Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a gusseted pouch composed of a front side film and a back side film arranged so as to face each other, and a gusset portion film arranged in a folded state between the front side film and the back side film.
Conventionally, as a pouch for a microwave oven that stores cooked foods and is heated by a microwave oven when eating and drinking, and a refill pouch that stores shampoo and detergent for refilling, the gusset part (gusset part) is on the bottom etc. A gusseted pouch with a gusset is widely used.
In such a pouch with a gusset, when the gusset portion is closed (that is, the front side film and the back side film are close to each other) when the contents are filled, the filling of the contents is hindered. It is required to maintain the open state (that is, the front side film and the back side film are separated from each other), and even after filling the contents and when storing, transporting, displaying, and using the gusseted pouch. If the gusset portion is closed, the overall shape of the gusseted pouch collapses and the alignment and appearance are impaired. Therefore, it is required to keep the gusset portion open.
Therefore, the present invention solves these problems, and in a simple configuration, a state in which the gusset portion is open is good at the time of filling the contents and at the time of storage / transportation / display after filling the contents. It is an object of the present invention to provide a pouch with a gusset having a gusset portion that can be maintained in the gusset.
The present invention is a pouch with a gusset composed of a front side film and a back side film arranged to face each other and a gusset portion film arranged in a folded state between the front side film and the back side film. The gusset film is formed so that its rigidity at the time of moisture absorption is lower than the rigidity of the front side film and the back side film at the time of moisture absorption, thereby solving the above-mentioned problems.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the gusset film is formed so that its rigidity at the time of moisture absorption is lower than the rigidity of the front side film and the back side film at the time of moisture absorption.
As a result, it is possible to easily maintain the open state of the gusset portion by utilizing the tension of the front side film and the back side film and the flexibility of the gusset portion film, so that the contents can be smoothly filled. In addition, the gusseted pouch can be stored, transported, and displayed because the gusset can be kept open even when each film absorbs the moisture of the content after filling the content. -The overall shape of the gusseted pouch can be maintained well during use, and the alignment and appearance of the gusseted pouch can be kept good.
According to the invention of claim 2, the front side film and the back side film are formed of a multilayer structure that does not include a polyamide layer, and the gusset film is formed of a multilayer structure that includes a polyamide layer, so that the cost is high. Not only can the use of the polyamide resin be limited to reduce costs, but the high moisture absorption of the polyamide resin is used to absorb the moisture of the contents into the polyamide layer, making the gusset film flexible. Since it is possible to improve the properties, the overall shape of the gusseted pouch can be maintained well during storage, transportation, display, and use.
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the gusseted pouch is configured as a standing pouch in which the gusset film is arranged on the bottom thereof, so that the opening of the gusset film at the bottom is maintained. Since the independence of the gusseted pouch can be improved and the gusseted film having a polyamide layer having excellent strength and flexibility is arranged at the bottom, the drop strength of the gusseted pouch can be ensured. Can be done.
According to the invention of claim 4, by arranging the gusset film containing the polyamide layer only on the bottom of the gusseted pouch, it is possible to effectively prevent thermal damage to the pouch even in microwave oven heating. it can. Polyamide has a microwave absorption coefficient of about 5 times that of polyester, and the absorbed microwaves are heat-converted. Therefore, when overheating is performed by microwave heating, the polyamide is easily damaged starting from the overheated portion. This is a phenomenon derived from the microwave absorption characteristics derived from the amide bond group of the polyamide, but by using the polyamide only in the gusset portion, the microwave heating is limited to the bottom portion of the pouch. In addition, although theoretical analysis has not yet been sufficiently performed, it is known that microwave heating by a microwave oven is concentrated on the gas-liquid phase interface formed on the upper layer of the contents, and the gusset part is known to be concentrated. In the case of a pouch-like state that stands on the bottom, even if it is heated in a microwave oven, the contents of the pouch are sufficiently heated, but the heat is not concentrated on the gusset part that does not come into contact with gas, and even if a polyamide layer is used for the gusset part. , The heat damage of the gusset part can be effectively avoided. That is, when a highly hygroscopic polyamide layer is also used as a material for the body of a pouch with a gusset, thermal damage occurs due to overheating of the polyamide layer near the gas / liquid interface above the contents when heating in a microwave oven. However, in the invention according to the fourth aspect of the present invention, such thermal damage can be effectively avoided by not providing the polyamide layer on the film constituting the body of the gusseted pouch. Further, by not using a polyamide resin having poor printability and workability for the front side film and the back side film, the printability and workability of the front side film and the back side film can be easily improved.
