- 前記有機透明層上に設置される第1のITO層をさらに含み、前記第1のITO層、前記第1のパッシベーション層及び第2の金属層から蓄積コンデンサが形成され、前記第2の金属層が前記薄膜トランジスタのソース/ドレインと同層に設置され、第1の金属層が前記アレイ基板の走査線を形成する請求項1に記載のアレイ基板。

- 前記柱状スペーサは、前記薄膜トランジスタのソース/ドレイン上に位置する2つの隣接した貫通孔の間に設置される請求項15に記載の液晶ディスプレイパネル。
- 前記有機透明層と前記第1のITO層との間にタッチ金属層とタッチ絶縁層が順に設置される請求項11に記載の液晶ディスプレイパネル。
- 前記アレイ基板は非タッチ型のものであり、またはインセルタッチ型のものである請求項10に記載の液晶ディスプレイパネル。
