Claims (8)
- 光を発する光源と、
前記光を一面側から受けて他面側に透過可能に設けられた表示パネルと、
前記光源から前記表示パネルの前記一面側に延出して前記光を前記表示パネル側に反射する導光部材とを備え、
前記表示パネルは、前記光の光軸に直交する直交面に対して傾斜し、
前記導光部材は、前記光の出射口に縁取られる出射面が前記直交面に対して傾斜し、
前記光軸に対する前記表示パネルの傾斜方向と前記光軸に対する前記出射面の傾斜方向は同じである
表示装置。 - 前記導光部材は、内面と前記光軸との距離が前記光源側から前記一面側に向かって大きくなる形状を有し、前記光軸に直交する位置で対向する内面の曲率が均一でない
請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記光軸は、矩形状の前記出射口の中心から所定方向にずれており、
前記所定方向は、前記直交面に沿う方向であって、かつ、前記出射面の前記直交面に対する傾斜によって前記出射口の縁と前記光源との距離が相対的に短くなっている側に向かう方向である
請求項1又は2に記載の表示装置。 - 前記光源は、矩形状の発光面を有し、
前記導光部材は、前記直交面に沿う形状が前記発光面の四辺に沿う四辺を有する形状である
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の表示装置。 - 前記光源及び前記導光部材は複数設けられ、
前記傾斜方向に並ぶ複数の前記光源は、前記傾斜方向に沿って階段状に配置され、
前記導光部材は、前記光源毎に設けられる
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の表示装置。 - 前記光軸及び前記傾斜方向に直交する方向に沿って複数の前記光源が並ぶ
請求項5に記載の表示装置。 - 前記導光部材と前記表示パネルとの間に配置されて前記光を拡散する拡散板を備える
請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の表示装置。 - 前記拡散板は、前記直交面に対して前記表示パネルと同じ傾斜方向に傾斜し、
前記表示パネルの傾斜角度と前記拡散板の傾斜角度の前記直交面に対する角度差は±2%以内である
請求項7に記載の表示装置。
