パートAは、まず、シリカ及びカーボンブラックを100℃の真空オーブン内に2時間置き、次いでロール粉砕プロセスを使用して、ビニル末端フルオロシリコーン(Wacker Fluorosilicone SLM−50330)、カーボンブラック、シリカ、及び酢酸ブチルを均質に混合することによって調製する。次いで、分散剤を添加して、フルオロシリコーンポリマー中のカーボンブラックの安定性及び分散の質を向上させる。
表層コーティングを調製し、脱気後、0.003ミリメートルの引っ張り棒を使用して、試験エチレンプロピレンジエンモノマー(EPDM)ゴム片に塗布した。次いで、コーティングを1時間まで空気乾燥し、160℃で4時間加熱して硬化を終了させた。
典型的に金属又はプラスチックスリーブを含む底層を省略したことを除いて、表層コーティングを調製し、図2に示す構成を有する試験カーカス片に塗布した。0.003ミリメートルの引っ張り棒を用いて脱気した後、コーティングを塗布した。1時間の空気乾燥後、カーカスを160℃で4時間加熱して硬化を終了させた。
典型的に金属又はプラスチックスリーブ及び補強繊維層を含む底層を省略したことを除いて、表層コーティングを調製し、図2に示す構成を有する試験カーカス片に塗布した。0.003ミリメートルの引っ張り棒を用いて脱気した後、コーティングを塗布した。1時間の空気乾燥後、カーカスを160℃で4時間加熱して硬化を終了させた。
Claims (20)
- 可変データリソグラフィ印刷システム用の多層画像形成ブランケットであって、
前記可変データリソグラフィ印刷システムのシリンダコアの周囲に巻き付くように又は前記シリンダコア上に取り付けられるように構成された下部接触面を有する多層ベースと、前記下部接触面の反対側の白金触媒によるフルオロシリコーン表層と、を備え、
前記多層ベースは、
エチレンプロピレンジエンモノマー(EPDM)ゴム基材を含む上層と、
前記下部接触面を含む底層と、
前記上層と前記底層との間に配置された圧縮性層であって、前記白金触媒によるフルオロシリコーン表層の反対側の前記上層の表面、及び前記下部接触面の反対側の前記底層の表面に取り付けられている、圧縮性層と、を含む、無硫黄カーカスである、多層画像形成ブランケット。 - 前記上層が、補強布地層を更に含み、前記補強布地層が、前記下層の反対側の前記圧縮性層の表面に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の多層画像形成ブランケット。
- 前記下部接触面を含む前記底層が、前記可変データリソグラフィ印刷システムの前記シリンダコアの表面と直接協働するように配置されたベーススリーブである、請求項1に記載の多層画像形成ブランケット。
- 前記EPDMゴム基材を含む前記上層が、100〜500マイクロメートルの範囲の厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の多層画像形成ブランケット。
- 前記EPDMゴム基材が、シームレスなEPDMゴム基材である、請求項1に記載の多層画像形成ブランケット。
- 前記白金触媒によるフルオロシリコーン表層が、カーボンブラック、シリカ、架橋剤、及び溶媒を含む、請求項1に記載の多層画像形成ブランケット。
- 前記多層ベースが、160℃で少なくとも4時間安定である、請求項1に記載の多層画像形成ブランケット。

前記可変データリソグラフィ印刷システムのシリンダコアの周囲に巻き付くように又は前記シリンダコア上に取り付けられるように構成された下部接触面を有する多層ベースと、前記下部接触面の反対側の白金触媒によるフルオロシリコーン表層と、を備え、
前記多層ベースは、
エチレンプロピレンジエンモノマー(EPDM)ゴム基材を含む上層と、
前記下部接触面を含む底層と、
前記上層と前記底層との間に配置された圧縮性層であって、前記圧縮性層は、前記白金触媒によるフルオロシリコーン表層の反対側の前記上層の表面、及び前記下部接触面の反対側の前記底層の表面に取り付けられている、圧縮性層と、を含む無硫黄カーカスである、多層画像形成ブランケットと、
前記多層画像形成ブランケットに湿し水の層を塗布するように構成された湿し水サブシステムと、
前記湿し水層の部分を選択的に除去して前記湿し水中に潜像を生成するように構成されているパターニングサブシステムと、
インクを前記多層画像形成ブランケット上に塗布するように構成されており、結果として、湿し水が前記パターニングサブシステムによって除去された前記多層画像形成ブランケットの領域を前記インクが選択的に占有することによって、インク付けされた潜像を生成する、インク付けサブシステムと、
前記インク付けされた潜像を基材に転写するように構成された画像転写サブシステムと、前記インク付けされた潜像を基材に転写するように構成された画像転写サブシステムと、を備える、可変データリソグラフィシステム。 - 前記上層が、補強布地層を更に含み、前記補強布地層が、前記下層の反対側の前記圧縮性層の表面に取り付けられている、請求項8に記載の多層画像形成ブランケット。
- 前記下部接触面を含む前記底層が、前記可変データリソグラフィ印刷システムの前記シリンダコアの表面と直接協働するように配置されたベーススリーブである、請求項8に記載の多層画像形成ブランケット。
- 前記EPDMゴム基材を含む前記上層が、100〜500マイクロメートルの範囲の厚さを有する、請求項8に記載の多層画像形成ブランケット。
- 前記EPDMゴム基材が、シームレスなEPDMゴム基材である、請求項8に記載の多層画像形成ブランケット。
- 前記白金触媒によるフルオロシリコーン表層が、カーボンブラック、シリカ、架橋剤、及び溶媒を含む、請求項8に記載の多層画像形成ブランケット。

前記多層ベースは、
無硫黄ゴム基材を含む上層と、
前記下部接触面を含む底層と、
前記白金触媒によるフルオロシリコーン表層の反対側の前記上層の表面、及び前記下部接触面の反対側の前記底層の表面に取り付けられた圧縮性層と、を含む、無硫黄カーカスであり、
前記フルオロシリコーン表層が、プライマー層の非存在下で、前記上層の前記無硫黄ゴム基材の前記表面に接着する、多層画像形成ブランケット。 - 前記無硫黄ゴム基材が、エチレンプロピレンジエンモノマー(EPDM)ゴム基材である、請求項15に記載の多層画像形成ブランケット。
- 前記上層が、補強布地層を更に含み、前記補強布地層が、前記下層の反対側の前記圧縮性層の表面に取り付けられている、請求項15に記載の多層画像形成ブランケット。
- 前記多層ベースが、160℃で少なくとも4時間安定である、請求項15に記載の多層画像形成ブランケット。
- 前記下部接触面を含む前記底層が、前記可変データリソグラフィ印刷システムの前記シリンダコアの表面と直接協働するように配置されたベーススリーブである、請求項15に記載の多層画像形成ブランケット。
- 前記ベーススリーブが、剛性金属又はプラスチックである、請求項19に記載の多層画像形成ブランケット。
