本発明は、生姜を長く保存するための容器に関するものである。 The present invention relates to a container for storing ginger for a long time.

従来、野菜や果実を常温保存する貯蔵庫があった。（特許文献１参照）。

そのため、次のような問題点があった。
（イ）常温保存のため、生姜が劣化するのが早くなる。
（ロ）水分保持が出来ないため、生姜が干からびてしまう。
（ハ）ただの蓋つきの容器に入れてしまうと、水の入れ替えが容易でない。
（二）水の入れ替えの際に生姜を触る回数が多いと、雑菌が繁殖しやすい。
本発明は、これらの問題点を解決するためになされたものである。 Therefore, there are the following problems.

以下、本発明の実態の形態について説明する。
（イ）合成樹脂またはガラスで形成された容器本体(１)の上部に、取り外し可能な合成樹脂またはシリコン樹脂で形成された内蓋(２)を設置する。
（ロ）前記内蓋（２）に少なくとも液体が通過できる程度の孔（３）を設ける。
（ハ）前記容器（１）に入れた液体が外部に漏れないようにするための外蓋(４)を備える。
本発明は以上のような構成である。
本発明を使用する時は、内蓋を開けて生姜と水を入れ、内蓋をつけた後に外蓋を閉めて冷蔵庫などの冷えた場所で保管する。
容器の水を入れ替える際は、外蓋だけ外すと生姜を手で押さえなくても内蓋の孔から水が出せる。水がなくなったらその孔からまたは内蓋を外して水を加え、再び外蓋をして保管する。
容器内の水を一日一回取り替えて冷蔵庫保管をすることで、生姜の鮮度を長く保つことができる。 Hereinafter, the actual form of the present invention will be described.
