Claims (9)
- 複数のパウチ電池(1)と、相互接続された複数のフレーム部材(20)と、圧縮機構とを含むモジュール式の電力貯蔵及び供給システムであって、
それぞれの前記パウチ電池(1)は一対の電池タブ端子(2)を含み、該電池タブ端子のそれぞれが一対の接触面領域を有し、
それぞれの前記フレーム部材(20)は前記パウチ電池(1)の1つを保持するように構成され、それぞれの前記フレーム部材(20)は一対の圧接部材(3)を含み、該圧接部材のそれぞれが接触面領域を有し、前記一対の圧接部材(3)は前記一対の電池タブ端子(2)と接触して配置され、前記圧接部材の接触面領域の寸法は、前記電池タブ端子の接触面領域とほぼ等しく、前記フレーム部材(20)は、隣接する前記フレーム部材(20)間に間隙が存在するようにして相互接続され、
前記圧縮機構は、前記圧接部材(3)及び前記電池タブ端子(2)を通じて相互接続された前記フレーム部材(20)に圧力を加える、
システム。 - それぞれの前記フレーム部材(20)は、凹部接点領域(10)を含むフレーム相互接続ブロック(4)を含み、前記圧接部材(3)は、前記凹部接点領域(10)に配置される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記フレーム相互接続ブロック(4)は、前記一対の電池タブ端子(2)の間に配置される、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記圧縮機構は、前記フレーム部材(20)に配置された複数の整列した圧縮孔(9)内に配置された1つ又は複数の圧縮ジャッキねじ(13)を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 複数のパウチ電池(1)と、垂直方向に積み重ねて接続された複数のフレーム部材(20)と、圧縮機構とを含むモジュール式の電力貯蔵及び供給システムであって、
それぞれの前記パウチ電池(1)は、端部と、一対の電池タブ端子(2)とを含み、該電池タブ端子のそれぞれが一対の水平方向の接触面領域を有し、複数の前記電池タブ端子(2)は、前記端子から延びて平行であるが異なる平面に配置され、前記電池タブ端子(2)の水平方向の寸法は、垂直方向の寸法よりも大きく、
それぞれの前記フレーム部材(20)は前記パウチ電池(1)の1つを保持するように構成され、それぞれの前記フレーム部材(20)は、一対の圧接部材(3)を有するフレーム相互接続ブロック(4)を含み、それぞれの前記圧接部材は水平方向の接触面領域を有し、前記圧接部材(3)の水平方向の寸法は垂直方向の寸法よりも大きく、前記フレーム相互接続ブロック(4)が前記一対の電池タブ端子(2)の間に配置されるようにして、前記一対の圧接部材(3)が前記一対の電池タブ端子(2)と接触して配置され、前記圧接部材(3)の水平方向の寸法は、前記電池タブ端子(2)の水平方向の寸法とほぼ等しく、前記フレーム部材(20)は、隣接する前記フレーム部材(20)間に水平方向の間隙が存在するようにして相互接続され、
前記圧縮機構は、前記圧接部材(3)と前記電池タブ端子(2)の組み合わせを圧縮するようにして、前記フレーム相互接続ブロック(4)に垂直方向の圧力を加える、
システム。 - 前記フレーム相互接続ブロック(4)が凹部接点領域(10)を含み、前記圧接部材(3)が前記凹部接点領域(10)内に配置される、請求項5に記載のシステム。

それぞれの前記パウチ電池(1)は一対の電池タブ端子(2)を含み、該電池タブ端子のそれぞれが一対の表面の接触領域を有し、
それぞれの前記フレーム部材(20)は前記パウチ電池(1)の1つを保持するように構成され、それぞれの前記フレーム部材(20)は、一対の凹部接点領域(10)内に保持された一対の圧接部材(3)を含み、該圧接部材(3)のそれぞれが接触面領域を有して前記電池タブ端子(2)の1つと接触して配置され、前記圧接部材の接触面領域の寸法は、前記電池タブ端子の接触面領域とほぼ等しく、
前記フレーム部材(20)に関して、前記電池タブ端子(2)と前記圧接部材(3)とを合わせた厚さは、隣接する前記フレーム部材(20)の間に間隙が存在するようにされ、
前記圧縮機構は、前記圧接部材(3)と前記電池タブ端子(2)のそれぞれの組み合わせを圧縮するようにして、前記フレーム部材(20)に圧力を加える、
