Abstract
Description
This invention relates to an industrial vehicle.
In a towing tractor that is an industrial vehicle, the engine compartment and the driver's seat are separated by a plate-shaped partition member called a protector. An electronic device is usually attached to the surface of the partition member on the engine room side. The partition member is formed with a through hole for passing a wire connected to the electronic device and a through hole for inserting a bolt for attaching the electronic device or the like to the partition member. Further, in the partition member, there is a through hole which is used in the optional specifications but is not used in the standard specifications in order to enhance versatility of the partition member. Conventionally, a fluid resin material is applied so that water such as rainwater flowing down the partition member does not enter the driver's seat from the engine room through these holes. I try to block it.
As a conventional technique relating to waterproofing of a vehicle, for example, Patent Document 1 discloses a vehicle in which an interior space and an engine room as a front compartment are partitioned by a dash panel. Inside the vehicle's engine room, a sub-dash panel is provided in front of the dash panel, and this sub-dash panel forms an electronic component storage chamber for storing a battery, which is an electronic component that dislikes moisture, between the sub-dash panel and the dash panel. Defined. The upper opening of the electronic component storage chamber is covered with a cover.
However, the work of applying the resin material for forming the seal member to the through holes of the partition member requires not only simply closing the through holes but also improving the appearance, and requires a skilled technique by hand. There is a problem that the man-hours required for this increase. In particular, as the number of industrial vehicles produced increases, the work of applying the resin material forming the seal member tends to become a bottleneck in the manufacturing process. On the other hand, the cover disclosed in Patent Document 1 is merely a member for preventing electronic parts that do not like water from being exposed to water.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to prevent water from entering the driver's seat through the through hole of the partition member and to be suitable for mass production. Is provided.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is an industrial vehicle including a partition member for partitioning a driver's seat and an engine room in a vehicle body, and an electronic device attached to the partition member, in the partition member. A through hole that connects the driver's seat and the engine room, and is located above the electronic device and the through hole in the engine room, and faces downward below the driver seat opposite the sandwiching member. An extending plate member is provided, and the plate member has a flowing water guiding portion that guides water flowing down in the engine room so as to be separated from the through hole.
In the present invention, the plate member is located above the through holes of the electronic device and the partition member attached to the partition member, and extends downward on the opposite side of the driver's seat with the partition member interposed therebetween. Therefore, the water flowing down near the partition member in the engine room is guided in the direction away from the through hole by the flowing water guiding portion of the plate member, and the entry of water into the through hole is prevented. As a result, it is possible to prevent water from entering the driver's seat through the through hole of the partition member. Further, the work of providing the plate member is simpler than the work of applying the resin material for forming the seal member, and the work time is short.
Further, in the above industrial vehicle, the plate member may be fixed to the electronic device.
In this case, by fixing the plate member to the electronic device, the plate member can be attached more easily than when the plate member is fixed to the partition plate.
Further, in the above industrial vehicle, an elastic member may be provided above the plate member between the partition member and the plate member.
In this case, the elastic member interposed in the gap can prevent water from entering the through hole through the gap between the partition member and the plate member. Moreover, since a gap may be provided between the partition member and the plate member at the upper portion of the plate member, the plate member can be provided more easily.
Further, in the above industrial vehicle, the lower portion of the plate member may have a folded-back portion that is folded back upward on the opposite side of the driver's seat.
In this case, the folding back at the lower portion of the plate member can weaken the force of the water flowing through the flowing water guiding portion of the plate member. As a result, water is less likely to splash around, and the electronic device can be protected from water.
Further, in the above industrial vehicle, a plurality of the plate members may be arranged in the width direction of the vehicle body.
In this case, by disposing a plurality of plate members in the width direction of the vehicle body, the plate member can be provided above the partition member where the through hole exists, and the plate member can be provided above the place where the through hole does not exist. It is possible to omit the member. Further, by disposing a plurality of plate members, it is possible to provide the plate members in response to the restrictions on the space in the engine room.
According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent water from entering the driver's seat through the through hole of the partition member and provide an industrial vehicle suitable for mass production.
(First embodiment)
Hereinafter, a towing tractor as an industrial vehicle according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. The towing tractor of this embodiment is a cabin-type towing tractor in which the driver's seat is covered. It should be noted that "front and rear", "right and left", and "up and down" that specify the direction are shown with reference to a state in which the operator of the towing tractor is seated on the driving seat of the driver's seat and faces the forward side of the towing tractor.
As shown in FIG. 1, a driver's
A driver's
The
A
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the towing
In the present embodiment, a plurality of
The towing
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the plate member 45 (45R, 45L) includes a lower plate portion 47 (47R, 47L) located in the front portion of the
The
The plate surfaces of the
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the folding back 51 of the
Next, the operation of the towing
The water flowing down along the plate surface on the
The towing
(1) The
(2) By fixing the
(3) At the upper part of the
(4) The lower portion of the
(5) A plurality of plate members 45 (45R, 45L) are arranged in the width direction of the

(Second embodiment)
Next, a towing tractor according to the second embodiment will be described. In the towing tractor of this embodiment, the configuration of the plate member is different from that of the first embodiment. In the present embodiment, the description of the first embodiment is cited for the same configuration as the first embodiment, and common reference numerals are used.
As shown in FIG. 6, the
The towing tractor 60 of the present embodiment has the same effects as the effects (1), (2), (4) to (6) of the first embodiment. Further, by providing the rearward extension portion 62, it is possible to prevent water from entering the rearward side without using the
