Description

The present invention relates to a cleaning agent, particularly a cleaning agent for building sealing materials.

In order to clean and remove organic stains such as oils and fats and sealing materials for construction, especially organic stains adhering to metal surfaces, a solvent-based detergent containing an organic solvent having solubility of organic substances and a surfactant are included. Aqueous cleaning agents have been used. However, since the solvent-based cleaning agent has inherent defects such as flammability and toxicity, there are various restrictions on its use.

For example, solvent-based cleaning agents are mainly used for cleaning kitchen stains in general households and restaurants, which are mainly edible oils and fats, because it is difficult to use them due to food hygiene and fire risk. However, water-based detergents tend to have inferior detergency for oils and fats compared to solvent-based detergents, and increasing the amount of surfactant to improve detergency requires a large amount of water for rinsing, reducing non-residual properties. There is a problem of doing.

In addition, a degreasing/cleaning process is generally used on a production site for metal parts stains after processing, which is mainly industrial fats and oils. Therefore, the cleaning agent is required to be explosion-proof (non-combustible), and among solvent-based cleaning agents, those using a halogen-based solvent are used. However, there is a problem that the halogen-based solvent is not preferable from the viewpoint of environmental pollution such as ozone layer destruction.

Furthermore, at the construction site, when the color of the sealing material is changed or when the coating operation is completed, the metal jigs such as the sealing material agitator and the cylinder gun are washed. The cleaning agent used at this time is required to be non-residual in order not to remain in the jig and affect the next material, and it is a solvent system that uses a highly volatile hydrocarbon solvent such as toluene or xylene. A cleaning agent is used. However, there is a problem that hydrocarbon solvents with high volatility may affect health of workers and residents around the construction site.

On the other hand, Patent Document 1 discloses a household cleaning agent using a terpene, a surfactant, and water as a semi-aqueous cleaning agent that compensates for the drawbacks of solvent-based cleaning agents and water-based cleaning agents.

However, Patent Document 1 does not describe any cleaning property of the building sealing material, and there is a problem that non-residuality is poor because a large amount of water is required for rinsing.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning agent which is excellent in the cleaning property of the building sealing material, preferably non-residual and safe.

That is, the cleaning agent of the present invention contains (a) a water-soluble component that is a good solvent for the building sealing material, and (b) a water-soluble component that has a decomposition reactivity with the building sealing material. Is characterized by.
