Claims (5)
- 油田に繋がった配管の内部に配置され、貯留された対象油を所定の方向に送る油田用ポンプであって、
回転部と、
前記回転部の外周に配置された固定部と、
前記回転部の内部に形成された部分と前記回転部と前記固定部との間に形成された部分が繋がり、前記対象油が流れる通路と、
前記回転部と、固定部との軸方向の荷重を支持するスラスト軸受と、
前記通路の対象油の一部を前記スラスト軸受に供給する供給配管と、を含み、
前記スラスト軸受は、前記回転部の外周に固定され、前記回転部と一体で回転する突出部と、前記固定部に固定され、前記突出の軸方向の面と対面する対面部と、を含み、
前記突出部と前記対面部との間に前記対象油が充填され、
前記突出部は、前記対面部と対向する面に、回転方向上流側から下流側に向けて、径方向外側に移動し、下流側の端部が径方向外側に開口した溝が形成される油田用ポンプ。 - 前記スラスト軸受は、前記突出部の前記対向面と対向する面に配置され、前記溝が形成されたパッドを有し、
前記パッドは、前記回転方向下流側に向かって、前記対面部との距離が短くなる請求項1に記載の油田用ポンプ。 - 油田に繋がった配管の内部に配置され、貯留された対象油を所定の方向に送る油田用ポンプであって、
回転部と、
前記回転部の外周に配置された固定部と、
前記回転部の内部に形成された部分と前記回転部と前記固定物との間に形成された部分が繋がり、前記対象油が流れる通路と、
前記回転部と、固定部との軸方向の荷重を支持するスラスト軸受と、
前記通路の対象油の一部を前記スラスト軸受に供給する供給配管と、を含み、
前記スラスト軸受よりも上流側の前記通路及び前記供給配管の少なくとも一方は、径方向外側にらせん状の溝が形成される油田用ポンプ。 - 前記供給配管は、前記回転部と前記固定部との間に形成され、
前記溝は、前記供給配管の前記固定部側の面に形成される請求項3に記載の油田用ポンプ。 - 一方の端部が前記溝と接続し、他方の端部が前記通路の前記通路の前記供給配管の接続部よりも下流側に接続し、前記スラスト軸受に供給された対象油を、前記通路に排出する排出配管を備える請求項3または請求項4に記載の油田用ポンプ。
