Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a wearing tool to which a head mounted display is mounted.
A head mount display is mounted on the mounting tool disclosed in
However, the outer surface of the helmet is often an elliptical shape whose curvature varies depending on the position. Therefore, there is a possibility that the mounting tool is not firmly mounted on the helmet depending on the position where the mounting tool is mounted on the helmet. Therefore, as a result of the mounting position of the mounting device being displaced with respect to the helmet, the head mounted display may be displaced.
An object of the present invention is to provide a wearing tool that is less likely to shift a mounting position when mounted on a mounting target.
A mounting tool according to the present invention is a mounting tool to which a head mounted display is mounted, and includes a base portion, a first wall portion extending from the base portion to one side, and the one side longer than the first wall portion. A base portion having a second wall portion extending from the base portion, and an arm arranged on the base portion at a position opposite to the one side with respect to the first wall portion and connected to the head mount display. An arm connecting part that is rotatably connected about a first axis that passes between the first wall part and the second wall part, and a first direction from the second wall part toward the first wall part. A mounting tool fixing part extending from the second wall portion, wherein the mounting tool fixing part is one direction than the first shaft in a predetermined direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the first shaft and the first direction. The first portion arranged on the side and the first axis in the predetermined direction Also, a second portion arranged on the opposite side to the one direction, and between the first portion and the second portion, an opening portion that opens in the axial direction and the first direction, The mounting fixture fixing portion is longer than the arm connecting portion in the predetermined direction.
According to the above configuration, the mounting target is inserted between the base part, the first wall part, the second wall part, and the mounting fixture fixing part, so that the mounting target is elastically deformed in the first part and the second part. Upon hitting the object, the attachment is attached to the attachment target. Since the wearing equipment fixing part is longer than the arm connecting part in the predetermined direction, the wearing equipment fixing part can stably contact the wearing target. Therefore, a mounting tool that does not easily shift the mounting position when mounted on the target object is realized. This also improves the visibility of the head mounted display.
The attachment may have a truss shape, and may include a connecting portion that connects the second wall portion and the attachment fixing part. Since the wearing equipment includes the connecting portion, the wearing equipment fixing portion is unlikely to be deformed in the axial direction of the first shaft. The restoring force of the first portion and the second portion when elastically deformed becomes strong. Therefore, the attachment can be firmly attached to the attachment target.
The mounting device may include a plurality of connecting portions that connect the second wall portion and the mounting device fixing portion and are arranged at intervals along the predetermined direction. Since the wearing equipment includes the plurality of connecting portions, the wearing equipment fixing portion is unlikely to be deformed in the axial direction of the first shaft. Therefore, the attachment can be firmly attached to the attachment target.
As for the said mounting | wearing tool, the both ends of the said mounting | wearing tool fixing part may be arrange | positioned outside the both ends of the said 2nd wall part in the said predetermined direction. Since both ends of the wearing equipment fixing portion in the predetermined direction are separated from the second wall portion, the wearing equipment fixing portion can be deformed according to the shape of the wearing target object. Therefore, the mounting tool can be stably mounted on the target object.
In the wearing device, the connecting portion may be arranged on a side opposite to the first direction with respect to the opening, and may be arranged inside both end portions of the wearing device fixing portion in the predetermined direction. Good. Since the connecting portion is separated from both ends of the wearing equipment fixing portion in the predetermined direction, the wearing equipment fixing portion can be deformed according to the shape of the wearing target. Therefore, the mounting tool can be stably mounted on the mounting target.
In the mounting device, the mounting device fixing portion has a first portion arranged on one side of the opening in the predetermined direction and a direction opposite to the one direction than the opening in the predetermined direction. A state in which the first part and the second part are both inserted into the inside of a pair of facing parts arranged to face each other inside the cap body. Then, it may be pressed against the hat body. Since either the first part or the second part is selectively inserted into the inside of the pair of facing parts, the fitting is fixed with the opening sandwiching a part of the facing parts. Is prevented. Furthermore, the mounting position of the mounting tool on the cap body, which is an example of the mounting target, can be selectively switched between the first portion and the second portion for fixing. Therefore, the usability of the wearing tool is improved.
In the mounting device, the first wall portion may include an extending portion extending from the base portion to the one side, and a protrusion portion protruding from the extending portion toward the second wall portion. By providing the first wall portion with the protrusion, the first wall portion easily comes into contact with the attachment target. Therefore, the mounting tool can be stably mounted on the target object.
In the mounting tool, the opening may include a pair of facing surfaces that face each other in the predetermined direction with the first axis interposed therebetween, and the opening may be formed by the pair of facing surfaces. As compared with the case where the opening is arranged on the first direction side with respect to the first axis, a certain degree of easiness of deforming the wearing tool fixing section is secured.
In the mounting tool, the pair of opposed surfaces may be arranged at positions symmetrical to each other with respect to the first axis. The shape of the non-contact portion at the contact position differs between the first portion that is one side in the predetermined direction with respect to the opening and the second portion that is the opposite side to the one direction with respect to the opening. Even if they are attached, they can always be in contact with each other and can be attached to the attachment target. Therefore, the mounting tool can be stably mounted on the target object.
In the mounting tool, the base portion may include the base portion, the first wall portion, a claw portion protruding from the base portion to the one side, and a specific portion extending from the first wall portion toward the second wall portion. A first base portion having a wall portion, an arrangement base portion arranged between the base portion and the specific wall portion, and a second wall portion extending from the arrangement base portion to the one side, A second base part to which one base part is detachably attached; and the arrangement base part includes a first plate-shaped part and a second plate-shaped part which are arranged in the predetermined direction and are connected to each other, The first plate-shaped portion and the second plate-shaped portion each include an engagement portion that opens on the opposite side to the one side, and the claw portion engages the engagement of the first plate-shaped portion. Portion and the engaging portion of the second plate-shaped portion are selectively engaged with each other, so that the first base body portion can be mounted on the second base body portion. There. At either position where the claw portion engages with the engagement portion of the first plate-shaped portion or where the claw portion engages with the engagement portion of the second plate-shaped portion, the first base portion is It can be mounted on the base. That is, it is possible to easily switch the mounting position relative to the mounting target without mounting or dismounting the mounting tool that is stably mounted on the mounting target.
In the mounting device, the first plate-shaped portion and the second plate-shaped portion respectively project from the second base portion on the side opposite to the one side, and are arranged side by side with the engaging portion in between. The convex portion may be provided, and the shortest length from one of the pair of convex portions to the other may be longer than the length of the base portion in the predetermined direction. Since the wearing tool includes the pair of convex portions, the user can easily arrange the base portion at a position where the claw portion can engage with the engaging portion. Therefore, since the positioning is easy and the fixing can be performed stably, the visibility of the head mounted display is enhanced.
In the mounting tool, the second plate-shaped portion may extend from the first plate-shaped portion toward one side of the predetermined direction and the one side. Even if the mounting position of the first base portion with respect to the second base portion is switched, the head mounted display is difficult to separate from the eyes of the user. Therefore, since the positioning is easy and the head is fixed stably, the visibility of the head mounted display is enhanced.

The mounting
The configuration of the wearing
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the
The
The
As shown in FIG. 3, the
The

A method of mounting the wearing

In the following description, the mounting position of the mounting
When the mounting
Regardless of the mounting position of the mounting
As described above, when the mounting
All of the plurality of connecting
A plurality of connecting
Both ends 48 of the wearing
The plurality of connecting

As shown in FIG. 5, the

As shown in FIG. 11, the

As described above, in the wearing
The first plate-shaped
The second plate-shaped
The wearing
