往復動ロッド(20)とのシール界面を形成するように構成された分割されていないシール(40)であって、分割されていないシール(40)が、1つ以上のパッキンリテーナ(30)の軸方向位置に対して、シール組立体の第2の端部(12)により近い軸方向位置に配置され、軸方向位置が、往復動ロッド(20)の長手方向軸(21)に対して画定されている、分割されていないシール(40)と、
第1の端部(51)と、第2の端部(52)と、を有する流体通路(50)であって、第1の端部(51)が、分割されていないシール(40)と1つ以上のパッキンリテーナ(30)のうちの少なくとも1つのそれぞれのパッキン(32)との間の軸方向位置に位置付けられ、流体通路(50)の第1の端部(51)の軸方向位置が、往復動ロッド(20)の長手方向軸(21)に対して画定され、流体通路(50)が、少なくとも1つのそれぞれのパッキン(32)を越えて漏れる流体を排出するように動作可能に構成されている、流体通路と、
流体通路(50)の第2の端部(52)と流体連通する弁(60)と、を備える、シール組立体(10)。

Claims (12)
- 往復動圧縮機の往復動ロッドのためのシール組立体であって、前記シール組立体が、第1の端部と、第2の端部と、を有し、前記シール組立体の前記第1の端部が、前記往復動ロッドのシリンダ端部に向かって配設され、前記シール組立体の前記第2の端部が、前記往復動ロッドのクランクケース端部に向かって配設され、前記往復動ロッドが、長手方向軸を有し、前記シール組立体が、
1つ以上のパッキンリテーナであって、各々が、前記往復動ロッドと接触するように構成されたそれぞれのパッキンを含む、1つ以上のパッキンリテーナと、
前記往復動ロッドとのシール界面を形成するように構成された分割されていないシールであって、前記分割されていないシールが、前記1つ以上のパッキンリテーナの軸方向位置に対して、前記シール組立体の前記第2の端部により近い軸方向位置に配置され、前記軸方向位置が、前記往復動ロッドの前記長手方向軸に対して画定されている、分割されていないシールと、
第1の端部と、第2の端部と、を有する流体通路であって、前記第1の端部が、前記分割されていないシールと1つ以上のパッキンリテーナのうちの少なくとも1つのそれぞれのパッキンとの間の軸方向位置に位置付けられ、前記流体通路の前記第1の端部の前記軸方向位置が、前記往復動ロッドの前記長手方向軸に対して画定され、前記流体通路が、前記少なくとも1つのそれぞれのパッキンを越えて漏れる流体を排出するように動作可能に構成されている、流体通路と、
前記流体通路の前記第2の端部と流体連通する弁と、を備える、シール組立体。
- 前記分割されていないシールの内径が、前記往復動ロッドの外径と同じである、請求項1に記載のシール組立体。
- 排出部材をさらに備え、前記流体通路が、前記排出部材を通過する、請求項1に記載のシール組立体。
- 前記排出部材が、それぞれのパッキンを含む、請求項3に記載のシール組立体。
- 前記1つ以上のパッキンリテーナの各々に含まれる前記パッキンが、分割されたパッキンである、請求項1に記載のシール組立体。
- 前記1つ以上のパッキンリテーナの各々に含まれる前記パッキンが、ロープパッキンである、請求項1に記載のシール組立体。
- 往復動ロッドのためのブッシュをさらに備え、前記ブッシュが、前記分割されていないシールへの圧縮荷重を低減するのに有効な位置にある、請求項1に記載のシール組立体。
- 前記1つ以上のパッキンリテーナに対して間隔を空けて固定された関係にあるシールキャリアをさらに備え、前記シールキャリアが、前記分割されていないシールを保持するためのものである、請求項1に記載のシール組立体。
- 前記シールキャリアが、前記分割されていないシールが半径方向に移動することを可能にするように構成されている、請求項8に記載のシール組立体。
- 前記流体通路の前記第2の端部と前記弁との間の移送ライン内の圧力を感知するように動作可能に配設された圧力変換器をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシール組立体。
- 往復動圧縮機であって、
往復動ロッドと、
請求項1に記載のシール組立体と、を備える、往復動圧縮機。
- 請求項11に記載の往復動圧縮機を動作させる方法であって、
前記少なくとも1つのそれぞれのパッキンを越えて漏れる任意の流体が、前記往復動圧縮機が動作しているときに、前記弁を通って排出され、
前記弁が、前記往復動圧縮機が停止されているときに閉じている、方法。
