Abstract

Claims (20)
- a. センサと、
b. 前記センサが位置決めされている遠位先端部と、
c. 挿入深さを変更するように調整可能な針送り出し機構と、
d. 前記針送り出し機構と通信する制御ユニットと、
を備え、
前記センサが、対象の形体の厚さに関する信号を前記制御ユニットに提供し、前記制御ユニットは、前記センサからの前記信号に基づいて前記対象の形体への前記挿入深さが変動するように前記挿入深さを制御する、または前記制御ユニットは、前記針送り出し機構がアクティブになるのを防止する、
手術針。 - 前記センサが、軟部組織厚さセンサである、請求項1に記載の手術針。
- 前記センサが、超音波センサ、光反射センサ、導電性材料厚さ測定センサ、静電容量センサ、またはそれらの組合せである、請求項1に記載の手術針。
- 前記針送り出し機構が、前記遠位先端部に針を含み、前記針を前記遠位先端部から外に送り出す、請求項1に記載の手術針。
- 前記針送り出し機構が、前記針を前記遠位先端部から外に移動させるためのソレノイド、ばね、空気圧系、またはそれらの組合せを含む、請求項1に記載の手術針。
- 前記遠位先端部を越えて前記対象の形体の中に穿通する針の前記挿入深さを制御するように移動することができる停止部を含む、請求項1に記載の手術針。
- 前記針送り出し機構が、前記停止部に接触して前記針を移動させ、前記停止部の位置は、前記針が前記対象の形体内に穿通する深さを決定する、請求項6に記載の手術針。
- 前記針送り出し機構が、前記停止部に接続し、前記針送り出し機構は、前記針が対象の形体内に穿通する深さを決定する前記停止部の場所を制御する、請求項6に記載の手術針。
- 前記対象の形体が、死角になった空間、別の形体、またはその両方に隣接して位置決めされ、前記針が、前記死角になった空間内に穿通し、前記針の穿通する深さは、前記針が前記死角になった空間、前記別の形体、またはその両方に接触する前に制限される、請求項1に記載の手術針。
- a. 手術針であって、
i. 遠位先端部と、
ii. 挿入深さを調整可能に制御する針送り出し機構と、
を備える手術針、
b. 組織マーカ、
c. 前記組織マーカ上または前記手術針の前記遠位先端部上に位置決めされるセンサ、および
d. 前記センサが前記手術針の前記遠位先端部上に位置決めされる場合、前記組織マーカ上に位置決めされ、前記センサが前記組織マーカ上に位置決めされる場合、前記手術針の前記遠位先端部上に位置決めされる信号源
を備え、
前記針送り出し機構は、前記組織マーカと前記手術針の前記遠位先端部との間の関係に基づいて、前記挿入深さが前記組織マーカと前記手術針の前記遠位先端部との間の距離未満になるように前記挿入深さを制御し、または前記針送り出し機構は、送り出しが防止される、

を含む方法。 - 前記フィードバックが、触覚信号、視覚信号、音響信号、針のロックアウト、またはそれらの組合せである、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記フィードバックは、前記針が前記モニターされた厚さ以下だけが送り出されるように、前記針送り出し機構による針の挿入深さを制御する、請求項14に記載の方法。
