Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 閉塞物除去デバイスであって、
血管系にアクセス可能とするサイズで形成された押圧具であって、該押圧具の先端部と、押圧具の基端部との間で延伸する押圧具管腔を有する、押圧具と、
前記押圧具の前記先端部に接続され、前記血管系内の血栓を捕捉するよう構成された係合部材と、
前記押圧具管腔内に位置し、前記押圧具の前記先端部から延伸し、前記係合部材に接続されており、さらに、前記押圧具の前記基端部を超えて延伸する長尺要素であって、前記係合部材に膨張形状または潰れ形状を取らせるよう、前記押圧具に対して長尺方向に移動可能な、長尺要素と、
前記長尺要素が、前記押圧具に対して動くことを選択的に防止することにより、前記係合部材を、前記膨張形状または前記潰れ形状の少なくとも1つでロックするロック機構と、を含む閉塞物除去デバイス。 - 膨張形状または潰れ形状を取る複数の係合部材をさらに含む請求項1の閉塞物除去デバイス。
- 前記長尺要素の長尺方向の動きは、前記複数の係合部材の全てを、前記膨張形状と、前記潰れ形状との間で調整する請求項2の閉塞物除去デバイス。
- 前記ロック機構は、前記長尺要素の外側に取り付けられ、さらに、前記係合部材と接触するよう構成された構造を備えており、前記係合部材のそれぞれは、自身専用の構造を有している請求項3の閉塞物除去デバイス。
- 前記長尺部材は、前記押圧器および前記係合部材の双方に渡っている請求項1の閉塞物除去デバイス。
- 前記長尺要素の外側に位置し、さらに、前記係合部材に取り付けられたテンション部材をさらに含む請求項1の閉塞物除去デバイス。
- 前記ロック機構は、前記長尺要素に固定され、さらに、前記係合部材内に位置する固定具を含み、前記固定具は、並んで配置され、さらに、前記係合部材の複数の支柱と係合するよう構成された複数の凹部を有する請求項1の閉塞物除去デバイス。
- 前記ロック機構は、前記長尺要素上の拡径領域と、前記拡径領域と係合するサイズで形成された前記押圧具管腔内の開口と、を含む請求項1の閉塞物除去デバイス。
- 前記ロック機構は、前記押圧具の前記基端部の近くに配置され、前記押圧具に対する前記長尺部材の動きを防止するために、前記長尺部材と選択的に係合可能なコレットである請求項1の閉塞物除去デバイス。
- 閉塞物除去システムであって、
搬送デバイス外において膨張形状を取り、前記搬送デバイス内において潰れ形状を取る係合部材と、
前記係合部材に接続された先端部を有し、さらに、自身の内部を挿通する押圧具管腔を有する押圧チューブと、
前記押圧具に渡っており、前記係合部材に、前記搬送デバイス外において前記膨張形状または前記潰れ形状を取らせるよう、前記押圧部とは独立して移動可能な、長尺の形状制御部と、
前記押圧チューブに対する前記形状制御部の動きを選択的に固定し、これにより、前記搬送デバイス外において前記係合部材の前記形状をロックするロック機構と、を含む閉塞物除去システム。 - 前記形状制御部の位置によって制御される膨張形状または潰れ形状を取る複数の係合部材をさらに含む請求項10の閉塞物除去システム。
- 前記長尺の形状制御部は、前記複数の係合部材の全てに接続されており、さらに、前記複数の係合部材の全ての前記形状を制御する請求項11の閉塞物除去システム。
- 前記ロック機構は、前記長尺の形状制御部の外側に取り付けられ、前記複数の係合部材と接触するよう構成された構造を備えており、前記複数の係合部材のそれぞれは、自身専用の構造を有している請求項12の閉塞物除去システム。
- 前記長尺の形状制御部は、前記押圧チューブおよび前記係合部材の双方に渡っている請求項10の閉塞物除去システム。
- 前記長尺の形状制御部の外側に位置しており、さらに、前記係合部材に取り付けられているテンション部材をさらに含む請求項10の閉塞物除去システム。
- 前記ロック機構は、前記長尺の形状制御部に固定され、さらに、前記係合部材内に位置する固定具を含み、前記固定具は、並べて配置され、さらに、前記係合部材の複数の支柱と係合するよう構成された複数の凹部を有している請求項10の閉塞物除去システム。
- 前記搬送デバイスは、マイクロカテーテルである請求項10の閉塞物除去システム。
- 前記ロック機構は、前記長尺の形状制御部上の拡径領域と、前記拡径領域を捕捉するようなサイズで形成された前記押圧チューブ内の開口と、を含む請求項10の閉塞物除去システム。
- 前記ロック機構は、前記押圧チューブの基端部の近くに配置され、さらに、前記押圧チューブに対する前記長尺の形状制御部の動きを防止するために、前記長尺の形状制御部と選択的に係合可能なコレットである請求項10の閉塞物除去システム。
- 血管内の閉塞物を除去する方法であって、
前記血管内において先端側で連結された係合部材を動かすために、押圧チューブを前進させる工程と、
前記係合部材に膨張形状または潰れ形状を取らせるために、前記押圧チューブに渡る形状制御部を動かす工程と、
前記形状制御部を所定の場所でロックし、これにより、前記血管内で前記係合部材の前記形状をロックするロック機構を利用する工程と、を含む方法。
