Abstract
Description
床面の開口部には、対の方立て、及び対の方立て間に、敷き金物を付設し、止水板の取付け、及び水密ゴムとの密着性を確保する構造であって、
1) 床面は、タイル、石割り、又はコンクリートでなる舗装を備えており、
2) 床面には、舗装の表面より、2〜20mmの深さ、及び30〜60mmの表面の幅を備えた溝を、切削作業で施工し、かつ溝の底面は水平底面とし、
3) 溝に接着剤、又は固定手段を施し、ここに敷き金物を敷設し、
4) 養生期間としての時間を予備に設ける構成とした敷き金物の取付け工法の提供である。

Claims (6)
- 建物、構造物、構築物の何れかの出入口、又は水路、トンネルの何れかの開口部は、5〜25mmの厚さを備えた床面を備えており、
この床面の開口部には、対の方立て、及びこの対の方立て間に、敷き金物を付設し、止水板の取付け、及び水密ゴムとの密着性を確保する構造であって、
1) 前記床面は、タイル、石割り、又はコンクリートでなる舗装を備えており、
2) この床面には、舗装の表面より、2〜20mmの深さ、及び30〜60mmの表面の幅を備えた溝を、切削作業で施工し、かつこの溝の底面は水平底面とし、
3) この溝に接着剤、又は固定手段を施し、ここに敷き金物を敷設し、
4) 養生期間としての時間を予備に設ける構成とした敷き金物の取付け工法。 - 請求項1に記載の切削作業は、機械と工具との組み合わせを利用し、効率的な施工が可能な構成とした請求項1に記載の敷き金物の取付け工法。
- 請求項1に記載の切削作業において、前記溝の長手方向の寸法>前記止水板の長手方向の寸法、とする構成とした請求項1に記載の敷き金物の取付け工法。
- 請求項1に記載の敷き金物は、前記水平底面に、水平に取付け可能な構成とした請求項1に記載の敷き金物の取付け工法。
- 請求項2に記載の切削作業は、切削砥石機械となる各種機械と、手動工具との組み合わせを利用し、効率的な施工が可能な構成とした請求項2に記載の敷き金物の取付け工法。
- 請求項5に記載の切削作業は、前記切削砥石機械となる各種機械で、両方立ての近辺で、この方立てに、砥石の切削面が接触可能な第1箇所までとし、未切削の第2箇所は、前記手動工具で、切削作業を可能とする構成とした請求項5に記載の敷き金物の取付け工法。
