Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a packaging box having a variable height dimension and a sheet material assembled thereto.
As one of boxes for packing articles, a packaging box whose height can be changed has been developed.
For example, a folding curve corresponding to each of a plurality of height dimensions is provided, and the height dimension is changed stepwise by bending at a folding curve corresponding to any one of these folding curves. Packaging boxes that can be used have been studied (see
However, as described above, if the height of the packaging box can only be changed stepwise, the variable height is limited to a discontinuous height, and the height of the packaging box cannot be increased. There is room for improvement.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and has as its object to enhance the adjustability of the height of a packaging box. It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to this object, and it is possible to obtain the functions and effects derived from the respective configurations shown in “Embodiments for carrying out the invention” to be described later, and to obtain the functions and effects that cannot be obtained by the conventional technology. It can be positioned for other purposes.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to the packaging box of this invention and the sheet material assembled with this packaging box, the height dimension adjustability of a packaging box can be improved.
Hereinafter, a packaging box and a sheet material as an embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings.
The packaging box of the present embodiment is a three-dimensional package assembled from a planar sheet material (also referred to as a “blank sheet”). As the sheet material to be assembled in the packaging box, a packaging material that has been subjected to processing such as cutting into a predetermined shape and providing a ruled line is used. Examples of the packaging material used for the sheet material include a cardboard sheet and cardboard.
In the present embodiment, it is assumed that the packaging box and the sheet material are placed on a horizontal plane, and the directions used in the description are defined as follows.
For the packaging box, the horizontal direction is the front-rear direction (in the figure, the front is indicated by “F” and the rear is indicated by “B”) and the left and right direction (in the figure, the left is indicated by “L” and the right is indicated) Are denoted by “R”). Regarding the left-right direction, the left-right direction is determined based on the state facing backward from the front. In the vertical direction, the direction of action of gravity is downward (indicated by “D” in the figure), and the opposite downward direction is upward (indicated by “U” in the figure). The vertical direction is the height direction of the packaging box. Therefore, the vertical dimension is referred to as a height dimension. In addition, an opening is provided at the upper part of the packaging box for taking in and out of articles.
The sheet member will be described using an X direction and a Y direction that are orthogonal to each other in the horizontal direction. Each of the X direction and the Y direction extends in two opposite directions. Therefore, one of the X-direction and X 1 direction, the other as X 2 direction. Similarly, one of the Y-direction and Y 1 direction, and the other is Y 2 direction.

[I. One Embodiment]
[1. Constitution]
In one embodiment described below, the configuration will be described in item [1]. In the item [1], the packaging box is described in the small item [1.1], and the configuration of the sheet material is described in the small item [1.2]. Then, the procedure for using the packaging box and the sheet material is described in the subsection [1.3]. The operation and effect of the configuration of item [1] will be described in item [2].

As shown in FIG. 3, the

As shown in FIG. 1, the adjusting
As shown in FIG. 2, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the

Specifically, as illustrated in FIG. 4, the lower inner angle θ M (first bending angle) of the adjusting
The
The

Furthermore, a

On the other hand, an
The auxiliary wall portion 7 (see FIGS. 1 and 3) is arranged on the opposite side of the

In addition, a

Moreover, the folding sheet pieces 8 ', middle folding borders R M is provided at a position corresponding to the center-
Medium folding borders R M is a first in folding border R M1 of the Y-direction outer side with respect to the first in ruled line H M1, and second in the folding border R M2 in the X-direction outer side with respect to the second in border H M2 Are subdivided into Here first in folding border R M1 exemplified in, from the viewpoint of smooth bending, is slightly shifted to the X 2 direction side of the first in ruled line H M1 to a region is virtually extended to the Y direction outside Be placed. Note that the second middle folding line R M2 is arranged in a region virtually extending the second middle folding line H M2 outwardly in the X direction.
Further, the folding sheet pieces 8 ', extending the vertical line V 1, V 2 from the intersection in the X direction outside and Y outwardly inclined folding border R S is provided. The inclined folding ruled line R S is provided to be inclined with respect to both the X direction and the Y direction.
The inclined folding ruled line R S is set to have an angle of inclination θ S with respect to the X direction slightly larger than 45 ° in order to assemble the
The inclination angle θ S here is preferably larger than 45 ° and smaller than 49 °, more preferably larger than 46 ° and smaller than 48 ° from the viewpoint of smooth bending of the inclined folding ruled line R S. preferable. When using a cardboard sheet having a thickness dimension 1.5mm on the sheet material 1 'are most preferably the inclination angle theta S of above 47 °. However, the inclination angle θ S of the inclined folding ruled line R S may be set to 45 ° with respect to the X direction, or may be set slightly smaller than 45 °.

By the way, where the ruled lines intersect, there is a tendency that the repulsive force that tends to be folded back when the sheet material is bent tends to be large, and this large repulsive force may reduce the assemblability of the box.
Therefore, an auxiliary hole B (a so-called "weakened hole") is formed in the folded sheet piece 8 'for optimizing (in this case, weakening) the repulsive force of the folded sheet piece when it is folded.
Here, a square hole B C, the middle hole B M and the long hole B L is provided as an auxiliary bore B.
Rectangular hole B C are arranged at positions corresponding to intersections of the first vertical line V 1 and the second vertical line V 2. The rectangular hole B C is formed on the quarter circle shape.
Medium bore B M are arranged at positions corresponding to intersections of the vertical ruled line V and the middle border H M. This middle hole B M is formed in a semicircular shape.
Long hole B L includes a middle folding border R M1, R M2 if no long hole B L are provided with inclined folding borders R S is placed at the intersection. The elongated hole B L is formed in a shape (a so-called “UFO type”) in which an oval and a perfect circle extending along the inclined folding ruled line R S are combined.
The above square hole B C, middle hole B M and the long hole B L is not limited to a circular shape as described above, may be formed in a polygonal shape such as triangular or quadrangular.
Further, the auxiliary wall sheet pieces 7 ', inclined border R U on extending from the X-direction end portion of the second in borders H M2 in the X direction inside and Y direction outside is provided.
The upper inclined border R U, in order to achieve a smooth assembly of the
The inclination angle theta G here, from the viewpoint of on the inclined border R U smooth bending is preferably smaller than 53 ° larger than 45 °, still be less than 51 ° greater than 47 ° preferable. When a corrugated cardboard sheet having a thickness of 1.5 mm is used for the sheet material 1 ', it is most preferable to set the above-mentioned inclination angle θ G to 49 °. However, the inclination angle theta G above the inclined border R U may be set to 45 ° to the X-direction, it may be slightly smaller set than 45 °.
Auxiliary wall sheet piece 7 ', on the inclined border first auxiliary wall in the X-direction outer side with respect to R U sheet pieces 71' are roughly classified into the other of the second auxiliary wall sheet pieces 72 '.
Incidentally, in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the ruled lines except on border H U and a second bottom border V 2D from the ruled line H, V, R, leads ruling provided a cut and creasing alternately The adopted sheet material 1 'is illustrated. However, the arrangement of the lead rule is arbitrary, and the lead rule may be omitted.

In step A1, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 7, folded sheet material 1 'in the second bottom border H D2 and the first vertical line V 1. Specifically, the side wall sheet piece 6 ', the auxiliary wall sheet piece 7' and the folding sheet piece 8 'are folded on the bottom wall sheet piece 2', the standing wall sheet piece 3 'and the adjustment wall sheet piece 5' so as to overlap. . Then, the first folded sheet piece 81 'is attached to the standing wall sheet piece 3' or the adjustment wall sheet piece 5 '.
In step A2, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, it makes folding the X direction outside of the site in the first bottom border H D1 relative to the bottom wall sheet pieces 2 '. At this time, the inclined folding ruled line R S is caused to valley-fold while the second lower ruled line H D2 is folded back. In this manner, the side wall sheet piece 6 'and the auxiliary wall sheet piece 7' are folded up, and the second folded sheet piece 82 'is superimposed on the first folded sheet piece 81'. In this way, by folding the folded

At this time, the area where the

[II. Modification]
The above-described embodiment is merely an example, and there is no intention to exclude various modifications and application of technology not explicitly described in this embodiment. Each configuration of the present embodiment can be variously modified and implemented without departing from the spirit thereof. In addition, they can be selected as needed and can be appropriately combined.
For example, the flap portion is not limited to the lid flap portion extending from the lid portion. To give a specific example, the flap section has an adjustment flap section described in the following first modified example and an auxiliary flap section described in the following first modified example instead of or in addition to the lid flap section. In addition, the mounting direction of the packaging box is not limited to the posture in which the standing wall portion is disposed in front and back, and the standing wall portion may be disposed in right and left and up and down. When the standing wall portion is disposed on the left and right, the front and rear may be read as left and right, and the left and right may be read as front and rear or up and down. When the standing wall portion is arranged up and down, the front and rear may be read up and down, and the up and down may be read as front and back or left and right.
Alternatively, in the above-described procedure A1, at least the outer side of the sheet material in the Y direction may be folded, and the attachment of the sheet pieces may be omitted. In this case, the assembly process is simplified, and the manufacturing cost of the packaging box can be reduced.
