Claims (13)
- 使い捨て容器を再使用可能な検出機器に連結するための使い捨てセンサインターフェースであって、前記インターフェースは、
前記使い捨て容器の壁へ結合可能なポリマーフランジであって、前記側壁及び撓み可能なポリマーダイアフラムを受け取るように構成されたインターフェース部を有している前記ポリマーフランジと、
前記ポリマーフランジの前記インターフェース部に結合された撓み可能なポリマーダイアフラムと、
前記ポリマーフランジに密封的に結合された機器結合部であって、前記前記再使用可能な検出機器に連結するように構成されている前記機器結合部と、
を備えている、
上記使い捨てセンサインターフェース。 - 前記機器結合部は、前記ポリマーフランジに解放可能に固定されている、請求項1に記載の使い捨てセンサインターフェース。
- 前記機器結合部は、前記ポリマーダイアフラムに隣接する隔離ダイアフラムを含む、請求項1に記載の使い捨てセンサインターフェース。
- 前記隔離ダイアフラムは、ステンレス鋼で形成されている、請求項3に記載の使い捨てセンサインターフェース。
- 前記撓み可能ポリマーダイアフラムと前記隔離ダイアフラムとの間に閉じ込められたガスを放出するように構成された通気口をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の使い捨てセンサインターフェース。
- 前記機器結合部は、前記ポリマーフランジにプラスチック溶接されている、請求項1に記載の使い捨てセンサインターフェース。
- 使い捨て容器を再使用可能な検出機器に連結するための使い捨てセンサインターフェースであって、前記インターフェースは、
その上にスライドされたホースを保持するように構成された少なくとも1つのホースカエシを有するポリマーホースアダプタ部であって、前記撓み可能なポリマーダイアフラムを受け取るように構成された少なくとも1つのインターフェース部を有する前記ホースアダプタ部と、
前記インターフェースに結合された撓み可能なポリマーダイアフラムと、及び
前記ホースアダプタ部に結合された少なくとも1つの機器取り付け部であって、前記円筒形の側壁を有している前記少なくとも1つの機器取り付け部と、
を備えている、
上記使い捨てセンサインターフェース。 - 少なくとも1つの機器取り付け部が前記ホースアダプタ部にプラスチック溶接されている、請求項7に記載の使い捨てセンサインターフェース。
- 前記少なくとも1つの機器取り付け部は、前記ホースアダプタ部に超音波溶接されている、請求項7に記載の使い捨てセンサインターフェース。
- 前記ポリマーホースアダプタ部は、互いに流体的に連結された入力部及び出力部を含み、前記少なくとも1つのホースカエシは、前記入力部に近接して配置された第1のホースカエシと、前記出力部に近接して配置された第2のホースカエシとを含む、請求項7に記載の使い捨てセンサインターフェース。
- 前記少なくとも1つの機器取り付け部は、流れ軸に沿って互いに分離された第1の機器取り付け部と第2の機器取り付け部とを含む、請求項10に記載の使い捨てセンサインターフェース。
- 前記第1の機器取り付け部と前記第2の機器取り付け部との間の前記ホースアダプタ部内に配置された流れ制限部をさらに備えている、請求項11に記載の使い捨てセンサインターフェース。
- 前記ポリマーホースアダプタ部は、前記使い捨て容器のホースカエシバッグポートに隣接して配置され、ある長さの配管が前記ホースカエシバッグポートと前記ホースアダプタ部の少なくとも1つのホースカエシとを覆って配置されている、請求項7に記載の使い捨てセンサインターフェース。
