終コンクリート構造物の全体的な耐久性を改善する。

Claims (14)
- クリンカーファクターが全体的に減少した新規なエンジニアードコンクリートバインダ組成物であって、
10〜60重量%の比での少なくとも1つの一次バインダであって、自発的水和特性を有する一次材料群から選択される、前記一次バインダと、
40〜90重量%の比での少なくとも1つの二次バインダであって、誘導水和特性を有する二次材料群から選択される、前記二次バインダと、
を含む、前記組成物。 - 前記一次バインダが、最小細骨材モード平均粒子直径の1/4〜1/25の範囲のモード平均粒子直径を有する粒子を含む、請求項1に記載の新規なエンジニアードコンクリートバインダ組成物。
- 前記最小細骨材モード平均粒子直径が、生コンクリート材料の最小細骨材画分の粒度分布(PSD)分析により決定される、請求項2に記載の新規なエンジニアードコンクリートバインダ組成物。
- 前記一次材料群が、通常の普通ポルトランドセメント、機械的に変性された普通ポルトランドセメント、化学的に変性されたフライアッシュ、化学的に変性された高炉スラグのうちの少なくとも1つから選択される、請求項1に記載の新規なエンジニアードコンクリートバインダ組成物。
- 前記二次バインダが、前記最小細骨材モード平均粒子直径の1/4〜1/625の範囲のモード平均粒子直径を有する粒子を含む、請求項1に記載の新規なエンジニアードコンクリートバインダ組成物。
- 前記二次材料群が、ポゾラン活性を付与する材料から少なくとも選択される、請求項1に記載の新規なエンジニアードコンクリートバインダ組成物。
- 前記ポゾラン活性を付与する材料が、天然ポゾラン材料、人工ポゾラン材料のうちの少なくとも1つから選択される、請求項6に記載の新規なエンジニアードコンクリートバインダ組成物。
- 前記人工ポゾラン材料が、
フライアッシュ、高炉スラグ、火山灰材料、石英材料、ポゾラン材料から選択される化学的に活性化された材料と、
フライアッシュ、高炉スラグ、火山灰材料、石英材料、ポゾラン材料から選択される機械的に変性された材料と、
を含む、請求項7に記載の新規なエンジニアードコンクリートバインダ組成物。 - レオロジー調整剤、pH調整剤、反応活性剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の新規なエンジニアードコンクリートバインダ組成物。
- 前記レオロジー調整剤が、リグノスルホナート化合物、ポリカルボキシラート化合物、スルホン化ナフタレンホルムアルデヒド、スルホン化メラミンホルムアルデヒドのうちの1つから選択される、請求項9に記載の新規なエンジニアードコンクリートバインダ組成物。
- 前記pH調整剤が、アルカリ金属群の水酸化物、アルカリ土類金属群の水酸化物のうちの少なくとも1つから選択される、請求項9に記載の新規なエンジニアードコンクリートバインダ組成物。
- 前記反応活性剤が、アルカリ土類金属群の酸化物、アルカリ土類金属群の水酸化物、アルカリ土類金属群の炭酸塩のうちの1つから選択される、請求項9に記載の新規なエンジニアードコンクリートバインダ組成物。
- 前記一次材料群および前記二次材料群が、マクロ−ミクロ−ナノ粒子格子配列を形成して、前記最終コンクリート材料の強度特性および耐久性指数を増大させる、請求項1に記載の新規なエンジニアードコンクリートバインダ組成物。
- 前記二次材料群が、前記一次材料群の格子配列によって形成された空隙をコンパクトに占めるように適合される、請求項13に記載の新規なエンジニアードコンクリートバインダ組成物。
