The present invention proposes a gutter receiving structure characterized in that a ventilation opening is formed.

Further, in the gutter receiving structure according to the present invention, the gutter receiving material has an upward extending portion above the fixing portion in a direction away from the fixing portion, and the upper extending portion communicates with the vertical direction. A gutter receiving structure in which a ventilation opening (hereinafter, the ventilation opening of the upper extension is referred to as a "through hole" in order to distinguish it from the ventilation opening in the support portion) is formed. Also suggest.

Further, the present invention is a method for constructing the gutter receiving structure, comprising a first step of fixing a gutter receiving material to a mounting surface of a building, and a side surface of the eaves gutter on the building side. And a second step of attaching the cover material so as to cover the open upper surface of the eaves gutter, the upper end of which is fixed to the exterior base of the building, and the engaging portion provided at the lower end of the cover material is attached to the eaves. It also proposes a method for constructing an eaves tip structure, which comprises a third step of engaging with an engagement receiving portion provided at the eave tip of the gutter.

In the gutter receiving structure of the present invention, the side surface of the eaves gutter on the side of the building is supported by a gutter receiving material fixed to a mounting surface of the building, and ventilation is provided from a ventilation opening provided in a supporting portion of the gutter receiving material. With this structure, it is possible to easily take in air to the indoor side and exhaust it to the outdoor side.

Further, when the gutter receiving member has an upwardly extending portion above the fixed portion in a direction away from the fixed portion, and the upwardly extending portion is formed with a through hole that communicates in the vertical direction, Since the lateral surface portion is formed in the upper and lower double layers, ventilation can be performed from the through hole through the ventilation opening, and the eaves gutter can be supported more stably.

Furthermore, the construction method of the gutter receiving structure can be easily carried out in any of the first to third steps without using a special jig or device, and the useful gutter receiving structure can be constructed as described above. it can.

The gutter receiving structure of the present invention supports the eaves trough with a gutter receiving material fixed along the eaves of a building, wherein the gutter receiving material includes a fixing portion fixed to an attachment surface and the fixing portion. And a support portion extending in a direction away from the portion, and the support portion is provided with a ventilation opening portion that supports a side surface of the eaves gutter on the building side and that communicates in the vertical direction. It is characterized by being

The eaves gutter has an internal space (drainage part) for draining rainwater and the like in the length direction, and a through member is often used, but a plurality of combinations may be used. The eaves gutter is formed in a substantially U-shaped cross section having a bottom surface and two side surfaces, and a cover material is arranged so as to cover the open upper surface thereof. The side surface of the eaves gutter on the side of the building is attached to the gutter receiving material fixed to the attachment surface, and the side surface of the eaves side has an engaging portion of the cover material whose upper end is fixed to the exterior base or the gutter receiving material. Is provided with an engagement receiving portion.

In the illustrated embodiment described below, the engagement receiving portion of the eaves gutter is an L-shaped portion formed by the uppermost inclined surface and the horizontal surface. The specific shape is not limited as long as it can be connected (connected). Since the engagement receiving portion is connected (connected) to the engagement portion of the cover material, the eave tip of the eaves gutter can be held by being pulled by the cover material.

The cover material that covers the open upper surface of the eaves gutter is a member that prevents snowfall and fallen leaves from entering and accumulating inside the eaves gutter, and does not particularly limit its material. Instead, a through member may be used as in the above eaves gutter, or a plurality of combinations may be used. The cover material has its upper end fixed to the exterior base or the gutter receiving material, and may cover the entire open upper surface of the eaves gutter or only a part thereof.
On the surface of this cover material, a large number of water guide ports, for example, small-diameter slit holes for guiding rainwater to the inside are formed, and the existence of the water guide ports also prevents the accumulation of snowfall and the infiltration of fallen leaves.
As the cover material, a metal mesh material (wire mesh material) may be used as long as it does not detach or scatter due to long-term use. As for the opening size of the metal mesh material, if it is too wide like the above-mentioned water guide port, invasion of fallen leaves or the like will occur, so it is sufficient if rainwater can be introduced while preventing such invasion.

The engaging portion provided on the cover member engages with the eave tip (engagement receiving portion) of the eaves gutter, and in the illustrated embodiment described later, is an L-shape formed by an inclined surface and a horizontal surface. Although it is a portion, the specific shape thereof is not limited as long as it is engaged with the engagement receiving portion provided in the eaves gutter. Since the engaging portion is engaged with the engaging receiving portion of the eaves gutter, the eaves tip of the eaves gutter can be held by being pulled by the cover material.

The gutter receiving member is a member that supports the eaves gutter, and includes a fixing portion fixed to the mounting surface and a support portion extending in a direction away from the fixing portion. As the trough receiving material, a through member is often used as in the eaves trough, but a plurality of combinations may be used.

The mounting surface is not particularly limited as long as it is formed in a building and can be used to drive a fastener such as a fastener, and may be a vertical surface such as an outer wall surface, or the fixing portion. It refers to the vertical part that runs along the mounting surface.

The support portion is formed with a ventilation opening that communicates in the vertical direction, but the shape and the like are not limited, and a large number of small holes are formed in the lengthwise direction thereof as shown in the illustrated embodiment described later. It may be provided in the. This ventilation opening is a through hole that introduces blown air from below into the building. Regarding the opening size, if the opening is too wide, fallen leaves will enter. In recent years, various kinds of insects, wild animals, and the like may enter the ceiling and the like, so that it is sufficient to prevent the insects and introduce the blowing air.
In addition, this support part plays a role of supporting the side surface of the eaves gutter on the side of the building, and specifically, is an L-shape that receives the lower end of the side surface of the eaves on the side of the building in a mounted state. A portion (lower holding portion) is provided.
That is, the support portion includes at least a lateral surface portion extending in a direction away from the fixed portion, and a ventilation opening that communicates in the vertical direction is formed in the lateral surface portion, and an L-shaped portion is formed at the tip thereof. The lower holding part is formed.

As described above, the ventilation opening is a through hole that guides the air blown from below into the building, and it is desirable that it can prevent various insects from entering, so it is formed of multiple members. May be That is, when the ventilation opening is formed by a single member, a plurality of holes are formed in the support portion, and when the ventilation opening is formed by a plurality of members, a relatively large hole is formed in the support portion. In addition, there is a mode in which a relatively small hole such as a net-like member or a net-like member made of a breathable material is formed as a separate member and attached.

In addition to the above-mentioned fixing portion and supporting portion, this gutter receiving member has an upward extending portion above the fixing portion in a direction away from the fixing portion, and the upward extending portion has a vertical direction. You may form the communicating hole. This through hole may be formed in the same manner as the ventilation opening in the support portion, or may be formed differently.
The upward extending portion is formed above (the lateral surface portion of) the supporting portion, and may be formed in parallel with the supporting portion as in the illustrated embodiment described later, but in particular, The shape is not limited to parallel.

Further, the gutter receiving member may be provided with a fixed portion for fixing the upper end (fixed portion) of the cover material.
As described above, the cover material is fixed to the exterior base or this gutter receiving material. In other words, the adhered portion for fixing the adhered portion provided at the upper end of the cover material is, for example, eaves arabesque or the like. It may be provided on the exterior base of the above, or may be provided on this gutter receiving material.

Further, a vertical surface portion may be formed on the gutter receiving member so as to face the fixed portion, and a vertical portion (upper holding portion) may be formed by folding the upper end of the vertical surface portion outward.
Since the upper holding portion provided on this vertical surface portion holds the upper end of the side surface of the eaves gutter on the building side, it stably holds the side surface of the eaves gutter on the building side together with the lower holding portion provided at the tip of the support part. be able to.

The gutter receiving structure of the present invention uses a gutter receiving material having ventilation openings on the back side of the eaves trough and the cover material that form the decorative surfaces on the front and back sides of the structure. Although a through material is used exclusively, a combination of a plurality of materials may be used as long as it does not cause deformation or the like during long-term use, and various metal plate materials, hard resin molded plates and the like are used. On the other hand, as the gutter receiving material, strength for supporting the eaves gutter and supporting strength are required, and thus metal fittings and thick resin molded products having such durability are used.

The method for constructing the gutter receiving structure composed of these members is as follows.
First, as a first step, the gutter receiving member is fixed to the mounting surface.
Next, as a second step, the building side surface of the eaves gutter is attached to the supporting portion (lower holding portion) of the gutter receiving member.
Then, as a third step, a cover material is exposed so as to cover the open upper surface of the eaves gutter, and its upper end is fixed to the exterior base of the building (eave arabesque) or the gutter support material and is provided at the lower end thereof. The engaging portion is engaged with the engaging receiving portion provided at the eave tip of the eaves gutter.

In the gutter receiving structure of the present invention described above, the side surface on the building side of the eaves gutter is attached to the gutter receiving material fixed to the mounting surface, and ventilation is performed from the ventilation opening provided in the supporting portion of the gutter receiving material. It is possible to easily take in air to the indoor side and exhaust it to the outdoor side.

Further, when the above-mentioned extending portion is provided above the fixing portion in the gutter receiving member, the lateral surface portions are formed in double layers, and ventilation is also performed from the through hole to the ventilation opening. The eaves gutter can be supported more stably.

The gutter receiving structure of the first embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 1(a) supports the eaves gutter 1 with a gutter receiving material 4 fixed along the eaves of a building. Further, the gutter receiving member 4 is configured to have a fixed portion 41 fixed to the mounting surface and a support portion 42 extending in a direction away from the fixed portion 41. In addition, the support portion 42 is provided with a ventilation opening 421 that supports the side surface 13 of the eaves gutter 1 on the side of the building and communicates in the vertical direction.

The eaves gutter 1 is a through member having an internal space (drainage part) for draining rainwater and the like, and is formed into a substantially U-shaped cross section composed of a bottom surface 11 and two side surfaces 12 and 13, and a side surface on the building side. 13 is attached to (the lower holding portion 422 of) the gutter receiving member 4 fixed to the attachment surface (the outer wall surface 5A of the building), and the upper end of the vertical gutter 2 extending downward is connected to the bottom surface 11. It is a structure.
The drainage part (internal space) of the eaves gutter 1 in the first embodiment has a step-like structure composed of three inclined surfaces and two horizontal surfaces on the eaves side (left side in the drawing) of the substantially horizontal bottom surface 11. A side surface 12 is formed, and a side surface 13 standing substantially vertically is formed on the building side of the bottom surface 11 (right side in the drawing), and the bottom surface 11 and the side surfaces 12, 13 have a substantially U-shaped cross section. Since a drainage channel for rainwater or the like is formed, the rainwater can be quickly drained to the vertical gutter 2 to which the upper end is connected to the bottom surface 11. A cap-shaped drain port 2B having a plurality of water guide holes 21 is attached to the upper end of the vertical gutter 2.
Further, at the upper end of the side surface 12 on the eaves side, an engagement receiving portion 121 with which the engaging portion 32 of the cover material 3 engages in a wrapped manner is formed by the uppermost inclined surface and a horizontal plane. Then, in a third step, the cover material 3 is exposed so as to cover the open upper surface of the eaves gutter 1, and the upper end (adhered portion 33) of the cover material 3 is attached to the exterior base of the building (eave arabesque 6D to be adhered portion). 66) and the engaging portion 32 provided at the lower end thereof was engaged with the engaging receiving portion 121 provided at the eave tip of the eaves gutter 1.

In the gutter receiving structure of the present invention thus constructed, the support receiving portion 131 of the side surface 13 of the eaves gutter 1 on the side of the building is attached to the lower holding portion 422 of the gutter receiving member 4 fixed to the attachment surface 5A. Ventilation is performed in the vertical direction from the ventilation opening 421 provided in the support portion 42 of the receiving member 4, so that it is possible to easily take in air to the indoor side and exhaust it to the outdoor side.
It should be noted that the dotted white arrows in the figure show the intake of air into the indoor side, but the state in which blown air is taken in from the ventilation opening 421 and introduced into the ventilation flow passage 70 is shown. Has been done.

Further, in the first embodiment, the side surface 13 of the eaves gutter 1 on the side of the building is fixed to the gutter receiving member 4 fixed to the mounting surface, and the engagement receiving portion provided on the side surface 12 of the eaves gutter 1 on the eaves side. The structure is such that 121 is held by being pulled by the cover material 3 fixed to the arabesque 6D, and the left and right ends of the eaves gutter 1 can be stably held.

Furthermore, in the first embodiment, since the cover member 3 having the above-described configuration is used, it is possible to guide rainwater and snow and drain the rainwater and snow without the ingress of fallen leaves along with rainwater and snow. Also in this case, rainwater or the like can be temporarily stored on the return surface 313 and drained in the drain direction in the flow direction.

In the gutter receiving structure of the second embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 2(a), the gutter receiving material 4'used is different from the gutter receiving material 4 in the first embodiment, and other eaves gutters. 1 and the cover material 3 and the like are exactly the same, and therefore the same reference numerals are given to the drawings and the description thereof will be omitted.

As shown in FIG. 2B, the gutter receiving member 4'in the second embodiment has a fixing portion 41' and a supporting portion 42', and the fixing portion 41' has a vertical vertical surface and the supporting portion 42'. The gutter receiving member 4'in the second embodiment is similar to the first embodiment in that the portion 42' is formed on a horizontal lateral surface, but in the gutter receiving member 4', the fixing portion 41' is formed short and the fixing tool 4b to be driven is also used. An upper extending portion 44 extending from the upper end in the direction away from the fixing portion 41' (leftward in the figure) is provided, though the number is small.
Further, although the vertical surface portion 43′ extending upward from the end portion of the upper extending portion 44 is formed, even though the vertical surface portion 43 in the first embodiment rises vertically from the support portion 42. On the other hand, the vertical surface portion 43 ′ is different in that it stands up from the end portion of the upper extending portion 44, but it is common in that the upper end portion of the vertical surface portion 43 ′ is folded back to form an upward holding portion 431 ′.
Although there is a substantially Z-shaped portion indicated by reference numeral (45) on the outer side of the upper holding portion 431', it is not described in this embodiment.

The upper extending portion 44 is a horizontal horizontal surface formed in parallel with the supporting portion 42', and has a through hole 441 that communicates in the vertical direction. This through hole 441 is similar to the ventilation opening 421 in the first embodiment, and various insects and wild animals are kept above the ceiling so that fallen leaves and the like do not invade with the blowing wind as shown in FIG. Those that cannot be entered are appropriately selected.

On the other hand, the ventilation opening 421' in the support portion 42' in the second embodiment is formed by attaching the edge of the mesh plate 4C to the pair of lateral grooves 423 provided on the left and right as shown by the white arrow. There is. Therefore, various aspects can be appropriately selected as shown below. The mesh plate 4C may be formed in a net shape or a breathable material.
For example, as the ventilation opening 421', a plurality of through holes are formed in the support portion 42', and the net-like plate 4C is attached to the lateral groove 423 so as to cover the plurality of through holes, so that particularly small insects can enter. Can be easily prevented. Specifically, holes having a level of several centimeters may be formed as the plurality of through holes formed in the support portion 42', and fine holes of several millimeters or commas of several millimeters or less may be formed in the mesh plate 4C.

The gutter receiving structure of the second embodiment can be constructed in exactly the same manner as the first embodiment.

Next, as a second step, the support receiving portion 131 of the side surface 13 of the eaves gutter 1 on the side of the building is mounted on the lower holding portion 422′ of the supporting portion 42′ of the gutter receiving member 4′. .. At that time, the upper end of the side surface 13 of the eaves gutter 1 on the building side was held so as to be inserted into the upper holding portion 431′ of the gutter receiving member 4′ from below. Then, the screw 1b was driven in to fix the side surface 13 to the vertical surface portion 43'.

The gutter receiving structure according to the second embodiment can achieve substantially the same ventilation effect. Since ventilation is performed in the vertical direction from the ventilation opening 421' (and the mesh member 4C) through the through hole 441, it is possible to easily take in air to the indoor side and exhaust it to the outdoor side.
It should be noted that the dotted white arrows in the figure show the intake of air into the room, but blown air is taken in through the ventilation opening 421 ′ and passes through the through hole 441 to the ventilation flow path 70. The installed state is shown.

The gutter receiving structure of the third embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 3(a) is the same as the gutter receiving material 4'in the second embodiment with respect to the gutter receiving material 4" used, but the arrangement of the cover material 3 is Since the installation angle and the eaves arabesque 6D″ are different and the eaves gutter 1 and the like other than that are exactly the same, the same reference numerals are given to the drawings and the description thereof will be omitted.
The eaves arabesque 6D" is attached to the eaves portion of the exterior base 6F in a fitting manner and has an engaged portion 65 that extends toward the eaves side and engages the eaves tip of the vertically-roofed exterior material 6A. In common with the eaves arabesque 6D, however, the water return portion 67 is formed without the adhered portion being provided.

As shown in FIG. 3(b), the gutter receiving member 4" in the third embodiment has a substantially Z-shaped adhered portion indicated by reference numeral 45 outside the upper holding portion 431'. 6D″ has a configuration in which no adhered portion is formed.
Further, in the third embodiment, the disposing angle of the cover material 3 is gentler (inclination angle approximating horizontal) than in the first and second embodiments, and the fixing portion 33 formed at the upper end is the above-mentioned. It is fixed to a fixed portion 45 formed on the gutter receiving member 4 ″ with a screw (fixing device) 3 b.

The method of constructing the gutter receiving structure of the third embodiment is also the same as that of the second embodiment except that the cover material 3 is fixed to the gutter receiving material 4".
First, as the first step, the fixing portion 41 of the gutter receiving member 4" was fixed to the mounting surface 5A with long screws (fixing tools) 4b.
Next, as a second step, the support receiving portion 131 of the side surface 13 of the eaves gutter 1 on the side of the building is mounted on the lower holding portion 422′ of the supporting portion 42′ of the gutter receiving member 4″. At this time, the upper end of the side surface 13 of the eaves gutter 1 on the building side was held so as to be inserted into the upper holding portion 431′ of the gutter receiving member 4″ from below. Then, the screw 1b was driven in to fix the side surface 13 to the vertical surface portion 43.
Then, in a third step, the cover material 3 is exposed so as to cover the open upper surface of the eaves gutter 1, and the upper end (fixed portion 33) is screwed to the fixed portion 45 provided on the gutter receiving material 4 ″. While being fixed by (fixing device) 3b, the engaging portion 32 provided at the lower end thereof was engaged with the engaging receiving portion 121 provided at the eave tip of the eaves gutter 1.

The gutter receiving structure according to the third embodiment can achieve substantially the same ventilation effect. That is, the support receiving portion 131 of the side surface 13 of the eaves gutter 1 on the side of the building is attached to the lower holding portion 422′ of the gutter receiving material 4″ fixed to the mounting surface 5A, and provided on the support portion 42′ of the gutter receiving material 4″.
