Abstract
Description
本願は、2016年11月30日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/428,103号及び2017年7月10日に出願された米国非仮特許出願第15/645,264号の出願日の利得を主張するものであり、それらの開示内容は、参照することによってここに含まれるものとする。
本発明は、脊椎修復システムに関し、さらに詳細には、セレーション螺旋条を有する脊椎固定具に関する。
Claims (20)
- 脊椎修復システムであって、
脊椎ロッドと、
前記脊椎ロッドを受け入れるように適合された通路を有する頭部と、前記頭部に連結されかつ遠位尖端を有する軸部と、前記頭部と前記遠位尖端との間に延在する螺旋条と、前記螺旋条の少なくとも一部に沿って延在するセレーション部分と、を有する固定具と、
を備える、脊椎修復システム。 - 止めネジをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の脊椎修復システム。
- 前記固定具の前記頭部はねじ条を含み、前記止めネジは、前記固定具の前記頭部と係合するねじ条を有している、請求項1に記載の脊椎修復システム。
- 前記螺旋条の前記セレーション部分は、前記軸部の長軸と平行に測定される個々の厚みを有するセレーションを含み、連続した厚みは、前記螺旋条の長さの一部に沿って前記遠位尖端に向かい増大している、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の脊椎修復システム。
- 前記頭部の少なくとも一部は、前記軸部に対して多軸運動可能に構成されている、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の脊椎修復システム。
- 前記軸部は、管状に構成されている、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の脊椎修復システム。
- 前記軸部は先細に形成されている、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の脊椎修復システム。
- 前記先細の軸部は、前記軸部の前記長軸と、前記軸部の2回転以上によって進む領域における前記螺旋条の複数の外面を繋ぐ軸との間で測定される16〜20度の角度によって画定されている、請求項7に記載の脊椎修復システム。
- 前記螺旋条の前記セレーション部分は、前記軸部の長軸と直交する方向に測定される個別の幅を有するセレーションを含み、連続した幅は、前記螺旋条の長さの一部に沿って前記遠位尖端に向かい減少している、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の脊椎修復システム。
- 前記螺旋条の前記セレーション部分は、前記軸部の長軸と直交する方向に測定される個々の幅を有するセレーションを含み、連続した幅は、前記螺旋条の長さの一部に沿って前記遠位尖端に向かい増大している、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の脊椎修復システム。
- 前記螺旋条の互いに向き合う側壁は、55〜65度の角度をなしている、請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の脊椎修復システム。
- 前記頭部は、前記軸部に単軸的に取り付けられている、請求項1〜3、6〜11の何れか一項に記載の脊椎修復システム。
- 脊椎修復システムであって、
脊椎ロッドと、
前記脊椎ロッドを受け入れるように適合された通路を有する頭部と、前記頭部に連結されかつ遠位尖端を有する軸部と、前記頭部と前記遠位尖端との間に延在する螺旋条と、前記螺旋条の少なくとも一部に沿って延在しかつ複数の頂部と谷部を有するセレーション部分と、を有する固定具と、
前記通路内に前記脊椎ロッドを保持するための止めネジと、
を備える、脊椎修復システム。 - 前記止めネジは、前記固定具の前記頭部と係合するねじ条を有している、請求項13に記載の脊椎修復システム。
- 前記頭部は前記軸部と同軸に取り付けられている、請求項13または14に記載の脊椎修復システム。
- 前記頭部の少なくとも一部は、前記軸部に対して多軸運動可能に構成されている、請求項13または14に記載の脊椎修復システム。
- 前記軸部は、管状に構成されている、請求項13〜16の何れか一項1に記載の脊椎修復システム。
- 前記頂部は、前記頂部を隣接谷部に接続する表面間の当接部における線状縁によって画定された第1の形式の頂部と、前記第1の形式の頂部と異なる第2の形式の頂部であって、前記頂部を隣接谷部に接続する表面間の当接部における平面によって画定された第2の形式の頂部と、を含んでいる、請求項13〜17の何れか一項1に記載の脊椎修復システム。
- 前記セレーション部分に沿った一連の頂部は、第1の形式の頂部と第2の形式の頂部とが交互に配置されている、請求項18に記載の脊椎修復システム。
- 前記各頂部は、前記軸部の長軸と平行または長軸方向に沿って延在している、請求項13〜19の何れか一項に記載の脊椎修復システム。
