Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a telescopic portion used for a road bridge and a telescopic device having the telescopic portion.
Many of the bridges in Japan were built during the postwar period of high economic miracle, and 50 years have already passed since the construction. Generally, the life of bridges and the like is said to be 50 years, and it is said that these bridges have already reached their lifespan in recent years.
Therefore, as a result of investigating the condition of those bridges, the bearings placed under the bridge girders deteriorated due to the rainwater flowing under the bridge girders in
Generally, in order to connect the bridge girder and the road, a conventional expansion /
Therefore, in order to prevent the ingress of rainwater, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-64613, the upper ends of the bridge gutters facing each other with a certain gutter space are connected flexibly via a finger joint. A gutter is arranged in the width direction of the bridge gutter between the steel webs fixed to the opposite end faces of the bridge girder on the lower surface side of the finger joint, and the upper ends of both side walls of the gutter are fixed to the upper end side of the opposite bridge girder web. In the expansion joint portion of the bridge, the structure of the expansion joint portion in the bridge is characterized in that the outer surface of the gutter is layered with a synthetic resin layer having elasticity and water stopping property connected to the facing surface of the web. It is disclosed.
This is to prevent deterioration of the bearing 600 arranged under the bridge girder B by preventing rainwater from seeping into the ground by having a synthetic resin layer having a water-stopping property. .. However, although such a structure can be applied in the case of new construction, it is not suitable for the replacement work of the expansion / contraction device for road bridges. This is due to the following reasons.
That is, for example, in the replacement work of the expansion /
In that case, since the bridge girder B is arranged at a high place from the ground, a high-altitude worker is required, and in the first place, at the connecting portion between the bridge girder B and the road R, such a synthetic resin layer is used. There may be no space below for connection work. That is, as shown in FIG. 10, the
In that case, it is necessary to arrange a synthetic resin layer having a waterproof function, then bring the seams into close contact with each other, and then install the finger joint body. In such a process, the construction period should be shortened. I can't.
The present invention has been made by paying attention to the above points, and the problem is that the telescopic portion has a waterproof function and does not need to connect the waterproof sheet from the lower part of the telescopic device in order to shorten the construction period. And to provide a telescopic device having the telescopic portion.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the first telescopic portion of the first aspect meshes with each other to absorb the expansion and contraction of the road surface, and has a finger joint having a predetermined width and a first fixed portion that supports one of the finger joints. It has a second fixing portion that supports the other side of the finger joint, a waterproof sheet so as to pass between the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion, and the waterproof sheet has only a surplus portion from a predetermined width. It is long and has a first element in the waterproof fastener in the surplus portion.
Further, in the second aspect, the second expansion / contraction portion connected to the first expansion / contraction portion in the first aspect includes a second finger joint that meshes with each other to absorb the expansion and contraction of the road surface and has a predetermined second width. Then, pass between the third fixed portion that supports one of the second finger joints, the fourth fixed portion that supports the other of the second finger joints, the third fixed portion, and the fourth fixed portion. The other waterproof sheet is configured to be longer than the other predetermined width by a surplus portion, and the other surplus portion has a second element in the waterproof fastener.
Further, the expansion / contraction device of the third viewpoint includes the expansion / contraction portion of the first viewpoint and the second expansion / contraction portion of the second viewpoint, the first element in the first expansion / contraction portion and the second element in the second expansion / contraction portion. And, and further have a third finger joint to be arranged in the surplus portion in the first telescopic portion and the other surplus portion in the second telescopic portion.
Further, in the telescopic device of the fourth viewpoint, the waterproof sheet cradle is further arranged below the waterproof sheet and other waterproof sheets in the third viewpoint.
Since the present invention is configured and acts as described above, it has a waterproof function, and in order to shorten the construction period, it is not necessary to connect the waterproof sheet from the lower part of the telescopic device. And an expansion / contraction device having the expansion / contraction portion thereof can be provided.
Hereinafter, this embodiment will be described with reference to the illustrated embodiment. The expansion /
The first expansion /
The finger joint 20 has a first
Further, the first fixing
The second
As described above, the finger joint 20 having the above configuration has a first fixing
The
Further, the
The
Further, below the
Further, the second
The second expansion /
The second finger joint 20'has a third fixing portion 30'on one side and a fourth fixing portion 130' on the other side so as to face each other. Further, another waterproof sheet 40'is arranged so as to pass between the third fixed portion 30'and the fourth fixed portion 130', and the other waterproof sheet 40'is the second finger joint 20'. It is configured to be longer than the predetermined second width H'by the
The difference between the finger joint 20 in the expansion /
Further, when the expansion /
In this embodiment, the number of the first
