Abstract
Description
−新気流路において圧縮機の下流に接続された冷却装置で、圧縮機によって圧縮された新気から熱を排出するステップと、
−新気流路において冷却装置の下流に接続されていて、吸着剤を有する乾燥剤容器に新気を通すことにより、新気から水を奪取するステップと、
−乾燥剤容器から流出する新気の一部を、新気流路において乾燥剤容器の下流に接続された再生容器に貯蔵するステップであって、貯蔵された新気に冷却装置から排出された熱が供給される、ステップと、
−再生容器に貯蔵された新気を必要に応じて乾燥剤容器へ給送して乾燥剤容器の中に入った吸着剤を再生するステップと、
を包含することができる。
Claims (10)
- 車両の圧縮空気設備(1)に、特に移動作業機に供給される新気を乾燥させる乾燥装置であって、
−新気流路において圧縮機(2)の下流に接続されていて、前記圧縮機(2)から出る新気から熱を排出する冷却装置(3)と、
−前記新気流路において前記冷却装置(3)の下流に接続された乾燥剤容器(4)であって、前記乾燥剤容器(4)を貫流する新気から水を奪取する吸着剤を有する、乾燥剤容器と、
−前記新気流路において前記乾燥剤容器(4)の下流に接続された再生容器(5)であって、前記乾燥剤容器(4)から出る新気の第1部分を取り込み、必要に応じて再び前記乾燥剤容器(4)へ放出し、かつ前記冷却装置(3)によって排出された熱を前記取り込まれた新気に供給する、再生容器と
を備える、乾燥装置。 - 前記冷却装置(3)は、熱を直接前記再生容器(5)へ排出する、請求項1に記載の乾燥装置。
- 前記冷却装置(3)は、熱を実質的に熱放射によって前記再生容器(5)へ排出する、請求項1または2のいずれか1項に記載の乾燥装置。
- 前記冷却装置(3)は、冷却コイル(6)を備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の乾燥装置。
- 前記冷却装置(3)は、実質的に正の勾配を有する流路(7)を備え、特にそのような流路によって形成される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の乾燥装置。
- 前記冷却コイル(6)は、前記再生容器(5)を取り囲む、請求項4または5のいずれか1項に記載の乾燥装置。
- 前記冷却装置(3)は、前記再生容器(5)とともに1つの構成ユニット(8)を形成する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の乾燥装置。
- 前記再生容器(5)は、実質的に円筒形圧力容器として形成されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の乾燥装置。
- 前記再生容器(5)の充填容量は、前記乾燥剤容器(4)を完全に再生するように設計されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の乾燥装置。
- 前記新気流路において前記乾燥剤容器(4)の下流に接続された蓄圧器(9)をさらに備え、該蓄圧器は、前記乾燥剤容器(4)から出る新気の第2部分を取り込み、必要に応じて前記圧縮空気設備(1)へ放出し、前記乾燥剤容器(4)の吸着能力は、前記蓄圧器(9)を完全に充填するように設計されている、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の乾燥装置。
