Abstract
Description

前記混合物は、制御された機械的処理または化学的処理によって得られる。
該混合物は、射出成形機を通過後に、ロッドなどの形状を得る。代替的に、該混合物は、ペレットとして形成されることができる。

前記組成物は、少なくとも1つの再吸収性または非再吸収性の熱可塑性ポリマー材料を備え、該組成物は、約50℃において40Pa・s〜4000Pa・sの粘度を有し、約37℃においてヤング率が0.5GPa〜4GPaであり、前記シリンジは、前記組成物の保管および投与を可能にし、該シリンジは、2つの端部のそれぞれに開口を有するシリンジ本体を備え、遠位の第1開口は、第1開口を密閉するための密封手段、具体的にはプラグ、および/または、前記組成物を投与するための手段、具体的にはカニューレを備え、近位の第2開口は、第2開口を密封するための密封手段、具体的には、ピストンシールを備え、該ピストンシールは、具体的には遠位の第1開口に向けて移動可能なピストンロッドにより前記シリンジ本体を摺動可能であり、該ピストンロッドは、該摺動可能なピストンシールに結合しており、前記シリンジ本体、前記密封手段および/または投与手段、および、前記摺動可能な密封手段は、前記組成物が保持される容積部を画定する。

ポリカプロラクトン(PCL)とストロンチウム含有リン酸カルシウムの組成物:
PCLと、分子量Mn=30,000g/molのβ−TCP ストロンチウム、
PCL/リン酸カルシウム薬剤の割合:
PCL/β−TCP(Sr)=70/30、
リン酸カルシウム薬剤の粒径:
Β−TCP(Sr)=30μm、
注入装置/シリンジ。
Claims (14)
- 1回分の使用量の骨充填材用組成物が予め充填されたシリンジと、
前記シリンジから構造的に分離していて、前記シリンジを加熱し、投与される前記1回分の使用量の骨充填材用組成物を溶融または柔軟化させる、外部加熱装置と、
を備え、
前記組成物は、少なくとも1つの再吸収性または非再吸収性の熱可塑性ポリマー材料を備え、該組成物は、約50℃において40Pa・s〜4000Pa・sの粘度を有し、約37℃においてヤング率が0.5GPa〜4GPaであり、前記シリンジは、前記組成物の保管および投与を可能にし、該シリンジは、2つの端部のそれぞれに開口を有するシリンジ本体を備え、遠位の第1開口は、第1開口を密閉するための密封手段、および/または、前記組成物を投与するための手段を備え、近位の第2開口は、第2開口を密閉するための密封手段を備え、第2開口を密閉するための密封手段は、遠位の第1開口に向けて移動可能なピストンロッドにより前記シリンジ本体を摺動可能であり、該ピストンロッドは、第2開口を密閉するための前記摺動可能な密封手段に結合しており、前記シリンジ本体、第1開口を密閉するための前記密封手段および/または前記投与手段、および、第2開口を密閉するための前記摺動可能な密封手段は、前記組成物が保持される容積部を画定する、
装置。 - 前記シリンジ本体は金属製である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記シリンジ内に保持された前記組成物の前記1回分の使用量は、1ml〜50mlである、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記組成物を投与するための手段は、前記シリンジ本体の端部に連結され、直径が8ゲージ〜15ゲージであるカニューレを備える、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマー材料は、再吸収性ポリマーであって、乳酸−グリコール酸共重合体、ポリ乳酸、ポリグリコール酸、ポリカプロラクトン、ポリヒドロキシブチレート、ポリ(グリセロールセバシン酸)、および、ポリジオキサノンからなる群から選択される、少なくとも1種からなる、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマー材料は、非再吸収性ポリマーであって、アクリル酸おおびメタクリル酸のポリマーおよびコポリマー、ポリウレタン、ポリエチレンからなる群から選択される、少なくとも1種からなる、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマー材料は、分子量が30,000〜60,000間のポリカプロラクトンである、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記組成物は、無機生体材料からなる無機材料をさらに含む、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記無機生体材料は、リン酸カルシウム生体材料であり、該リン酸カルシウム生体材料は、リン酸カルシウムバイオセラミック、または、ストロンチウム含有リン酸カルシウムバイオセラミックからなる、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記リン酸カルシウムバイオセラミックまたは前記ストロンチウム含有リン酸カルシウムバイオセラミックを構成するリン酸カルシウムバイオセラミックは、ハイドロキシアパタイト、α−およびβ−リン酸三カルシウム、二相性リン酸カルシウム材料からなる群からなる、焼結リン酸カルシウム化合物から選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記組成物の前記熱可塑性ポリマー/前記無機材料の重量比は、100/0〜40/60の間である、請求項8〜10のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記組成物はロッドまたはペレットの形態を有し、40重量%〜100重量%の、分子量が30,000〜60,000であるポリカプロラクトンポリマーと、0重量%〜40重量%の、前記ハイドロキシアパタイトおよび/または前記α−およびβ−リン酸三カルシウムからなる前記リン酸カルシウム生体材料とを備える、請求項10または11に記載の装置。
- 絶縁シースが、完全または部分的にシリンジを包囲し、前記組成物を投与するための手段、および/または、第1開口を密閉するための前記密封手段は前記シリンジ本体上に備えられている、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記加熱手段は、前記装置の温度を調整するのに適にしたオーブンを備え、該オーブンは、前記シリンジの直径と等しい、あるいは、わずかに大きい直径を有するシリンダーの形態を有し、前記シリンジを該オーブンの本体に挿入可能となっており、かつ、該オーブンは、前記装置の長さと等しい、あるいは、わずかに大きい長さを有する、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の装置。
