塔頂生成物から第2粒子を分離して、第1触媒および反応した炭化水素生成物を含む第1ストリームならびに分離した第2粒子を含む第2ストリームを提供すること;
第2ストリーム中の分離した第2粒子をリアクターに戻すこと
を含むプロセス。 - 第1触媒が分解触媒であり、第2粒子が脱硫触媒である、請求項28に記載のプロセス。
- 第1触媒がFCC分解触媒であり、第2粒子が重質炭化水素処理添加剤である、請求項28に記載のプロセス。
- 第1触媒がゼオライトYであり、第2粒子がZSM−5またはZSM−11を含む、請求項28に記載のプロセス。
- さらに、
第1ストリームおよび第1流出物を開放ベッセル(disengagement vessel)に供給すること;
第1ストリームおよび第1流出物中の炭化水素から第1触媒および第2粒子を分離すること;
分離した第1触媒および第2粒子をリジェネレーターに供給すること
を含む、請求項28に記載のプロセス。 - 第1触媒および第2触媒から分離した炭化水素を分画して、2またはそれを超える炭化水素画分を生成することをさらに含む、請求項32に記載のプロセス。
- 2またはそれを超える炭化水素画分の少なくとも1を、ライザー・リアクターおよび第2リアクターの一方または両方に供給することを含む、請求項33に記載のプロセス。

第1触媒および第2触媒を含む混合物を触媒リジェネレーターから取り出すこと、ならびに混合物および炭化水素をライザー・リアクターに供給して、炭化水素の少なくとも一部分を転化し、触媒混合物および転化した炭化水素を含む第1流出物を回収すること、ここに第1触媒は第2触媒よりもより小さい平均粒子サイズおよび/またはより小さい密度を有し;
触媒リジェネレーターから第1触媒および第2触媒を含む混合物を取り出し、混合物を触媒分離システムに供給すること;
第1触媒および第2触媒を含む混合物を流動化媒体を用いて流動化すること;
触媒分離システム中で第2触媒から第1触媒を分離して、第1触媒および流動化媒体を含む第1ストリームならびに第2触媒を含む第2ストリームを回収すること;
炭化水素供給原料および第1ストリームまたは第2ストリームのいずれかをリアクターに供給して、炭化水素の少なくとも一部分を反応させて転化した炭化水素を生成すること
を含むプロセス。 - 第2ストリームをリアクターに供給することならびに第1触媒および流動化媒体を含む第1ストリームをリジェネレーターに供給することをさらに含む、請求項35に記載のプロセス。
- 第2ストリームをリアクターに供給し、第1触媒および流動化媒体を含む第1ストリームを触媒ストリッパーに供給することをさらに含む、請求項35に記載のプロセス。
- 第1ストリームをリアクターに供給し、第2ストリームをリジェネレーターに供給することをさらに含む、請求項35に記載のプロセス。
- 炭化水素を転化するプロセスであって:
炭化水素供給原料ならびに第1触媒および第2触媒を含む触媒混合物をライザー・リアクターに供給すること、ここに第1触媒は第2触媒よりもより小さい平均粒子サイズおよび/またはより小さい密度を有し;
ライザー・リアクターから流出物を分離して、第1触媒および転化した炭化水素供給原料を含む第1ストリームならびに第2触媒を含む第2ストリームを回収すること;
第2ストリームをライザー・リアクターに供給すること
を含むプロセス。 - 炭化水素を転化するプロセスであって:
触媒リジェネレーターから第1触媒および第2触媒を含む混合物を取り出し、混合物を触媒供給/分離システムに供給すること、ここに第1触媒は第2触媒よりもより小さい平均粒子サイズおよび/またはより小さい密度を有し;
触媒供給/分離システム中の第2触媒から第1触媒を分離して、第1触媒を含む第1ストリームおよび第2触媒を含む第2ストリームを生成すること;
炭化水素供給原料および第1ストリームまたは第2ストリームのいずれかをライザー・リアクターに供給して、炭化水素の少なくとも一部分を反応させて転化した炭化水素を生成すること
を含むプロセス。 - 炭化水素を転化するシステムであって:
触媒リジェネレーター;
触媒リジェネレーターから第1触媒および第2触媒を含む混合物を取り出し、混合物をライザー・リアクターに供給する第1触媒フィードライン、ここに第1触媒は第2触媒よりもより小さい平均粒子サイズおよび/またはより小さい密度を有し;
第1触媒および第2触媒を含む混合物を触媒リジェネレーターから取り出し、混合物を触媒分離システムに供給する第2触媒フィードライン;
第2触媒フィードラインを介して取り出した混合物を流動化媒体を用いて流動化し、触媒分離システムにおいて第2触媒から第1触媒を分離して、第1触媒および流動化媒体を含む第1ストリームならびに第2触媒を含む第2ストリームを回収する流動化媒体フィードライン;
炭化水素供給原料と第1ストリームまたは第2ストリームのいずれかとを接触させ、炭化水素の少なくとも一部分を反応させて転化した炭化水素を生成するリアクター
を含む、システム。 - 炭化水素を転化するシステムであって:
炭化水素供給原料を第1触媒および第2触媒を含む触媒混合物と接触させるライザー・リアクター、ここに第1触媒は第2触媒よりもより小さい平均粒子サイズおよび/またはより小さい密度を有し;
ライザー・リアクター流出物を分離して、第1触媒および転化した炭化水素供給原料を含む第1ストリームならびに第2触媒を含む第2ストリームを回収する触媒分離システム;
第2ストリームをライザー・リアクターに供給するフローライン
を含むシステム。 - 炭化水素を転化するシステムであって:
触媒リジェネレーターから第1触媒および第2触媒を含む混合物を取り出し、混合物を触媒供給/分離システムに供給する触媒取り出しライン、ここに第1触媒は第2触媒よりもより小さい平均粒子サイズおよび/またはより小さい密度を有し;
触媒供給/分離システムにおいて第2触媒から第1触媒を分離して、第1触媒を含む第1ストリームおよび第2触媒を含む第2ストリームを生成する触媒供給/分離システム;
炭化水素供給原料と第1ストリームまたは第2ストリームのいずれかとを接触させ、炭化水素の少なくとも一部分を反応させて転化した炭化水素を生成するライザー・リアクター
を含むシステム。
