Description

The present invention relates to a storage pocket for a vehicle and an arrangement structure for electronic components.

In recent years, inside automobiles, there are engines, motors, meters, transmissions, brakes, airbags, lamps, power steering, power windows, car air conditioners, car audios, car navigations, and in welfare vehicles, electric winches in the back deck, etc. For example, electronic components such as dozens of dedicated ECUs (Electronic Control Units) are mounted for various controls of all systems. Various measures have been taken for these electronic components in order to prevent water from getting wet.

Patent Document 1 discloses a technique in which a rib for preventing water is provided in order to prevent water from being applied to electronic parts such as an ECU. Patent Document 2 discloses a technique in which an inclined roof-shaped umbrella is provided in an electronic component.

On the other hand, a drink holder provided in an interior material of a vehicle holds a plastic bottle containing a liquid, a beverage can, a paper cup, or the like for convenience of an occupant. Patent Document 3 exemplifies a technique in which a pocket-shaped drink holder is arranged on a deck side trim.

By the way, in Patent Document 3, when a pocket for storage of goods is formed in an interior material such as a deck side trim, a storage capacity of a plastic bottle or the like increases, but there is a disadvantage that a space below the pocket becomes a dead space. Particularly in compact cars, there is a demand to make effective use of this space.

Further, in Patent Documents 1 and 2, ribs and the like are formed to prevent the electronic components from being exposed to water due to dew condensation or humidity. It is necessary to increase the size and number of ribs to some extent.

However, if synthetic resin ribs are also integrally molded with synthetic resin ribs, increasing the rib size and number of ribs will cause the molding shrinkage of the ribs to cause the trimming of the trim surface to leave the inner surface of the mold as it is. However, sink marks may occur due to molding shrinkage such as formation of dents and deep holes. This sink is more likely to occur when the rib is thicker or when the interior material is thin. For example, when a rib for preventing water is projected from the back side of the interior material, the sink mark is formed on the surface side of the interior material corresponding to this rib. Is likely to occur. When the sink marks are visible from the passenger compartment side, there is a problem in that they are not suitable in appearance.

Therefore, even when a rib for preventing water from being exposed to an electronic component is formed on the interior material, it is necessary to devise so that the sink mark generated on the surface side of the interior material due to the formation of the rib cannot be seen from the passenger compartment side. .. In particular, in the case of a pocket for storing a beverage container or the like that may spill liquid, it is often the case that the skin is not covered with a fabric or the like, so that it is apparent that a sink mark is visible near the pocket of the interior material. Is not preferable either.

In view of the above, the present invention arranges electronic parts by effectively utilizing the space on the back surface side of the interior material, and arranges ribs that exert an effect of preventing water from being exposed to the electronic parts, so that the sink mark formed by the rib molding can be visually seen. An object of the present invention is to provide a storage pocket and an arrangement structure of electronic components that can be eliminated.

In order to achieve the above object, a preferred embodiment of the present invention is a vehicle storage pocket and an arrangement structure of electronic parts, wherein a storage pocket is formed in a synthetic resin interior material of the vehicle, and the storage pocket of the storage pocket is formed. A speaker is arranged above, an electronic component is arranged in a space near the pocket on the back side of the interior material, and a synthetic resin rib for preventing the electronic component from being exposed to water is provided on the back side of the interior material. In the above, the rib is formed so as to project above the electronic component, and the rib formation position is set and arranged so as to correspond to a position where the rib is visually obstructed from the vehicle compartment side by the storage pocket.

According to the present invention, the electronic component is arranged by utilizing the space in the vicinity of the storage pocket on the rear surface side of the interior material, and the rib is formed so as to project above the electronic component on the rear surface side of the interior material. Can be prevented from being exposed to water. At this time, by forming ribs for preventing water from getting inside, there is a possibility that sink marks will occur on the surface side of the interior material due to molding shrinkage, but the rib formation position corresponds to the position where it is visually blocked by the storage pocket. Since it is set on the back side of the interior material, even if a sink mark occurs, it can be prevented from being seen from the passenger compartment side, and a structure excellent in appearance can be provided. Of course, since the electronic components are arranged in the space behind the interior material, the occupant does not touch the electronic components.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a vehicle with a back door opened, which is an embodiment of the present invention, viewed from a rear side. It is the side view which looked at the interior material of the deck side panel of a vehicle from the vehicle interior side. It is the sectional view on the AA line of FIG. It is a principal part enlarged view of FIG. It is a side view which looked at the interior material of the deck side panel part from the back side similarly. It is sectional drawing which shows the arrangement|positioning structure of the electronic component and rib which are other embodiments of this invention, Comprising: The figure (a) arrange|positions an electronic component in the space below the storage pocket, and a rib is the main body of an interior material. An example of arranging on the back side of the part is shown, and FIG. 6B shows an example of arranging the electronic part in the space below the storage pocket and arranging the rib at the boundary between the main body and the bottom.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a state in which a welfare vehicle is viewed from the rear side. The welfare vehicle 1 is equipped with a wheelchair auxiliary device 4 for riding the wheelchair 3 in the rear passenger compartment 2. The wheelchair auxiliary device 4 has a slope 5 that can be pulled out or folded in the front-rear direction and a hook (not shown) that can lock the tip of the wheelchair 3 to the wheelchair 3, and a pair of left and right winches that lift the wheelchair 3 to the rear compartment 2. A belt 6, an electric winch 7 for winding or unwinding the winch belt 6, and an electronic component 8 such as an ECU for controlling the electric winch 7 are provided.

The electronic component 8 for the electric winch 7 is arranged on the back side of the lower interior material 10 in the side panel portion 9 forming the side wall of the rear passenger compartment 2 shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, the lower interior material 10 has a storage pocket 11 formed in a lower portion thereof and a speaker 12 installed in an upper portion thereof. A pillar garnish 14 with a fixed window 13 is arranged above the lower interior material 10 to decorate the interior side of the rear pillar.

FIG. 2 is a side view of the lower interior material 10 of the side panel portion 9 of the rear passenger compartment 2 as viewed from the passenger compartment side. In FIG. 2, the interior material 10 is provided with a speaker grill 17 having a large number of holes formed in an upper portion thereof, and a pocket 11 for storing a luggage is installed below the speaker grill 17. A cylindrical speaker housing box 18 is integrally formed on the back surface side of the speaker grill 17. The rear opening side of the box 18 is covered with a cover 19 (see FIGS. 3 and 5) when the speaker is not installed. When the speaker 12 is installed, as shown in FIG. 3, the speaker 12 is installed in the box body 18, and the peripheral edge portion of the speaker 12 is locked to the opening edge of the side inner panel 20 of the side panel portion 9.

The interior material 10 is formed by injection molding or hot press molding of a synthetic resin material, and the surface of the base material is covered with a skin such as a vinyl chloride sheet by vacuum molding or hot pressing. Depending on the specifications of the interior material 10, the skin may be formed of a fabric.

The storage pocket 11 includes a vertical wall 22 on the main body side which constitutes the back side thereof, and a bottom wall 23 which is a step portion projecting from the lower end of the vertical wall 22 on the main body side toward the passenger compartment. A passenger compartment facing the main body side vertical wall 22 with a space at an end portion of the bottom wall 23 on the vehicle interior side, and forming a space portion 25 for storing goods between the bottom wall 23 and the main body side vertical wall 22. And a vertical wall 24 on the side. Then, above the pocket 11, an object (not shown) can be taken in and out from above in a space portion 25 for storage of goods, which is surrounded by the vertical wall 22, the bottom wall 23 on the main body side, and the vertical wall 24 on the vehicle compartment side. An opening 26 is formed. The vertical wall 22 and the bottom wall 23 on the main body side form a part of the interior material 10. The vehicle-cabin-side vertical wall 24 is formed separately from the interior material 10, and its peripheral edge portion is fastened and fixed around the vertical wall 22 of the interior material by locking claws or bolts.

The pocket 11 can normally function as a small container by appropriately setting the distance between the vertical wall 22 on the main body side and the vertical wall 24 on the vehicle compartment side. Further, the vertical wall 24 on the vehicle compartment side and/or the vertical wall 22 on the main body side is projected into the inside of the pocket to form a cylindrical drink holder portion therein, and this holder portion is used for beverages such as PET bottles. You may make it hold|maintain a container. Furthermore, by setting a narrow interval between the vertical wall 22 on the main body side and the vertical wall 24 on the vehicle compartment side, it can function as a magazine rack capable of leaning and storing magazines and books.

In the side panel portion 9, an outer panel (not shown) that forms the outside of the vehicle body and an inner panel 20 that forms the vehicle interior side are arranged at a predetermined interval, and the interior material 10 is provided on the vehicle interior side of the inner panel 20. It is arranged and configured. Door openings are formed in the front and rear of the side panel portion 9, and front and rear doors 9a and 9b are supported by the door openings so as to be opened and closed, respectively. Here, the side panel portion 9 is a concept including front and rear doors 9a and 9b.

Inside the side panel portion 9, there is a space 27 for accommodating various components from below the speaker 12 to below the storage pocket 11. In order to effectively use this space 27, an electronic component 8 such as an ECU of the wheelchair passenger assistance device 4 is disposed below the speaker 12.

The pocket 11 is formed to be long in the front-rear direction, which is the traveling direction of the vehicle, and is formed to be at least longer than the length of the electronic component 8 built in the side panel portion 9 in the front-rear direction. In order to prevent this electronic component 8 from being exposed to water, a synthetic resin rib 28 is formed so as to project above the electronic component 8 on the back surface side of the interior material 10. The rib 28 is formed on the back surface side of the interior material 10, particularly on the back surface side of the vertical wall 22 on the main body side of the pocket 11 so as to cover the connector portion 8a of the wire harness of the electronic component 8.

Here, if the rib 28 is formed large, a sink mark 30 may occur on the opposite side of the vertical wall 22 on which the rib 28 is formed due to molding shrinkage. It is desirable that the sink mark 30 is arranged at a position where it is visually blocked by the vertical wall 24 on the vehicle interior side so as not to be seen from the vehicle interior side. Therefore, by forming the rib 28 below the vertical wall 22 on the main body side and near the bottom wall 23, it is possible to prevent the sinker 30 from being seen from the outside. That is, the formation position of the rib 28 is the back surface of the vertical wall 22 on the main body side of the pocket 11, and the sink mark 30 generated on the front surface side of the vertical wall 22 of the interior material 10 due to the formation of the rib 28 can be seen from the passenger compartment side. The vertical wall 24 on the vehicle compartment side of the storage pocket 11 is arranged so as to correspond to a sinking position visually blocked from the vehicle compartment side.

Here, the pocket 11 is usually formed at a position where an occupant can easily take out a beverage container or the like from the pocket 11 in accordance with a seat (not shown) in the rear passenger compartment 2. When the pocket 11 is formed according to the seat height, ribs are formed corresponding to the position of the vertical wall 22 on the main body side where the line of sight of an occupant sitting on the seat can be blocked by the upper end of the vertical wall 24 on the vehicle interior side. The position is set.

Further, the rib 28 is formed to be at least longer than the width in the front-rear direction of the connector portion of the wire harness that connects the electronic component 8 and its sensor or drive portion. Further, the protruding length of the rib 28 toward the back surface of the vertical wall 22 is set to a length that can cover at least the connector portion of the wire harness. The rib 28 of the present embodiment is formed in a rectangular shape as shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, and is arranged substantially horizontally. In FIG. 2, the rib 28 is shown by a dotted line because it is a particularly important member although there is a member that is hidden by the vertical wall 24 on the vehicle interior side and the vertical wall 22 on the main body side and is not originally visible. Similarly, since FIG. 5 shows the back surface side of the interior material 10, the rib 28 is a member that is originally visible, but is hidden by the electronic component 8 and disappears. However, since the rib 28 is an important member in the arrangement relationship with the electronic component 8, the arrangement is shown by the dotted line.

In FIG. 3, a second storage pocket 36 is formed above the speaker 12 by the vertical wall 34 and the bottom wall 35 having an L-shaped cross section at the lower end of the pillar garnish 14 and the vertical wall 33 at the upper end of the interior material 10. It is formed. This pocket 36 can store small items such as a smart horn.

In the above configuration, the electronic component 8 is arranged by utilizing the space 27 near the storage pocket 11 on the rear surface side of the interior material 10, and the water-prevention rib 28 is arranged above the electronic component 8 on the rear surface side of the interior material 10. Since it is formed so as to protrude, it is possible to prevent the electronic parts 8 such as the ECU from being exposed to water.

At this time, the formation of the ribs 28 for preventing water from being exposed may cause sink marks 30 due to molding shrinkage on the surface side of the interior material 10. However, the formation position of the ribs 28 is located on the vehicle compartment side of the storage pocket 11. Since it is set on the back side of the interior material 10 corresponding to the position visually shielded by the vertical wall 24, even if the sink mark 30 is generated, it can be prevented from being seen by the passenger on the passenger compartment side. Of course, since the electronic component 8 is arranged by utilizing the space 27 on the back side of the interior material 10, the passenger does not touch the electronic component 8.

FIG. 6 shows another embodiment of the arrangement of the electronic component 8 and the rib forming position.
