Claims (14)
- 人間の肢の生理学的パラメータを測定するデバイスであって、
肢を受け入れる開口を含む本体と、
該本体に連結され、該本体に対して移動可能である、移動手段と、
前記開口内に受け入れられる肢と相互作用するように構成される生理学的センサを収容する収容要素とを含み、
前記本体は、第1の区画と、前記開口を定めるために前記第1の区画に対して移動可能な第2の区画とを含み、前記移動手段は、前記移動手段を移動させることによって前記開口のサイズを調節するよう前記第2の区画に連結され、
前記移動手段は、前記本体から取外し可能である、好ましくは、全体的に取外し可能である、
デバイス。 - 前記本体は、前記第1の区画に対して前記第2の区画とは反対側のフレキシブル区画を含み、該フレキシブル区画は、前記第1の区画に対して移動可能である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記フレキシブル区画は、前記移動手段を移動させるために外力を加えるための押圧面を含み、該押圧面は、好ましくは、外力が該押圧面に加えられないときに、凹面を含み、或いは、
前記フレキシブル区画は、前記第1の区画を横方向に越えて延びて、前記本体を支持するための2つの凹面を形成するように構成される、
請求項2に記載のデバイス。 - 前記移動手段は、肢を受け入れるために前方側とは反対の前記本体の後方側に配置される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 当該デバイスは、前記第2の区画が外力から解放される閉塞状態と、前記移動手段を移動させることによって前記第2の区画が前記第1の区画から離れる方向に移動させられる開放状態とにおいて動作可能である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第2の区画は、シリコーン及び/又はゴム、好ましくは、シリコーンゴムのような、弾性材料を含み、好ましくは、そのような弾性材料で作られる、請求項5に記載のデバイス。
- 前記移動手段は、前記本体に挿入されるための第1の部分と第2の部分とを含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第2の部分は、前記第2の区画に挿入するように構成され、前記第1の部分は、前記第1の区画に対して前記第2の区画とは反対側の前記本体のフレキシブル区画内に挿入するように構成される、請求項7に記載のデバイス。
- 移動するときに前記移動手段を案内する案内手段が前記本体に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記案内手段は、前記第1の区画に挿入可能であり、且つ/或いは前記移動手段と係合するように構成される、請求項9に記載のデバイス。
- 前記収容要素は、前記生理学的センサを含む、請求項1乃至10のうちのいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記生理学的センサは、測定光信号を生成する光源と、前記開口に受け入れられる肢とのその相互作用の後に前記測定光信号を検出する光検出器とを含む、請求項9に記載のデバイス。
- 前記センサは、前記移動手段の前記第2の部分に配置され、好ましくは、埋め込まれ、或いは、前記第1の区画及び/又は前記第2の区画に配置され、好ましくは、埋め込まれる、請求項11又は12に記載のデバイス。
- 人間の肢の生理学的パラメータを測定するデバイスを製造する方法であって、
肢を受け入れる開口を含む本体を提供するステップであって、前記本体は、第1の区画と、前記開口を定めるために前記第1の区画に対して移動可能な第2の区画とを含む、ステップと、
前記本体に連結され且つ前記本体に対して移動可能である移動手段を提供するステップと、
前記開口内に受け入れられる肢と相互作用するように構成される生理学的センサを収容する収容要素を提供するステップと、
前記移動手段を移動させることによって前記開口のサイズを調節するよう前記第2の区画に前記移動手段を連結するステップとを含み、
前記移動手段は、前記本体から取外し可能である、好ましくは、全体的に取外し可能である、
