Claims (16)
- 電極組立体を収納してパッケージングするパウチ外装材であって、
凹状に形成される第1収納部および第2収納部と、
前記第1収納部および第2収納部を囲むように、前記パウチ外装材の外縁に沿って形成されるシール部と、
前記第1収納部と第2収納部との間に形成され、且つ前記各収納部の底面から突出形成され、第1収納部と第2収納部を区画する区画部と、を含み、
前記区画部は、
上端が前記シール部よりも低い高さで形成され、前記区画部の中間で前記第1収納部と第2収納部を区画する第1区画部と、
前記区画部の両端で、上面が前記シール部と同一の高さで形成される第2区画部と、
前記第1区画部と第2区画部を連結する第3区画部と、を含む、パウチ外装材。 - 前記第3区画部は、第1区画部の長さ方向の端部で第2区画部に向かって傾斜して形成される、請求項1に記載のパウチ外装材。
- 前記第3区画部は、第2区画部および第1区画部の上端部とラウンド状に連結される、請求項2に記載のパウチ外装材。
- 前記第1区画部は、上端部が曲線状の断面からなる曲面部を含む、請求項1に記載のパウチ外装材。
- 前記第1区画部は、前記第1収納部および第2収納部を前記曲面部と直線状に連結する平面部をさらに含む、請求項4に記載のパウチ外装材。
- 前記第1区画部の上側面の断面長さが、前記第1収納部の深さと第2収納部の深さとの和よりも小さく形成される、請求項5に記載のパウチ外装材。
- パウチ外装材および電極組立体を含む二次電池であって、
前記パウチ外装材は、
凹状に形成される第1収納部および第2収納部と、
前記第1収納部および第2収納部を囲むように、前記パウチ外装材の外縁に沿って形成されるシール部と、
前記第1収納部と第2収納部との間に形成され、且つ前記各収納部の底面から突出形成され、第1収納部と第2収納部を区画する区画部と、を含み、
前記区画部は、
上端が前記シール部よりも低い高さで形成され、前記区画部の中間で前記第1収納部と第2収納部を区画する第1区画部と、
前記区画部の両端で上面が前記シール部と同一の高さで形成される第2区画部と、
前記第1区画部と第2区画部を連結する第3区画部と、を含み、
前記パウチ外装材の第1収納部と第2収納部が互いに向かい合うように前記区画部に沿って折り畳んで形成された収納空間に、前記電極組立体が収納されてパッケージングされる、二次電池。 - 前記第1区画部は、広げられて平面状の側面部として形成され、
前記シール部は、
前記二次電池の側面部の両端と隣接する部分に、前記二次電池の側面部に対して垂直な方向に突出した延長部を含む、請求項7に記載の二次電池。 - 前記パウチ外装材の前記第1収納部の深さと第2収納部の深さとの和が、前記電極組立体の厚さと同一であるように形成される、請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1区画部が広げられて平面状の側面部として形成され、
前記側面部の両端には、凹状のディンプルが形成される、請求項7に記載の二次電池。 - 請求項8に記載の1つ以上の二次電池と、
前記二次電池の側面部と面接触される面を備えた冷却プレートと、を含む、二次電池パック。 - 前記シール部は、
前記二次電池の側面部の両端と隣接する部分に、前記二次電池の側面部に対して垂直な方向に突出した延長部を含む、請求項11に記載の二次電池パック。 - 前記冷却プレートの第1側面と第2側面との間の幅が、前記二次電池の延長部の間の長さに対応する、請求項12に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記冷却プレートの第1側面と第2側面との間の幅が、前記二次電池の延長部の間の長さよりも大きい、請求項12に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記冷却プレートの第1側面および第2側面のそれぞれには、前記二次電池の延長部の長さより大きいかまたは等しい高さで段差が形成されている、請求項14に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記冷却プレートの第1側面および第2側面のそれぞれには、前記二次電池の延長部を収容するように、前記延長部の長さより深いかまたは等しい深さで1つ以上の溝が形成されている、請求項14に記載の二次電池パック。
