Claims (17)
- 移動する鋼ストリップのテクスチャリング方法であって、
テクスチャーが、移動する鋼ストリップの表面に向けられた単一のレーザービーム又は複数のレーザービームを用いることによるアブレーションによって、移動する鋼ストリップの表面に適用され、
液体が、移動する鋼ストリップに対する単一のレーザービーム又は複数のレーザービームの作業領域を含む、移動する鋼ストリップの表面領域にわたって、移動する鋼ストリップ上に供給される、方法。 - 供給された液体が、所定の厚さの液膜を形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 供給された液体の厚さが、移動する鋼ストリップと、移動する鋼ストリップの表面に対してある距離をおいて設けられたガイド手段との間で、液体を誘導することによって制御される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- ガイド手段と、移動する鋼ストリップの表面との間の距離が制御される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 液体が、噴霧によって供給され、かつ、層の厚さが、移動する鋼ストリップの速度に応じて噴霧量を制御することによって制御される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 液体が、移動する鋼ストリップ上に、2つ以上の積み重ねられた層で供給される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 移動する鋼ストリップが、液体を含有する容器に誘導されて通され、かつ、単一のレーザービーム又は複数のレーザービームの集束光学系が、移動する鋼ストリップの表面の所定の距離で液体に浸される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 液膜の厚さが、0.1〜10mmの範囲内である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 移動する鋼ストリップのライン速度が、0.5m/s〜15m/s(15m/sを含む)の範囲、より好ましくは1m/s〜5m/sの範囲である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 単一のレーザービーム又は複数のレーザービームが、
・パルス幅が、1fs〜100msの範囲であり、
・各レーザービームの電磁放射が、200nm〜11μmの間の波長を有し、かつ
・各レーザービームのエネルギー密度が、1nJ/cm2〜100J/cm2の範囲内、好ましくは0.1J/cm2〜10J/cm2の範囲内である、
パルスレーザービームである、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 移動する鋼ストリップの表面に向けられた単一のレーザービーム又は複数のレーザービーム、移動する鋼ストリップにテクスチャーを適用するための単一のレーザービーム又は複数のレーザービームを制御するための制御手段、及び、移動する鋼ストリップの、テクスチャーが適用される表面に、液体を供給するための液体供給手段を備えてなる、移動する鋼ストリップの表面にアブレーションによりテクスチャーを適用するための装置。
- 液体供給手段が、移動する鋼ストリップの、テクスチャーが適用される表面領域の幅を横切って液体を供給するための1つ以上のノズルを備えてなる、請求項11に記載の装置。
- ガイド手段が、移動する鋼ストリップの経路に平行に、かつ、液体供給手段の下流に設けられ、移動する鋼ストリップの表面上に液体が誘導される、請求項11又は12に記載の装置。
- ガイド手段と、移動する鋼ストリップの経路との間の距離が、1〜5mmの範囲内である、請求項13に記載の装置。
- ガイド手段が、透明プレートを備えてなる、請求項13又は14に記載の装置。
- 透明プレートが、上流側に上向きの端を有する、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 移動する鋼ストリップの表面に向けられた単一のレーザービーム又は複数のレーザービーム、移動する鋼ストリップにテクスチャーを適用するための単一のレーザービーム又は複数のレーザービームを制御するための制御手段、液体を含有する容器を備えてなる、移動する鋼ストリップの表面にアブレーションによりテクスチャーを適用するための装置であって、単一のレーザービーム又は複数のレーザービームの集束光学系が、移動する鋼ストリップの経路に対して所定の距離で液体に浸される、装置。
