Abstract
Description
変位可能なハンドリング装置における操作端と互換可能に対をなす係合ヘッドと,
前記係合ヘッドに取り付けられ,少なくとも第1のアクチュエータユニットを含む作動手段と,
付着及び結合装置が設けられ,前記係合ヘッド上に取り付けられた複数の付着及び結合ユニットと,
を備え,
前記付着及び結合ユニットが,設置面上に配置されるヒンジ手段を介して一緒に関節運動する少なくとも4本のロッドを含むフレームに取り付けられ,
前記付着及び結合装置が,前記設置面に対して平行な平面上に配置され,
前記関節フレームが,前記係合ヘッド上に支持され,
前記第1のアクチュエータユニットが,前記設置面上における前記ヒンジ手段の少なくとも1つの周りでの回転により,前記関節フレームにおける前記ロッドの少なくとも1本を駆動する構成とされている。
Claims (10)
- 平面シートから切り出された部片を取り扱うためのハンドリング装置に取り付けられる把持ツールであって,
変位可能なハンドリング装置における操作端と互換可能に対をなす係合ヘッド(T2)と,
前記係合ヘッド(T2)に取り付けられ,少なくとも第1のアクチュエータユニット(12)を含む作動手段と,
付着及び結合装置(1〜4)が設けられ,前記係合ヘッド(T2)上に取り付けられた複数の付着及び結合ユニット(N1〜N4)と,
を備える把持ツールにおいて,
前記付着及び結合ユニット(N1〜N4)が,設置面上に配置されるヒンジ手段(C1〜C4)を介して一緒に関節運動する少なくとも4本のロッドを含むフレーム(10)に付着され,
前記付着及び結合装置(N1〜N4)が,前記設置面に対して平行な平面上に配置され,
前記関節フレーム(10)が,前記係合ヘッド(T2)上に支持され,
前記第1のアクチュエータユニット(12)が,前記設置面上における前記ヒンジ手段(C1〜C4)の少なくとも1つの周りでの回転により,前記関節フレーム(10)における前記ロッドの少なくとも1本を駆動することを特徴とする,把持ツール。 - 請求項1に記載の把持ツールであって,前記第1のアクチュエータユニット(12)は,前記関節フレーム(10)が2つの移動端モード(収縮モード)となるように前記ロッドの1本を駆動し,前記付着及び結合ユニット(N1〜N4)は,互いに近接して位置合わせされ,拡張されたものであり,前記付着及び結合ユニット(N1〜N4)は,2つの異なるデカルト軸線に沿って離間している,把持ツール。
- 請求項2に記載の把持ツールであって,前記付着及び結合ユニット(N1〜N4)が前記ヒンジ手段(C1〜C4)に配置されている,把持ツール。
- 請求項2又は3に記載の把持ツールであって,前記関節フレーム(10)が,前記設置面に対して垂直な2本の平行回転ピン(C5,C6)を介して前記係合ヘッド(T2)上に支持される,把持ツール。
- 請求項4に記載の把持ツールであって,前記関節フレーム(10)が,移動可能に取り付けられた4本の関節ロッド(10i,10ii,10iii,10iv)を有し,そのうちの2本は前記平行回転ピン(C5,C6)と一体回転するように接続されている,把持ツール。
- 請求項1に記載の把持ツールであって,前記付着及び結合装置が,それぞれの弁体(5〜8)上に支持される吸引カップ(1〜4)として構成されている,把持ツール。
- 請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の把持ツールであって,前記係合ヘッド(T2)と前記関節フレーム(10)との間に関節拡張ユニットが設けられ,該ユニットが,前記設置面を水平姿勢から垂直姿勢まで回転させるように構成されている,把持ツール。
- 請求項7に記載の把持ツールであって,前記関節拡張ユニットが,前記係合ヘッド(T2)と一体の空圧シリンダ(M1)に対して回転可能に取り付けられた揺動アーム(15)を有し,前記空圧シリンダ(M1)の回転軸線が水平に配置されている,把持ツール。
- 請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の把持ツールであって,前記関節フレーム(10)が,2対のプレートで構成される着脱可能な中間ヘッド(T3)を介して,前記係合ヘッド(T2)に支持される,把持ツール。
- 切り出された金属シート部片(P)のための仕分けシステムであって,請求項7又は8に記載の把持ツールと,直立させた複数の部片(P)を互いに並行配置状態で支持するための平行な支持ロッド(21a,21b)及び対応する直立支持部(22)が設けられた堆積ラック(R)と,を備えることを特徴とする,仕分けシステム。
