Claims (18)
- 少なくとも1つの軸方向管腔を備える吸引カテーテルと、遠端を有する回転シャフト及び該シャフトの前記遠端に取り付けられた拡張可能型ブレードを備える回転装置とを有する凝塊除去装置であって、前記拡張可能型ブレードは血栓が位置する処置位置に第1移送位置から第2凝塊係合位置へと移送され、前記第1移送位置において前記拡張可能型ブレードは前記吸引カテーテル内で第1直径を有する拡張されていない状態にあり、前記第2凝塊係合位置において前記拡張可能型ブレードは、前記吸引カテーテル外で凝塊内に配置された場合に、前記第1直径より大きい第2直径を有する部分的に拡張された状態にあり、前記ブレードは回転の間において外方に拡張すると共に周囲の凝塊を離解し、前記ブレードが自身の長軸の回りに回転すると共に半径方向に拡張する、装置。
- 前記拡張可能型ブレードは遠位先端を備える遠端部を有し、前記遠位先端は、前記吸引カテーテル外へと配置された場合に、前記拡張可能型ブレードの前記遠端部が遠位方向に開くのを防止し、前記遠位先端が金属、ポリマ、ゴム、接着剤又はこれらの組み合わせから形成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記拡張可能型ブレードが、円形、非円形又はこれら両方の組み合わせを含む断面形状を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記拡張可能型ブレードが、完全に拡張された状態において、前記吸引カテーテル内にある拡張されていない状態におけるよりも少なくとも1.5倍大きい直径を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記拡張可能型ブレードは0.001インチ〜0.020インチの間の外径を有する複数のニチノールワイヤから形成される3〜48の間の撚り線を有し、前記拡張可能型ブレードの外径が、拡張された状態において、1〜40mmの間である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記拡張可能型ブレードが、円形ワイヤ、楕円ワイヤ、フラットワイヤ又はこれらの組み合わせを用いて管状の形状に編まれた、変化するワイヤ寸法を持つ複数のニチノールワイヤ撚り線から形成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記回転装置が、時計方向、反時計方向及びこれら両方の組み合わせで回転する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記拡張可能型ブレードが、少なくとも2つの異なる外側寸法を有する1つの連続したブレードを有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記拡張可能型ブレードは遠端部を有し、前記回転シャフトは前記拡張可能型ブレードの該遠端部に取り付けられ、前記拡張可能型ブレードが、前記回転シャフトにわたって自由に移動可能な近端側拡張可能型ブレード部分を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの軸方向管腔を備える吸引カテーテルと、制限ワイヤと、遠端部を有する拡張可能型ブレードを備えた回転装置と、前記拡張可能型ブレードの前記遠端部に取り付けられた回転管状部材とを有する閉塞性物質を除去する装置であって、前記拡張可能型ブレードの前記近端部は前記制限ワイヤ上を移動可能であり、前記回転装置は前記吸引カテーテルの前記管腔を介して移送され、ストッパエレメントが前記制限ワイヤ上に、前記拡張可能型ブレードが遠位方向に移動された場合に、該拡張可能型ブレードの伸張を可能にしながら該拡張可能型ブレードを過度の拡張から防止するように配置される、装置。
- 前記ストッパエレメントが、前記拡張可能型ブレードのための所定の寸法を維持する、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 回転シャフトが、単線、ロッド、ケーブル、コイル、チューブ又はこれらの組み合わせの構造を有する、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの管腔、遠端部及び近端部を有する吸引カテーテルと、該吸引カテーテルの前記近端部に取り付けられる液体ダイヤフラムポンプとを有する、人体から閉塞性物質を除去する装置であって、前記ポンプ内でダイヤフラムが往復運動する速度は2000RPMより高く、前記ダイヤフラムの行程は0.010”より大きく、前記液体ダイヤフラムポンプが該ポンプの始動から15秒未満内に瞬時最大圧力を生じる、装置。
- 遠端部及び近端部を有し前記吸引カテーテル内で回転し得ると共に長手方向に前後に移動し得る回転部材を更に含み、前記回転部材の遠端部は曲げられた形状を有し、前記回転部材が少なくとも部分的に前記吸引カテーテル内に配置される、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記吸引カテーテルの近端部に取り付けられる注射器を更に含む、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの軸方向管腔、遠端部及び近端部を有する吸引カテーテルと、該吸引カテーテルの近端部に取り付けられる逆止弁を有する液体吸引ポンプと、前記吸引カテーテルの近端部に取り付けられる注射器とを有する凝塊除去装置であって、前記注射器により供給される真空が前記吸引カテーテル内の吸引圧力を、前記ポンプがオン又はオフであるかに拘わらず、該液体吸引ポンプにより供給されるレベルよりも高く増加させる、装置。
- 前記液体吸引ポンプが、使用前に塩水洗浄により呼び水を差されるダイヤフラムポンプである、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記液体吸引ポンプが滅菌であると共に患者隣接滅菌場内で使用される、請求項16に記載の装置。
