Claims (20)
- 可動壁付きの空気室であって、前記室内の気圧が増加した場合に、前記可動壁が外方向に移動して前記装置の缶ホルダーに保持されたガス缶のガス解放弁のピンを押し込ませるように構成された空気室と、
前記室に空気を維持するように閉止可能な空気解放弁と、
大気から前記室に空気を吸い込んで、前記室内の気圧を増加させるように作動可能な空気ポンプと、
前記空気解放弁を閉止すると共に前記空気ポンプを作動して、前記室内の前記気圧を増加させて前記可動壁を外方向に移動させ、前記缶の前記ガス解放弁を開放して、前記缶からガスを解放させて液体を炭酸化すると共に、前記空気解放弁を開放して前記ガス解放弁を閉止可能とするように構成された制御部と、を備えている炭酸化装置。 - 前記可動壁の前記外方向への移動によって先端側に押されて前記ピンを押し込むように構成されたプランジャーを更に備えている、請求項1の炭酸化装置。
- 前記制御部は、更に、前記空気解放弁が開放された場合に、前記空気ポンプの動作を停止するように構成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の炭酸化装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記液体の炭酸化レベルが選択された炭酸化レベルに達した場合に、前記空気解放弁を開放するように構成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の炭酸化装置。
- 前記選択された炭酸化レベルの到達は、前記ガス解放弁が開放されている時間の長さによって示される、請求項4に記載の炭酸化装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記ガス解放弁が開放された後、所定の間隔後に、前記空気解放弁を開放するように構成されている、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の炭酸化装置。
- 前記制御部は、プログラムされた炭酸化スキームに従って、前記ガス解放弁を開放させる動作と前記空気解放弁の開放の動作とを繰り返すように構成されている、請求項6に記載の炭酸化装置。
- 前記空気解放弁は、常開のソレノイド弁を備えている、請求項1〜7のいずれかの炭酸化装置。
- 傾斜センサーを更に備え、
前記制御部は、検知された傾斜角度が、閾値の傾斜角度を超えない場合のみ、前記空気解放弁を閉止する、又は、前記空気ポンプを作動させるように構成されている、請求項1〜8のいずれかの炭酸化装置。 - 前記可動壁はピストンである、請求項1〜9のいずれかの炭酸化装置。
- 炭酸化装置用の空気弁作動機構であって、
可動壁付きの空気室であって、前記可動壁が、前記室内の気圧が増加した場合に外方向に移動するように構成された空気室と、
前記室内に空気を維持するように閉止可能な空気開放弁と、
前記空気解放弁が閉止された場合に、大気から前記室に空気を吸い込み、前記室内の気圧を増加させるように作動可能な空気ポンプと、を備え、
前記可動壁は、前記可動壁が外方向に移動された場合に、ガス缶のガス解放弁を開放するように構成され、解放された前記ガスが、前記ガスによって炭酸化されるべき液体に導かれる機構。 - 前記可動壁の前記外方向への移動によって先端側に押されるように構成されたプランジャーを更に備え、前記プランジャーが先端側へ押された場合に、前記プランジャーの先端が前記ガス解放弁のピンを押し込んで前記ガス解放弁を開放するように構成されている、請求項11に記載の機構。
- 前記空気解放弁は、常開のソレノイド弁を備えている、請求項11又は12の機構。
- 前記可動壁はピストンである、請求項11〜13のいずれかの機構。
- 炭酸化装置を、前記炭酸化装置の制御部によって作動させる方法であって、
空気解放弁を閉止して、前記装置の空気室からの空気の解放を防止するステップと、
空気ポンプを作動して、大気から前記室へ空気を送り込んで前記室内の気圧を増加させて前記室の可動壁を外方向に移動させ、前記装置に取り付けられたガス缶のガス解放弁を開放させて前記缶からガスを解放し、解放された前記ガスが液体に導かれて前記液体を炭酸化するステップと、
前記ガス解放弁が開放された後所定の時間間隔の経過後に、前記空気解放弁を開放して前記室から空気を解放して、前記ガス解放弁を閉止可能とするステップと、を含んでいる方法。 - 前記所定の時間間隔後に、前記空気ポンプの動作を停止するステップを更に含む、請求項15の方法。
- 前記所定の時間間隔は、選択された炭酸化レベルに対応する、請求項15又は16の方法。
- 前記所定の時間間隔は、前記缶からのガスを解放する炭酸化パルスの長さを含む、請求項15〜17のいずれかの方法。
- 炭酸化パルスを繰返して適用するステップを更に含む、請求項18の方法。
- 炭酸化パルスを繰り返して適用することは、前記適用された炭酸化パルスのシーケンスが選択された炭酸化レベルに対応する場合に終了する、請求項19の方法。
