Abstract
Description
前記ディスプレイ装置はOLEDおよびドライバトランジスタを含み、
前記OLEDのアノードは前記ドライバトランジスタのソースに接続され、
前記方法は、
前記ドライバトランジスタのドレインを正電源に接続することと、
前記OLEDのカソードを負電源に接続することと、
前記正電源と前記負電源との間の電圧差を7.1V〜9.6Vの範囲内に設定することと、
を含む。
前記正電源によって提供される電圧は固定値を有し、
前記負電源によって提供される電圧は調節可能電圧である。
前記ドライバトランジスタのドレイン−ソース電圧は、
Vds=前記正電源の電圧−前記負電源の電圧−Voled
となるものであり、ただし、Vdsは前記ドライバトランジスタの前記ドレイン−ソース電圧であり、Voledは前記OLEDの2つの端子の電圧である。
前記ディスプレイ装置は、さらにコンデンサを含み、
前記ドライバトランジスタのゲートは、前記コンデンサを介して前記正電源に接続される。
ステップS11:ドライバトランジスタDTFTのドレインを正電源Vddに接続することと、
ステップS12:OLEDのカソードを負電源Vssに接続することと、
ステップS13:正電源Vddと負電源Vssとの間の電圧差を、7.1V〜9.6Vの範囲内に設定することと、
を含む。
Claims (10)
- ディスプレイ装置を駆動する方法であって、
前記ディスプレイ装置はOLEDおよびドライバトランジスタを備え、
前記OLEDのアノードは前記ドライバトランジスタのソースに接続され、
前記方法は、
前記ドライバトランジスタのドレインを正電源に接続することと、
前記OLEDのカソードを負電源に接続することと、
前記正電源と前記負電源との間の電圧差を7.1V〜9.6Vの範囲内に管理することと、
を備える、方法。 - 請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置を駆動する方法であって、
前記正電源によって提供される電圧は固定値を有し、
前記負電源によって提供される電圧は調節可能電圧である、
方法。 - 請求項2に記載のディスプレイ装置を駆動する方法であって、前記正電源によって提供される前記電圧は、4V〜5Vの範囲にわたる、方法。
- 請求項2に記載のディスプレイ装置を駆動する方法であって、前記負電源によって提供される前記電圧は、−5V〜−2.5Vの範囲にわたる、方法。
- 請求項2に記載のディスプレイ装置を駆動する方法であって、前記正電源と前記負電源との間の前記電圧差は、8.1V〜9.1Vの範囲内に設定される、方法。
- 請求項5に記載のディスプレイ装置を駆動する方法であって、前記負電源によって提供される前記電圧は、−4.5V〜−3.5Vの範囲にわたる、方法。
- 請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置を駆動する方法であって、
前記正電源によって提供される前記電圧は調節可能電圧であり、
前記負電源によって提供される電圧は固定値を有する、方法。 - 請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置を駆動する方法であって、
前記ドライバトランジスタのドレイン−ソース電圧は、
Vds=前記正電源の電圧−前記負電源の電圧−Voled
となるものであり、ただし、
Vdsは前記ドライバトランジスタの前記ドレイン−ソース電圧であり、
Voledは前記OLEDの2つの端子間の電圧である、
方法。 - 請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置を駆動する方法であって、
前記ディスプレイ装置は、さらにコンデンサを備え、
前記ドライバトランジスタのゲートは、前記コンデンサを介して前記正電源に接続される、
方法。 - 請求項9に記載のディスプレイ装置を駆動する方法であって、前記ディスプレイ装置は2T1C構造、4T1C構造、6T1C構造、または7T1C構造を有する、方法。
