(式1) Cos[2θ]・Sin[2α]
において示される残余乱視の寄与に等しく且つ逆となるように、2つのゼルニケ多項式Z4およびZ5の結合から成る付加的な面を既存の面に加えることによって得られる。

上記の実施形態において、レンズは、実質的に等しい2つの部分に分割される。しかし、上で詳述したように、本発明はこの場合に限定されず、2つの部分は異なる寸法を有することができる。
上記のすべての実施形態において、補正の大きさは角度αに依存する。従って、αの各々の値に対して残余乱視を正確に矯正することは不可能である。しかし、レンズの可能な動きの範囲内でαの平均値を選択することができる。

Claims (6)
- (式1) Cos[2θ]・Sin[2α]
によって変調される補正因子を有する乱視を矯正するためのレンズ(6000、10000)であって、
θは、ある半径の基準経線(M1)、または補正が加えられる経線に対する位置を示し、
αは、乱視の理想的な補正角度に対する前記レンズ(6000、10000)の不整合角度を示す、レンズ。 - 前記レンズは、少なくとも第1の部分(6001、10001)および第2の部分(6002、10002)を備え、少なくとも前記第1の部分は、
(式1) Cos[2θ]・Sin[2α]
によって変調される補正因子を有し、
少なくとも前記第2の部分は、
(式2) Cos[2θ]・Sin[−2α]
によって変調される補正因子を有する、請求項1に記載のレンズ。 - 前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分とは、実質的に同じ寸法を有する、請求項2に記載のレンズ。
- 前記レンズは、複数の第1の部分および複数の第2の部分を備える、請求項2または3に記載のレンズ。
- 前記レンズは円環レンズである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のレンズ。
- 前記補正因子は、前記レンズの面上に、ゼルニケ多項式Z4およびZ5の一次結合から生じる変形を導入することによって得られる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のレンズ。
