Even when rainwater or the like enters the back side of the outer wall from the opening or the gap of the outer wall material, or when dew condensation water is generated, the water is guided to the outside according to the inclination of the outer wall support 3. Then, it falls from the ventilation hole 9 for the inside of the wall to the bottom portion 7 and is discharged out of the ventilation hole 10. On the other hand, since the folded portion 8 is provided on the base side of the bottom portion 7, even when rainwater or the like flows down from the ventilation hole 10, the infiltration of the rainwater is suppressed by the folded portion 8, and it is possible to prevent the rainwater from entering under the floor. Since the bottom part 7 covers the foundation 20, there is no need to wet the foundation. Also,
Since the water return portion 4 is provided, rainwater does not flow directly into the wall from the drain portion 5 due to wind and rain.

As described above, the drainer according to the present invention comprises a mounting portion, an outer wall supporting portion extending forward from the mounting portion, a water return portion extending downward from the vicinity of the end of the outer wall supporting portion, and an oblique front portion from the water returning portion. Draining portion extending in the direction, a vertical portion extending downward from the draining portion, and a bottom portion extending in the base direction from the vertical portion, the outer wall support portion and the bottom portion are provided with ventilation holes. Thus, the inflow of the outside air that ventilates the inside of the outer wall does not directly contact the outside world, so that the infiltration of rainwater from the drain portion is prevented. For this reason, the rising dimension of the mounting portion can be reduced, and the draining material and the body edge do not interfere with each other, so that unevenness with respect to the outer wall material does not occur. Therefore, cracks or the like that occur when the outer wall material is constructed can be suppressed.

When the dry method is adopted, the lower end of the outer wall material is placed on the outer wall supporting portion, which can be used as a reference for the start of sticking, and there is no need to form a gap between the drainer and the outer wall material. The time and effort for positioning and dimensioning for pasting can be reduced, and the workability is excellent.

When the wet method is employed, the draining portion functions as an outer wall starting portion, so that a parting material and the like can be omitted, and the cost can be reduced.

Also, since there is a folded portion on the base side of the bottom surface, water that has entered the backside of the outer wall from the opening of the building or the gap between the outer walls or water generated by condensation falls from the ventilation hole for the inside of the wall to the bottom portion. In this case, even if rainwater infiltrates through the ventilation hole due to wind and rain, water does not flow under the floor. In addition, since the draining material has a structure that covers the foundation, the foundation does not wet. For this reason, the life of the skeleton and outer wall is extended,
Overall, the durability of the house is improved.

Further, since the plurality of ventilation holes provided on the bottom surface are small, rats and insects are unlikely to enter the inside of the outer wall or below the floor.
