Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to deodorizing technology.
Several deodorants have been proposed. Many body odor deodorants are commercially available.
By the way, there is a requirement that a deodorant for eliminating odor attached to a textile product (for example, clothing) targeted by the present invention is not required for a body odor deodorant.
That is, when the deodorant is sprayed on the clothing, coloring and spots due to the deodorant must not occur. If the sprayed deodorant causes the clothes to be colored or stained, the clothes cannot be worn. Cleaning has to be done. Therefore, it is absolutely essential that the deodorant does not cause coloring and stains as a deodorant for eliminating odors attached to textiles (eg, clothing). That is, it does not mean that a deodorizing effect is required. In this respect, stricter requirements than required for body odor deodorants are fulfilled.
As deodorants for eliminating odors attached to textiles (eg, clothing), for example, Fabry's (trade name: manufactured by P & G) using a corn-derived deodorant component, and reseating using a tea leaf extract deodorant component (Trade name: manufactured by Kao) and the like are commercially available.
In addition, a deodorant using a deodorant component of a synthetic compound, instead of the deodorant using the deodorant component derived from the natural product, has also been proposed (JP-A-2007-282798). However, in recent years, as can be seen from the above-mentioned commercially available products, attention has been paid to deodorants using deodorant components derived from natural products.
The problem to be solved by the present invention is a technique that can easily and easily remove odors attached to textiles (for example, clothing) and do not cause noticeable coloring or stains on textiles (for example, clothing). It is to provide.

It can easily and easily deodorize odors attached to textile products (eg, clothing).
Does not cause noticeable coloring, spots, etc. on textiles (eg, clothing).
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described.
The first invention is an agent (deodorant). The agent is, for example, an agent for deodorizing odors attached to textiles (eg, clothing). In particular, it is an agent for deodorizing odors derived from one or more components selected from the group of lipids and proteins attached to textiles (eg, clothing). It is an agent for deodorizing odors derived from one or more components selected from the group consisting of lipid oxides and protein oxides attached to textiles (eg, clothing). The reason was that the deodorizing effect against the above-mentioned odor was remarkably excellent.
The agent contains tannin. The tannin is, in particular, a condensed tannin. The tannin was preferably a tannin derived from a natural product. The tannin is particularly preferably oyster tannin. The tannin is obtained, for example, by squeezing persimmons. Commercial products (for example, manufactured by Tomiyama Co., Ltd., manufactured by Fuji Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.) may be used. When the tannin as described above was used, the deodorizing effect on the odorous component as described above was remarkably excellent. That is, the object of the present invention has been effectively achieved.
Tannin is also contained in tea leaves, for example. As tannins contained in tea leaves, catechins such as epicatechin and epigallocatechin are known. These are generally compounds represented by the following structural formula.
On the other hand, persimmon tannin (condensed persimmon tannin) is generally a compound represented by the following structural formula. The structure of the persimmon tannin is completely different from the structure of the tannin contained in the tea leaves. The present invention uses condensed tannins instead of tannins contained in the tea leaves because, for example, the effect of removing odors attached to clothes during meals at a barbecue store or the like was high. That is, the tannin contained in the tea leaves could not exhibit the features of the present invention.
It has been proposed that condensed tannin has the effect of decomposing unsaturated aldehydes such as nonanel, which is a substance causing body odor (aging odor), and improving body odor (aging odor) (Japanese Patent No. 4212220). . However, it has not been known that condensed tannin decomposes and deodorizes odorous substances derived from lipids and proteins. From this point, it is believed that the present invention is novel and has an inventive step.
It is well known that condensed tannins are light brown to reddish brown. It is also well known that persimmon tannin (persimmon juice) is used, for example, for dyeing fabrics. In particular, it is widely known that persimmon tannin (persimmon astringent) easily permeates fiber products. It is also said that dyeing using persimmon tannin (persimmon astringency) is a traditional craft dyeing centered on Jeju Island under the name of persimmon clothing (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2011-12379). It is also well known that persimmon tannin (persimmon juice) is used in tea-based paints. JP-A-2008-163281 discloses that persimmon juice is used as a reddish-brown color developing agent for wood, cotton, paper, and the like. Persimmon astringent paint is widely marketed. If oyster tannin (persimmon tannin), which is such a coloring (coloring) substance, is sprayed on clothing, it is common to think that this will already penetrate into clothing and cause stains and stains. Therefore, even if it is found that persimmon tannin (persimmon astringent) decomposes odorous substances derived from lipids and proteins, the purpose is to deodorize (remove) the odor attached to textiles (eg, clothing). I am convinced that the idea of spraying oyster tannin (persimmon juice) on textiles (eg, clothing) was not born. From this point as well, we believe that the present invention is novel and has an inventive step.
The agent contains water. The tannin was present in an amount of 0.001 to 0.5 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the water. Preferably it was 0.005 parts by mass or more. More preferably, the amount was 0.01 parts by mass or more. Preferably it was 0.3 parts by mass or less. More preferably, the amount was 0.1 part by mass or less. That is, by setting the mixing ratio as described above, when the agent is sprayed on the textile, the textile product does not cause stains or stains while exhibiting a deodorizing effect. For example, when the amount of the tannin is more than 0.5 part by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of water, spots and stains due to the tannin sprayed on clothing become conspicuous, and the deodorizing effect is dramatically increased. It was not an improved one. Conversely, when the amount of the tannin was less than 0.001 part by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of water, the deodorizing effect of the tannin sprayed on the clothing was small. That is, when the ratio is out of the above range, the object of the present invention was not achieved.
Oyster tannin (persimmon juice) has an antiseptic effect. Therefore, even if the agent of the present invention does not contain a preservative, the agent of the present invention is excellent in preservability. However, preferably, a preservative may be added from the viewpoint of further storage stability. However, it is necessary that the oyster tannin (persimmon astringent) is not denatured. In this respect, the preservative is preferably one or more selected from the group of preservatives derived from natural products. For example, corn-derived pentylene glycol (1,2-pentanediol or white willow bark extract is exemplified. The preservative is preferably used in an amount of 0.01 to 0.5 part by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the water. The content was more preferably at least 0.05 part by mass, and even more preferably at most 0.3 part by mass.
The second invention is a deodorizing method. The above method is a method of applying the agent to the textile product after the smell. The agent may be applied to the clothing in advance. That is, the odor can be decomposed and the generation of the odor can be suppressed. The method is a method in which the agent is sprayed on the smelled clothing. The above method is a method in which the agent is sprayed onto a smelling garment in a meal after eating.
The agent of the present invention is also excellent in human safety. The agent of the present invention is basically sprayed on clothing or the like. When the agent of the present invention is sprayed on clothing worn, it is expected that the agent adheres to the skin, such as the face and hands, and the hair. From this viewpoint, it is also an important requirement that the deodorant be rich in biosafety. Tannin has been used since ancient times as a raw material for toothpaste. In some cases, they eat persimmons without astringency. It has been used as a folk medicine for burns, roasting, lowering blood pressure and detoxifying. In addition, it is also said to have an astringent action, a blood circulation promoting action, an anti-inflammatory action, and the like. Therefore, even when the tannin contained in the agent of the present invention is sprayed on clothing, the tannin may adhere to the skin or the like, and may not only have excellent biosafety but also expect a cosmetic effect.
