Abstract
Description
− 熱可塑性中間層の少なくともプライ、

− 加熱ワイヤー上に少なくとも部分的に配置され、かつ第1の母線上に少なくとも部分的に配置された第2の母線
を含むアセンブリを含み、
− オートクレーブ中での溶融のために適切なはんだ層が、第1の母線または/および第2の母線の表面の少なくとも一部を被覆し、かつ加熱ワイヤーと接触するように配置される、積層グレイジングを提供する。
a.熱可塑性中間層を提供すること、
b.熱可塑性中間層上に第1の母線を配置すること、
c.第1の母線上に少なくとも1つの加熱ワイヤーを配置すること、
d.加熱ワイヤーおよび第1の母線上に第2の母線を配置すること
を含み、
e.オートクレーブ中での溶融のために適切なはんだ層が、第1の母線または/および第2の母線の表面の少なくとも一部を被覆し、かつ加熱ワイヤーと接触するように配置される、グレイジングを製造する方法も提供される。
Claims (15)
- − 少なくとも熱可塑性中間層(5)、
− 前記熱可塑性中間層(5)上に配置された第1の母線(11)、
− 前記第1の母線(11)上に配置された少なくとも1つの加熱ワイヤー(4)、
− 前記加熱ワイヤー(4)上に少なくとも部分的に配置され、かつ前記第1の母線(11)上に少なくとも部分的に配置された第2の母線(12)
を含むアセンブリ(21)を含み、
− オートクレーブ中での溶融のために適切なはんだ層(15)が、前記第1の母線(11)または前記第2の母線(12)の表面の少なくとも一部を被覆し、かつ前記加熱ワイヤー(4)と接触するように配置され、
前記アセンブリ(21)が、少なくともガラスシート(2、3)を積層される、積層グレイジング(1)において、
接着剤層(17)が、前記第1の母線(11)または前記第2の母線(12)の表面の少なくとも一部上で前記第1の母線(11)と前記第2の母線(12)との間に配置されることを特徴とする、積層グレイジング(1)。 - 前記アセンブリ(21)は、2つのガラスシート(2、3)間に積層されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の積層グレイジング(1)。
- 接着剤層(17)は、他の母線(11、12)に面する前記第1の母線(11)または前記第2の母線(12)の1つの前記表面の少なくとも一部上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の積層グレイジング(1)。
- 前記第2の母線(12)は、前記第1の母線(11)に面する前記表面の少なくとも一部上においてはんだ層(15)および接着剤層(17)で被覆されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレイジング(1)。
- 前記接着剤層(17)は、前記第1の母線(11)または前記第2の母線(12)の長さ全部に沿ってかつその幅の一部のみにおいて配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレイジング(1)。
- 前記第1の母線(11)は、低融点母線であり、かつ前記熱可塑性中間層(5)に固定されるその表面の少なくとも一部上においてさらなる接着剤層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレイジング(1)。
- 前記ワイヤー端部(4)における電気接続が、(i)前記熱可塑性中間層(5)に固定された前記第1の母線(11)、(ii)前記細い加熱ワイヤー(4)、(iii)前記第2の母線(12)、および前記第1の母線(11)と前記第2の母線(12)との間または前記第2の母線(12)上に配置された前記積層グレイジングの外部の接続のための電気コネクター(8)の重層で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレイジング(1)。
- 前記第1の母線(11)は、前記熱可塑性中間層と接触し、および前記第2の母線(12)は、ガラスシート(2)または(3)と接触することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレイジング(1)。
- ワイヤードウインドシールドであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレイジング(1)。
- 前記第1の母線(11)または/および前記第2の母線(12)は、着色銅ストリップであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレイジング(1)。
- 前記母線(11、12)は、2mm〜12mm、より好ましくは4mm〜10mm、最も好ましくは6mm〜8mmの範囲の幅を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレイジング(1)。
- 前記少なくとも加熱ワイヤー(4)は、前記グレイジング(1)にわたって延在するタングステンの細いワイヤーの配列を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレイジング(1)。
- a.熱可塑性中間層(5)を提供すること、
b.前記熱可塑性中間層(5)上に第1の母線(11)を配置すること、
c.前記第1の母線(11)上に少なくとも1つの加熱ワイヤー(4)を配置すること、
d.前記加熱ワイヤー(4)および前記第1の母線(11)上に第2の母線(12)を配置すること
を含み、
e.オートクレーブ中での溶融のために適切なはんだ層(15)が、前記第1の母線(11)または/および前記第2の母線(12)の表面の少なくとも一部を被覆し、かつ前記加熱ワイヤー(4)と接触するように配置される、グレイジング(1)を製造する方法において、
接着剤層(17)が、前記第1の母線(11)または前記第2の母線(12)の表面の少なくとも一部上で前記第1の母線(11)と前記第2の母線(12)との間に配置されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 接着剤層(17)は、前記第1の母線または前記第2の母線の表面の少なくとも一部上で前記第1の母線と前記第2の母線との間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記接着剤層(17)は、前記第2の母線(12)の表面の少なくとも一部上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項13または14に記載の方法。
