Claims (15)
- i.近位端及び遠位端を有する管状本体と、
ii.前記管状本体の前記遠位端にあるプラグと、
iii.前記プラグから延在している活性電極と、
iv.前記管状本体上の絶縁体と、
v.前記絶縁体上の1つ以上の戻り電極と、を備え、
前記管状本体が、前記1つ以上の戻り電極により生成された熱を前記管状本体の前記遠位端から前記管状本体の前記近位端へと放熱させ、
前記管状本体の前記遠位端は、前記プラグで塞がれて、圧着される、
エフェクタ。 - 前記管状本体が、銅管、ヒートパイプ、又は両方を備える、請求項1に記載のエフェクタ。
- 前記1つ以上の電極が、前記絶縁体上へと蒸着されている、請求項1または2に記載のエフェクタ。
- 前記活性電極が、鋼から製造されており、前記プラグが、導電性材料を含有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のエフェクタ。
- 前記管状本体が、前記1つ以上の戻り電極のうちの1つを有する上表面と、前記1つ以上の戻り電極のうちの別の1つを有する下表面と、を備える先端部分を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のエフェクタ。
- 前記管状本体が、2つの戻り電極を有する上表面と、別の2つの戻り電極を有する下表面と、を備える先端部分を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のエフェクタ。
- 前記プラグは、前記管状本体の内部部分に少なくとも部分的に挿入される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のエフェクタ。
- 前記活性電極は、刃である、請求項1〜7に記載のエフェクタ。
- 前記プラグの少なくとも一部分は、前記絶縁体で被覆されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のエフェクタ。
- 前記プラグは、前記活性電極からの熱が前記管状本体に伝達されないような素材から構成されている、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のエフェクタ。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のエフェクタを備える鉗子であって、前記エフェクタが、刃電極である、鉗子。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のエフェクタを備える電気外科器具であって、前記電気外科器具が、双極性モードで動作可能であり、
前記双極性モードにおいて、前記電気外科器具が、第1の双極性電気モードと第2の双極性電気外科モードとの間で切り替え可能であり、
前記第1の双極性電気モードにおいて、第1の治療用電流が、前記活性電極から前記1つ以上の戻り電極へと生体構造に提供され、前記第2の双極性電気外科モードにおいて、第2の治療用電流が、2つ以上の戻り電極間で前記生体構造に提供される、電気外科器具。 - エフェクタを製造する方法であって、
i.近位端及び遠位端を有する管状本体の少なくとも一部分にわたって絶縁体を提供する工程と、
ii.前記管状本体の前記遠位端にプラグ又は閉塞具を提供する工程と、
iii.前記プラグと連通しており、かつ前記管状本体の前記遠位端から延在している活性電極を提供する工程と、
iv.前記管状本体の少なくとも一部分を絶縁体により絶縁する工程と、
v.前記絶縁体上に1つ以上の電極を提供する工程と、を含む、方法。 - 前記方法が、
a.治療用電流が、前記活性電極と遠隔パッドとの間を通過し得、
b.治療用電流が、前記活性電極と前記1つ以上の戻り電極との間を通過し得、かつ/又は
c.治療用電流が、2つ以上の戻り電極間を通過し得るように、前記エフェクタを発電機に接続させる1つ以上の工程を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。 - 前記プラグが前記管状本体の内部部分に少なくとも部分的に挿入されるステップを含む、請求項13または14に記載の方法。
