Abstract
Description
1.外部導体または基体(4)と、ガラスまたはガラスセラミック材料(3)と、内部導体とからなるガラス・金属フィードスルーであって、前記内部導体は、好ましくは金属ピン(1)であり、前記外部導体、特に前記基体(4)内の前記内部導体は、前記ガラスまたはガラスセラミック材料(3)に封着されている、ガラス・金属フィードスルーにおいて、前記金属ピン(1)は、高い伝導性および/または低い接触抵抗を有する材料と、前記金属ピン(1)を少なくとも部分的に包囲するスリーブエレメント(2)とを含むことを特徴とする、ガラス・金属フィードスルー。
ニオブ、モリブデン、チタン、タンタル、ステンレス鋼およびタングステン
のうちの1つを含むことを特徴とする、項目1から3までのいずれか1項記載のガラス・金属フィードスルー。
Claims (10)
- 外部導体(4)と、ガラスまたはガラスセラミック材料(3)と、内部導体とを含むガラス・金属フィードスルーであって、前記内部導体は、金属ピン(1)であり、前記基体(4)内の前記内部導体は、前記ガラスまたはガラスセラミック材料(3)に封着されており、前記金属ピン(1)は、高い伝導性および/または低い接触抵抗を有する材料と、前記金属ピン(1)を少なくとも部分的に包囲するスリーブエレメント(2)とを含む、ガラス・金属フィードスルーにおいて、
前記金属ピン(1)が、2つの端部、すなわち第1の端部(10)および第2の端部(20)を有し、前記第1の端部は、前記ガラスまたはガラスセラミック(3)に封着されており、前記第2の端部(20)は、前記スリーブエレメント(2)に収容されていることを特徴とする、ガラス・金属フィードスルー。 - 前記スリーブエレメント(2)が、前記金属ピン(1)とともにプレスされていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のガラス・金属フィードスルー。
- 前記スリーブエレメントの材料が、ロウ付け可能な材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載のガラス・金属フィードスルー。
- 前記ロウ付け可能な材料が、銅またはニッケルを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のガラス・金属フィードスルー。
- 前記金属ピン(1)が、医学的に懸念のない材料として、以下の材料:
ニオブ、モリブデン、チタン、タンタル、ステンレス鋼およびタングステン
のうちの1つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のガラス・金属フィードスルー。 - 前記金属ピン(1)の膨張係数α内部が、4〜13ppm/Kの範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のガラス・金属フィードスルー。
- ウェアラブル品、埋め込み型医療機器または装置における、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のガラス・金属フィードスルーの使用。
- 人間もしくは動物の体または生物の生細胞を含む細胞培養物への導入またはこれらへの装着が可能な、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のガラス・金属フィードスルーを備えたエレメントであって、前記外部導体および前記内部導体は、少なくとも、動作状態で人間または動物の体と接触するその表面領域において、アレルギーの可能性が低減された材料からなる、エレメント。
- 人間もしくは動物の体または細胞培養物と接触する前記外部導体および前記内部導体の材料から、ニッケルおよび/またはクロムが析出されない、請求項8記載のエレメント。
- 前記外部導体および前記内部導体の材料が、少なくとも、動作状態で人間もしくは動物の体または細胞培養物の生物細胞と接触するその表面領域において、ニッケルフリーおよび/もしくはクロムフリーのステンレス鋼および/もしくはオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼ならびに/またはセラミックならびに/またはガラスならびに/またはガラスセラミックを含む、請求項8または9記載のエレメント。
