- 前記第1の物理的パラメータ決定ユニット(62、66、70、84、86)が、酸素測定ユニット、湿度測定ユニット、流動特性測定ユニット、腐食状態測定ユニット、酸化状態測定ユニット、圧力測定ユニット、粉末粒子サイズ測定ユニット、粉末粒子形状測定ユニット、粉末粒子分布測定ユニット、粉末純度測定ユニット、粉末粒子気孔率測定ユニット、粉末粒子密度測定ユニット、及び充填密度測定ユニットのうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の粉末床溶融結合装置(10)。
- 前記第1の物理的パラメータ決定ユニットが、サンプリング点(70、86)及びセンサ(62、66、84)のうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の粉末床溶融結合装置(10)。
- 前記粉末処理ユニット(72、74、76、88)が、気体導入ユニット、粉末解しユニット、加熱ユニット、乾燥ユニットおよび真空発生ユニットのうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の粉末床溶融結合装置(10)。
- 粉末床溶融結合装置(10)の粉末適用機器(14)に対し原料粉末(52)を提供するための粉末送出方法であって、
粉末供給区分(40)の排出口(56)から、粉末適用機器(14)に原料粉末(52)を提供するステップと、
前記粉末供給区分(40)の第1の場所で前記粉末供給区分(40)内の第1の物理的パラメータを決定するステップと、
前記粉末供給区分(40)の第2の場所で前記粉末供給区分(40)内の第2の物理的パラメータを決定するステップと、
前記第1の物理的パラメータが第1の許容基準を満たしているか否かを決定するステップと、
前記第2の物理的パラメータが第2の許容基準を満たしているか否かを決定するステップと、
前記第1の物理的パラメータが前記第1の許容基準を満たしていないと決定された場合、粉末処理を行なうステップと、
前記第2の物理的パラメータが前記第2の許容基準を満たしていないと決定された場合、前記粉末適用機器(14)の粉末適用プロセスを停止し、及び/又は、前記粉末供給区分(40)の前記排出口(56)に位置設定されたバルブ(58)を閉じるステップと、
を含む、粉末送出方法。 - 前記第2の物理的パラメータが前記第1の物理的パラメータと同じ物理的特性に関するものである、請求項8に記載の粉末送出方法。
