Abstract
Description

本発明は、概して車両構造に関し、特に、少なくとも2つの層によって形成された2ピース車両コンポーネントに関し:層の1つは、優勢に、刻まれて分散されたガラス繊維によって、ならびに他の繊維タイプによって補強されたシート成形化合物(SMC)で形成された、自動車の外部パネルハイグロス表面仕上げを有する外側パネルであり、さらなる重量減少のためにガラスマイクロスフェアを含み、第二の層は、優勢に、炭素繊維、または樹脂トランスファー成形(RTM)によって形成された、エポキシマトリックス内に保持された炭素、ガラス、および天然繊維の混合物によって補強されて、分離した層は、樹脂が硬化してコンポーネントを形成した後に加わる。
Claims (14)
- 車両コンポーネントであって、
中空のガラスマイクロスフェアおよび刻まれたガラス繊維の優勢な繊維フィラーを有する成形組成物の第一の硬化された外側層;
エポキシマトリックス内の刻まれた炭素繊維の優勢な繊維フィラーを有する成形組成物の第二の硬化された内側層;および
前記の第一の硬化された外側層および前記の第二の硬化された内側層の間の線熱膨張の微分係数に適応するように構成された伸長特性を有する接着剤、
を備える、
車両コンポーネント。 - 請求項1の車両コンポーネントであって、
前記の第二の硬化された内側層は、ガラス繊維を欠いている、
車両コンポーネント。 - 請求項1の車両コンポーネントであって、
前記接着剤は、−40〜205℃で作用可能である、
車両コンポーネント。 - 請求項1の車両コンポーネントであって、
前記接着剤は、エラストマーの接着剤である、
車両コンポーネント。 - 請求項1の車両コンポーネントであって、
2.54〜3.81cmの接着フランジをさらに備える、
車両コンポーネント。 - 請求項1の車両コンポーネントであって、
前記の第二の硬化された内側層は、樹脂トランスファー成形(RTM)によって形成される、
車両コンポーネント。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一項の車両コンポーネントであって、
刻まれたガラス繊維の優勢な繊維フィラーを有する成形組成物の第三の硬化された層および刻まれた炭素繊維の優勢な繊維フィラーを有する成形組成物の第四の硬化された層;および、前記の少なくとも1つのさらなる層を前記の第一の外側層または前記の第二の内側層の1つに接合して積層を形成する接着剤の第二の層の、少なくとも1つのさらなる層をさらに備える、
車両コンポーネント。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一項の車両コンポーネントであって、
前記の第一の外側の硬化された層または前記の第二の硬化された内側層の少なくとも1つは、合計繊維重量によって少数パーセンテージの天然繊維を含む、
車両コンポーネント。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一項の車両コンポーネントであって、
前記の第一の硬化された外側層は、車両外部パネル表面を規定する、
車両コンポーネント。 - 請求項1の車両コンポーネントであって、
前記の第一の硬化された外側層は、車両外部パネルの外側スキン層表面を形成して、前記の第二の硬化された内側層は、前記車両外部パネルの内部層を形成する、
車両コンポーネント。 - 請求項10の車両コンポーネントであって、
前記外側スキン層表面は、自動車の外部パネルハイグロスを有する、
車両コンポーネント。 - 請求項1の車両コンポーネントであって、
前記内部層は、内側層の厚さを有し、前記外側スキン層は、外側スキンの厚さを有し、外側スキンの厚さに対する前記の内側層の厚さの比は、01−10:1の間である、
車両コンポーネント。 - 請求項1の車両コンポーネントであって、
ペイントコーティングをさらに備える、
車両コンポーネント。 - 請求項13の車両コンポーネントであって、
前記の第一の硬化された外側層は、刻まれた炭素繊維を実質的に欠いている、
