Abstract
Description
本出願は、2018年7月26日に出願された米国特許仮出願第62/703,576号の優先権を主張し、その開示内容は当該参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。

Claims (21)
- 液体材料を分配するための分配注射器と共に使用するための管であって、
近位端と当該近位端の反対側の遠位端とを有する本体であって、前記近位端が前記分配注射器に接続されるように構成されたハブに接続されるように構成されている、本体と、
前記近位端と前記遠位端との間で前記本体を通って延在するチャネルと、
前記近位端の入口であって、前記チャネルと流体連通し、前記液体材料を前記チャネル内に受容するように構成されている、入口と、
前記遠位端の出口であって、前記チャネルと流体連通している、出口と、
を備え、
前記チャネルは、前記近位端が第1の内径を有し、前記出口が前記第1の内径よりも小さい第2の内径を有するように、遠位方向に部分的にテーパ状になっている、管。 - 前記第2の内径は、約5μm〜約500μmである、請求項1に記載の管。
- 前記第2の内径は、約30μm〜約60μmである、請求項2に記載の管。
- 前記第2の内径は、約50μmである、請求項3に記載の管。
- 前記第2の内径は、約35μmである、請求項3に記載の管。
- 前記チャネルは、当該チャネル内の中央に配設された分配軸を含み、
前記チャネルの前記テーパ部分は、前記分配軸に対するテーパ角度を含む、請求項1に記載の管。 - 前記テーパ角度は、約3度〜約30度である、請求項6に記載の管。
- 前記テーパ角度は、約5度〜約15度である、請求項7に記載の管。
- 前記管は、セラミックで構成されている、請求項1に記載の管。
- 前記セラミックは、黒色セラミックである、請求項9に記載の管。
- 液体材料を分配するための分配装置であって、
前記液体材料を受容するように構成された内部コンパートメントを有するバレルと、
前記バレルに取り外し可能に接続されるように構成された分配先端部と、
を備え、
前記分配先端部は、前記バレルの前記内部コンパートメントと流体連通するチャンバを有し、
前記チャンバは、前記液体材料を前記内部コンパートメントから受容するように構成されており、
前記分配先端部は、内部を通って近位端の入口と遠位端の出口との間に延在するチャネルを有する分配管を含み、
前記分配管は、前記液体材料を前記入口において前記チャネル内に受容し、前記液体材料を前記出口から分配するように構成されており、
前記チャネルは、前記遠位方向に部分的にテーパ状になっている、分配装置。 - 前記チャネルの前記近位端は、第1の内径を有し、
前記チャネルの前記出口は、前記第1の内径よりも小さい第2の内径を有する、請求項11に記載の分配装置。 - 前記第2の内径は、約5μm〜約500μmである、請求項12に記載の分配装置。
- 前記第2の内径は、約30μm〜約60μmである、請求項13に記載の分配装置。
- 前記第2の内径は、約50μmである、請求項14に記載の分配装置。
- 前記第2の内径は、約35μmである、請求項14に記載の分配装置。
- 前記第1の分配先端部の代わりに、前記バレルに取り外し可能に接続されるように構成された第2の分配先端部
を更に備える、請求項11に記載の分配装置。 - 前記分配管は、セラミックで構成されている、請求項11に記載の分配装置。
- 前記セラミックは、黒色セラミックである、請求項18に記載の分配装置。
- 液体材料を分配する方法であって、
前記液体材料を分配装置内に提供する工程であって、前記分配装置が前記液体材料を分配するための管を有し、前記管が内部を通って延在するチャネルを有する、という工程と、
前記液体材料を、第1の内径を有する前記チャネルの第1の部分を通って移動させる工程と、
前記液体材料を、前記チャネルの第2のテーパ部分を通って、第2の内径を有する出口まで移動させる工程であって、前記第2の内径が前記第1の内径よりも小さい、という工程と、
前記液体材料の堆積物を基材上に形成する工程と、を含む、方法。 - 前記管を前記分配装置から取り外す工程と、
第2の管を前記分配装置に接続する工程と、を更に含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
