得られたアミン化合物およびアミン組成物中に含まれる各成分の質量分析による構造同定はGC−MS分析により以下の方法により行った。

<塩基組成物の調製>
磁気撹拌子を備えた200mLのナスフラスコにアルゴン雰囲気下で、300℃で減圧乾燥させた炭酸セシウム(Cs2CO3,富士フイルム和光純薬社製)23.375g、金属ナトリウム(富士フイルム和光純薬社製)1.65g、300℃で減圧乾燥させた酸化マグネシウム(MgO,富士フイルム和光純薬社製)17.6gを仕込んだ。このナスフラスコをアルミブロックヒータースターラーにて250℃、1時間加熱撹拌した後に、アルミブロックヒータースターラーから取り外し、空冷で室温まで冷却することにより塩基組成物を得た。

実施例1
200mLナスフラスコにアルゴン雰囲気下で、磁気撹拌子、ベンジルアミン10.716g、ノルボルナジエン2.304gを入れた後に、塩基組成物0.996gを加え、アルゴン雰囲気下、25℃、500rpmで反応を開始した。反応開始から60分、120分、180分、240分経過後に追加の塩基組成物をアルゴン雰囲気下で各々0.996g加えた。反応開始から360分経過後に、イソプロピルアルコール16mLを加えて反応を停止させた。
得られた懸濁液にクロロホルム50mL、セライトスタンダードスーパーセル(純正化学社製)40cm3を加え、ろ紙No.5C(桐山製作所社製)および桐山ろうとSB−60(桐山製作所社製、60mmφ)を用いて吸引ろ過した。ろ液に対して0.5MのHClとクロロホルムを加えて分液操作を行い、水相を回収した。次いで1M水酸化ナトリウムとクロロホルムを加えて再度分液操作後有機相を回収し、減圧下でクロロホルムを留去することでアミン組成物を得た。
得られたアミン組成物について、GC−MS分析を行ったところ、式(1−1)または(1−2)で表される組成式C21H26N2のアミン化合物a〜f、式(2−1)で表される組成式C14H17Nのアミン化合物gおよびh、およびベンジルアミンを含む組成物であることが分かった。GC分析により、ベンジルアミンの転化率は47%、ノルボルナジエンの転化率は99%以上、gおよびhのノルボルナジエンを基準とした収率は49%、a〜fのノルボルナジエンを基準とした収率は19%であった。得られたクロマトグラムより、a〜hおよびベンジルアミンの保持時間および溶媒を除いた面積比率は以下の通りであった。

実施例2
<環状アミノアルケンからのアミン合成>
試験管型反応器にアルゴン雰囲気下で、磁気撹拌子、蒸留により回収した式(2−1)で表されるアミン化合物gおよびhを主成分とするアミン組成物Y(0.997g)、ベンジルアミン(1.072g)を入れた後に、塩基組成物(0.996g)を加え、アルゴン雰囲気下、25℃、500rpmで反応を開始した。反応開始から60分、120分、180分、240分経過後に追加の塩基組成物をアルゴン雰囲気下で各々0.996g加えた。反応開始から360分経過後に、イソプロピルアルコール16mLを加えて反応を停止させた。
得られた懸濁液にクロロホルム20mL、セライトスタンダードスーパーセル(純正化学(株)製)10cm3を加え、ろ紙No.5C((株)桐山製作所社製)および桐山ろうとSB−25((株)桐山製作所社製、25mmφ)を用いて吸引ろ過した。ろ液に対して0.5MHClとクロロホルムを加えて分液操作を行い、水相を回収した。次いで1M水酸化ナトリウムとクロロホルムを加えて再度分液操作後有機相を回収し、減圧下でクロロホルムを留去することでアミン組成物Zを得た。
得られたアミン組成物Zについて、GC−MS分析を行ったところ、式(1−1)または(1−2)で表される組成式C21H26N2のアミン化合物a〜f、式(2−1)で表される組成式C14H17Nのアミン化合物gおよびh、およびベンジルアミンを含む組成物であることが分かった。GC分析により、ベンジルアミン転化率32%、gおよびhの転化率は64%、a〜fの収率は18%であった。得られたクロマトグラムより、a〜hおよびベンジルアミンの保持時間および溶媒を除いた面積比率は以下のとおりであった 。
