According to the present invention, a detergent comprising 73.0 parts by weight of trichloroethylene, 26.5% by weight of dichloromethane, and 0.5% by weight of nitroethane as a stabilizer can be used for degreasing cleaning power of oil, wax, grease and the like. Comparative tests with 1,1-trichloroethane.
Eight kinds of degreasing targets were machine oil, hydraulic oil, cutting oil, punching oil, drawing oil, micro wax, grease and adhesive. The degreasing process adopts three tank type ultrasonic steam degreasing method and first ultrasonic degreasing in the first stage. The stripped test part was taken out and steam degreased in the second tank. In order to compare the degreasing rate of the product according to the invention with 1,1,1-T.C.E (1,1,1-trichloroethane) numerically, the test procedure and degreasing rate calculation were performed as follows.
Ⅰ. (A)I. Test procedure: ① Select a clean part and weigh the part. (A)
Dip this part into the degreasing material and pollute
(B)③ After cleaning by the degreasing method, weigh the parts. (B)
Ⅱ. II. Degreasing rate formula
Test procedure ① ~ ③ was repeated five times to minimize the test error, the degreasing rate of each case calculated by the formula of Ⅱ was as Table 2 below.
As can be clearly seen from Table 2, the cleaning agent of the present invention can be confirmed that the cleaning power is superior to the foreign matter to the extent that can replace the environmental regulation material 1,1,1-TCE.
Trichloroethylene and tetrachloroethylene, which are the main components of the cleaning composition according to the present invention, are known compounds which can be easily obtained by reacting ethylene with chlorine, and dichloromethane by reacting methane with chlorine. The composition of the present invention replaces 1,1,1-trichloroethane, freon, and the like in the conventional ultrasonic steam cleaner, and can be used immediately without modifying the cleaner, and has the following effects.
That is, since the composition of the present invention has a lower boiling point than 1,1,1-trichloroethane, it is possible to reduce the cost of electricity by using less electricity, and the evaporation rate is fast, so that no drying device is required after washing. In addition, the present invention is non-flammable and non-explosive, safe, and excellent compatibility with other organic chemicals or solvents can be used mixed.
