Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an alkaline cleaning agent composition.
Cooking utensils such as pots and grills used at home, trivets, walls and floors in kitchens, especially ventilation fans and stoves, restaurants, kitchens such as hotels, supermarkets, walls and floors in food factories, food manufacturing / processing / cooking equipment, etc. A cleaning agent composition is used for cleaning. An alkaline cleaning agent composition is used as a cleaning agent composition suitable for cleaning oil stains.
When stains such as oil stains are firmly adhered to the surface to be cleaned, the stains can be easily peeled off from the surface to be cleaned by sufficiently contacting the cleaning agent composition with the stains for a long time.
Here, when the surface to be cleaned is a surface such as a vertical surface or an inclined surface on which the liquid easily flows down, even if the liquid cleaning agent composition is attached to the surface to be cleaned, it will flow down, so that the cleaning agent composition and the dirt Will not be in sufficient contact with.
As a conventional alkaline cleaning agent composition, for example, Patent Document 1 describes a liquid cleaning agent composition containing an alkaline component as an active ingredient and further containing an amine oxide and an alkyl polyglucoside.
In the alkaline cleaning agent composition, in order to further enhance the cleaning power against stains on the surface on which the liquid easily flows off, the cleaning agent composition is made to have a high viscosity to prevent the cleaning agent composition from flowing off from the surface, and cleaning is performed. We investigated the sufficient contact between the agent composition and dirt, and attempted to use a thickener to improve the viscosity of the cleaning agent composition.
The alkaline cleaning agent composition often contains a hydrophobic solvent in order to improve the cleaning power. However, the present inventor has found that it is difficult to uniformly dissolve the thickener in the hydrophobic solvent, and there is room for ingenuity to sufficiently increase the viscosity of the alkaline cleaning agent composition.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an alkaline cleaning agent composition having excellent adhesion to a surface to be cleaned and having high cleaning power.
The present inventor combines a specific solvent, a thickener, and a specific alkaline agent in a predetermined mass ratio in the alkaline cleaning agent composition, whereby the thickener and the alkaline agent are suitably dissolved in the solvent and increased. It has been found that the thickener exhibits a suitable thickening effect in the alkaline cleaning agent composition. And, such an alkaline cleaning agent composition is excellent in adhesion to a surface to be cleaned where a liquid such as a vertical surface or an inclined surface easily flows off, and also has a sufficient action of removing dirt, and as a result, The present invention has been completed by finding that the detergency is very excellent.
That is, the alkaline cleaning agent composition of the present invention contains 0.1 to 30% by mass of an alkali metal hydroxide, 0.01 to 5% by mass of a thickener, and 0.1 of a solvent having an SP value of 10.6 or more. It contains ~ 50% by mass. When two or more kinds of alkali metal hydroxides are contained, the content ratio of the alkali metal hydroxide is the total content ratio of these. The same applies to the content ratio of the thickener and the content ratio of the solvent having an SP value of 10.6 or more.
In the alkaline cleaning agent composition of the present invention, the thickener and the alkali metal hydroxide are preferably dissolved in a solvent having an SP value of 10.6 or more, and the thickener is suitable in the alkaline cleaning agent composition. Shows thickening effect. As a result, the alkaline cleaning agent composition of the present invention has excellent adhesion to the surface to be cleaned, such as a vertical surface or an inclined surface, on which a liquid easily flows off, and also has a sufficient action of removing dirt. There is, and the detergency is remarkably excellent on any surface to be cleaned.
The cleaning agent composition described in Patent Document 1 described above contains an alkyl polyglycoside, but the alkyl polyglycoside specifically disclosed in the examples has a short chain length and therefore has a thickening effect. It does not indicate that it acts as a surfactant. Therefore, it is considered that the cleaning agent composition specifically disclosed in Patent Document 1 does not have sufficient adhesiveness to the surface to be cleaned, such as a vertical surface or an inclined surface, where the liquid easily flows down.
The SP value (solubility parameter) is an index of the hydrophilicity of the solvent and is a value represented by the square root of the molecular aggregation energy. The unit is (cal / cm) 1/2 , which refers to the value at 25 ° C. The SP value is R. F. Calculated according to the method described in Fedors, Polymer Engineering Science, 14, p147 (1967).
The SP value of water is 23.4. The closer the SP value is to 23.4, the more hydrophilic the solvent is, and the lower the SP value is, the more hydrophobic the solvent is.

(Evaluation of cleaning power)
After using each of the alkaline cleaning agent compositions immediately after the preparation of each example and comparative example at home for one year, 1 mL was applied to the entire surface of the trivet to which the burnt stains had adhered to a surface area of 5 cm 2 and contacted for 4 hours. After that, it was rinsed with running water and the degree of dirt removal was visually evaluated. The trivet has a complicated shape, and its surface includes a horizontal surface, an inclined surface, and a vertical surface.

From the results in Table 1, the alkaline cleaning agent composition of each example contains an alkali metal hydroxide, a thickener, and a solvent having an SP value of 10.6 or more in a predetermined mass ratio, respectively, to the surface to be cleaned. It can be seen that the adhesiveness is excellent and the detergency is high. On the other hand, the cleaning agent composition of Comparative Example 1 did not contain an alkali metal hydroxide, so that the cleaning power was not sufficient. Further, since the alkaline cleaning agent composition of Comparative Example 2 does not contain a thickener, the adhesiveness to the surface to be cleaned is not sufficient, and although a certain cleaning power is recognized, the inclined surface of the trivet And dirt tended to remain on the vertical surface, and the cleaning result was uneven. Further, although the alkali cleaning agent composition of Comparative Example 3 contains an alkali metal hydroxide and a thickener, it does not contain a solvent having an SP value of 10.6 or more, so that the alkali metal hydroxide and the thickener are not included. The agent could not be sufficiently dissolved, the appearance was inferior, the adhesiveness to the surface to be cleaned was not sufficient, and the detergency was not sufficient.
